Abstract

Information technology era nowadays has brought challenges for counselor to participate and master it. Therefore, counseling is not only face-to-face in a closed room, but can be done through a remote format. The counselor uses the information media as a tool in carrying out his duties, which is hereinafter known as e-counseling service. The real form of the application of e-counseling is the emergence of online counseling services, through websites of online counseling service providers, or, more simply, counseling is done by telephone, mobile phone and / or through personal email and several application programs for chatting such as Skype, WhatsApp and so on. Also, the use of other application programs that support the implementation of the duties of the counselors, such as the emergence of the Problem Identification Tool (AUM) processing application program. So far, school counselors have been administering AUM and processing it manually, so it is time consuming and inefficient. To help the counselors, finally the Instrument Development Team with the permission of the AUM instrument drafting team took the initiative to develop an AUM application program based on the Microsoft Access program, the e-counseling technology in this program allows displaying more information regarding respondent problems, in this case especially students who later can be used as a tool for counselors in carrying out their professional duties. This training activity is a similar training that will be carried out at SMKN 62 Lenteng Agung School, so that knowledge and mastery of skills can be improved.

Abstract

Keamanan data merupakan faktor penting dalam operasional perusahaan, terutama dengan meningkatnya ancaman siber dan kebutuhan akan akses jarak jauh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan dan merancang Virtual Private Network (VPN) menggunakan Pritunl di PT. Trans Burger. Implementasi VPN ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keamanan data perusahaan dan memberikan akses yang aman bagi karyawan yang bekerja dari jarak jauh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Proses instalasi dan konfigurasi Pritunl dilakukan di server PT. Trans Burger. Uji coba koneksi VPN dilakukan dari berbagai perangkat dan lokasi untuk mengukur kinerja dan stabilitas koneksi. Data kinerja VPN dikumpulkan menggunakan alat monitoring jaringan, sementara wawancara dan kuesioner digunakan untuk mendapatkan feedback dari pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa VPN yang diimplementasikan menggunakan Pritunl mampu memberikan kinerja yang baik dalam hal kecepatan koneksi, latensi, dan stabilitas. Enkripsi data dan otentikasi pengguna yang diterapkan oleh Pritunl berhasil meningkatkan keamanan data yang ditransmisikan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis dalam bentuk panduan implementasi VPN menggunakan Pritunl dan evaluasi kinerjanya. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga memberikan rekomendasi bagi PT. Trans Burger dalam penggunaan VPN untuk meningkatkan keamanan data mereka. Secara keseluruhan, Pritunl terbukti sebagai solusi VPN yang efektif dan efisien untuk memenuhi kebutuhan keamanan data perusahaan.

Abstract

Persediaan darah merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam Unit Transfusi Darah PMI. Hal ini untuk memudahkan dan memfasilitasi masyarakat yang membutuhkan darah, sehingga stok darah di PMI dapat menurun tajam, ada beberapa faktor yang menyebabkannya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan penelitian untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut dengan mengolah dataset menggunakan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbour, Naïve Bayes dan C4.5. Pada penelitian ini difokuskan pada pencarian algoritma terbaik. Pada penelitian ini difokuskan pada pencarian algoritma terbaik berdasarkan nilai akurasi dan Under Curve Area, dimana hasil penelitian akan menemukan keakuratan pendonor darah tetap, sehingga meminimalisir terjadinya kekurangan darah.

Abstract

The objective of the community service program is to enhance digital literacy and improve marketing skills for fish farming in Sukajadi Village, Bogor. This initiative aims to assist fish farmers in effectively utilizing digital media to sell their products and connect with a broader customer base. The implementation strategy involves social integration, skills development, and hands-on experience, scheduled for a full day (8 hours) on July 18, 2025. The program will engage 20 fish farmers and local micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The approach includes using smartphones to capture photos and videos that promote fishery products. The results of the activity revealed a significant 65% increase in the digital literacy of the participants, particularly in their abilities to take pictures, edit content, and publish on social media platforms. Participants began to modify their digital marketing strategies by uploading content more frequently and producing higher-quality media. In conclusion, this training successfully improved the participants' skills in digital promotion, creating long-term opportunities to enhance the competitiveness of local fishery products through the effective use of digital media.

Abstract

Digital marketing is a field of marketing that uses digital technology and online platforms to promote products, services or brands to consumers. In this digital era, people have significantly transformed the way they interact with media, information and content as a whole. The implementation of this community service activity focuses on optimizing digital marketing strategies for the DPC Depok Indonesian Women Entrepreneurs Association (IWAPI), an association of Indonesian women entrepreneurs representing the city of Depok. With the increasing importance of digital platforms in reaching a wider market, this PKM activity aims to introduce and popularize the use and use of digital marketing to increase sales of a product.
