Abstract

Persediaan darah merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam Unit Transfusi Darah PMI. Hal ini untuk memudahkan dan memfasilitasi masyarakat yang membutuhkan darah, sehingga stok darah di PMI dapat menurun tajam, ada beberapa faktor yang menyebabkannya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan penelitian untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut dengan mengolah dataset menggunakan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbour, Naïve Bayes dan C4.5. Pada penelitian ini difokuskan pada pencarian algoritma terbaik. Pada penelitian ini difokuskan pada pencarian algoritma terbaik berdasarkan nilai akurasi dan Under Curve Area, dimana hasil penelitian akan menemukan keakuratan pendonor darah tetap, sehingga meminimalisir terjadinya kekurangan darah.

Abstract

The objective of the community service program is to enhance digital literacy and improve marketing skills for fish farming in Sukajadi Village, Bogor. This initiative aims to assist fish farmers in effectively utilizing digital media to sell their products and connect with a broader customer base. The implementation strategy involves social integration, skills development, and hands-on experience, scheduled for a full day (8 hours) on July 18, 2025. The program will engage 20 fish farmers and local micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The approach includes using smartphones to capture photos and videos that promote fishery products. The results of the activity revealed a significant 65% increase in the digital literacy of the participants, particularly in their abilities to take pictures, edit content, and publish on social media platforms. Participants began to modify their digital marketing strategies by uploading content more frequently and producing higher-quality media. In conclusion, this training successfully improved the participants' skills in digital promotion, creating long-term opportunities to enhance the competitiveness of local fishery products through the effective use of digital media.

Abstract

Digital marketing is a field of marketing that uses digital technology and online platforms to promote products, services or brands to consumers. In this digital era, people have significantly transformed the way they interact with media, information and content as a whole. The implementation of this community service activity focuses on optimizing digital marketing strategies for the DPC Depok Indonesian Women Entrepreneurs Association (IWAPI), an association of Indonesian women entrepreneurs representing the city of Depok. With the increasing importance of digital platforms in reaching a wider market, this PKM activity aims to introduce and popularize the use and use of digital marketing to increase sales of a product.

Abstract

Digital nomadism has become a novel work style, transforming the global economy and jobs while providing entrepreneurial avenues for profit in a rapidly emerging digital economy. Digital nomadism promotes a new way of life that changes cultural attitudes towards and practices of traditional business; that is, workers are using technologies to facilitate remote work from anywhere in the world, even in traveling, rather than being fixed in one office. This mixed-method, exploratory research project investigates the emergence of digital nomadism and how it is redefining entrepreneurship through two inter-related studies: Study 1 focuses on the use of text mining, sentiment analysis, and social network modeling on a broad data layer; Study 2 includes 75 surveys and 28 interviews with entrepreneurs and freelancers about their observations and experiences. The results of this study show that digital nomadism is clustering around internet hubs, such as Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, and Central locations in Latin America. The operations of digital nomad entrepreneurs and freelancers cluster around major themes such as freelance contracting, start-ups, selling online courses, co-working spaces, and lifestyle travel, all in industries founded on flexibility, creativity, innovation, or technology, education, sustainability, and networking

Abstract

Di era digitalisasi, konektivitas internet yang stabil dan berkecepatan tinggi menjadi faktor penting dalam mendukung operasional bisnis. PT. Trans Coffee, perusahaan di sektor makanan dan minuman dengan banyak cabang, membutuhkan sistem jaringan yang andal untuk mendukung penerapan sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menerapkan sistem manajemen koneksi internet menggunakan metode load balancing dan failover pada router MikroTik guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan keandalan jaringan. Metode Per-Connection Classifier (PCC) digunakan untuk mendistribusikan beban koneksi secara optimal di antara dua gateway ISP, sedangkan teknik failover diterapkan untuk memastikan koneksi tetap berjalan ketika salah satu ISP mengalami gangguan. Selain itu, sistem monitoring berbasis NetWatch dan Telegram bot diimplementasikan untuk memberikan notifikasi otomatis terhadap perubahan status jaringan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode PCC dan failover berhasil meningkatkan stabilitas koneksi, mengurangi downtime, serta mendukung kelancaran operasional bisnis PT. Trans Coffee

Abstract

The digital age has significantly changed the education paradigm. Online education is becoming increasingly popular as an effective and flexible alternative for individuals who want to improve their skills without being bound by geographical and time constraints. However, the success of online education relies heavily on effective digital marketing strategies to increase its accessibility and appeal. The main objective of this study is to analyse the impact and effectiveness of digital marketing strategies in increasing the accessibility and attractiveness of online education programs, focusing on business and information technology perspectives. The research method used in this study is a literature review with a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis. In this context, the literature review will be conducted with a focus on collecting, reviewing and analysing relevant literature from 1981 to 2024. The study results show that digital marketing strategies have a very important role in increasing the accessibility and attractiveness of online education programmes. In particular, the integration between business aspects and information technology is the key to success in optimising marketing performance and achieving business goals of online education institutions.

Abstract

Penilaian Kinerja (Performance Appraisal) memegang peranan yang cukup krusial dalam lingkup perusahaan. Hal inidikarenakan proses tersebut dapat memberikan feedback/ umpan balik yang konstruktif bagi staf/ karyawan, memacuproduktivitas serta menjamin pemberian apresiasi yang adil dan objektif. Output dari penilaian ini menjadi landasanbagi manajemen dalam menenukan kebijakan strategis, mulai dari pemberikan reward/ insentif, jenjang karier, program pengembangan kompetensi, dan keputusan – keputusan lainnya. Fokus utama dari studi ini adalah merancang serta membangun sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) untuk mengevaluasi kinerja karyawan pada CV Cipta Multi Solution melalui penerapan algoritma. Penggunaan algoritma TOPSIS ini didasari atas efektivitas dan kemampuannya dalam menyelesaikan problematika Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM), dimana opsi terbaik ditentukan berdasarkan kedekatan jarak dengan solusi ideal positif/ negatif hingga menghasilkan nilai preferensi yang digunakan sebagai landasan penentuan perangkingan. Indikator kriteria yang digunakan antara lain kualitas pekerjaan, kuantitas hasil, tingkat presensi/ kehadiran serta aspek kemandirian. Implementasi sistem ini menghasilkan output yang berupa urutan peringkat karyawan serta laporan penilaian yang terdokumentasi secara digital. Diharapkan kehadiran sistem ini mampu membantu manajemen dalam melakukan evaluasi yang lebih transparan dan efisien, khususnya dalam pendistribusian bonus serta insentif karyawan dan pemberian feedback bagi para karyawan.
