Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of the law on violations of mass media of broadcasting commision according to law number 32 of 2002 concerning broadcasting, while the auther chose this title because until now the performance broadcasting institutions still broadcasts that are contrary to the broadcasting law such as violence, pornography, sara, which still color some broadcast-broadcasts in indonesian. The subject matter this article discusses how the role of the indonesian broadcasting commision in the mass media of broadcastinginstitutions in indonesian is continued by the factors that become obstacles in imposing punituve sanctions on mass media of broadcasting institutions then how is the process of imposing sanctions on broadcasting violations in indonesiaan. The conclusion from the discussion is that the indonesian supervisory comission plays a role in implementing the law as well as providing protection related to good broadcasting for the public. Prohibition in carrying out broadcast broadcasting activities, namely carrying out broadcasts that demean and ofend religious teachings, ideologies, individuals, group and are contrary to public morality and religious values. The methodology used in this research is normative research which uss descriptive research with a normative juridicial approach based on the prevailing laws and regulations.Broadcasting is asloprohibited from promoting liquor or other addictive substances including cigarettes. The process of resolving violations in broadcastbroadcasting must be resolved through the indonesian broadcasting commission by imposing sanctions on violations of broadcasting rules and codes of conduct and broadcasting program standars.

Abstract

This proposal aims to provide counseling to the Indonesian Congregational Success Community MSME Association (KSBI) in South Jakarta to improve the brand positioning of their products and services. Brand positioning is a key factor in business success, especially for MSMEs who want to differentiate themselves in a competitive market. In this proposal, the service team will carry out various activities such as literature studies, counseling, training and individual consultations. Through counseling and training, the service team will provide a basic understanding of brand positioning to KSBI members. The material that will be presented includes understanding the concept of brand positioning, identifying the unique value of products and services, brand communication strategies, and the use of social media to strengthen brand positioning. Apart from that, the service team will also provide individual consultations to KSBI members so that they can receive specific input and recommendations regarding the brand positioning of their products and services. This will help MSMEs to adapt strategies that suit the characteristics of the products and services they offer. The activity schedule for this proposal includes preparation, implementation of counseling and training, as well as individual consultations. Evaluation of service activities will be carried out through participant satisfaction surveys and analysis of changes in MSME marketing strategies. The expected results of this service activity are a better understanding of brand positioning, increasing MSME skills in identifying the unique value of products and services, increasing effective marketing activities, as well as positive changes in brand positioning and consumer perceptions of the MSME products and services involved. The service team hopes that this service activity will provide significant benefits for KSBI members in improving the brand positioning of their products and services, as well as helping MSMEs strengthen their position in the market.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas strategi komunikasi efektif yang digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk membangun dan mempertahankan hubungan yang positif dengan stakeholder korporat dan politik. Komunikasi yang efektif menjadi semakin penting dalam konteks bisnis yang kompleks, di mana hubungan yang baik dengan stakeholder dapat mendukung keberhasilan operasional dan memperkuat reputasi perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis strategi komunikasi yang paling efektif dalam menjalin hubungan yang saling menguntungkan antara perusahaan dan pemangku kepentingan, khususnya di ranah korporat dan politik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur, dengan sumber data berupa penelitian dalam rentang waktu 2015 hingga 2024 yang diidentifikasi berdasarkan kata kunci "stakeholder politik" dan "stakeholder korporat." Hasil kajian literatur menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi yang berhasil mencakup transparansi, konsistensi pesan, dan adaptasi budaya komunikasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan preferensi stakeholder. Selain itu, pemanfaatan media digital serta pengembangan komunikasi dua arah juga terbukti berperan penting dalam memperkuat hubungan yang saling menguntungkan. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa komunikasi yang strategis dan terencana tidak hanya dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan stakeholder tetapi juga membantu perusahaan mencapai tujuan jangka panjang.

Abstract

Sosialisasi transaksi perbankan yang aman untuk menghindari kejahatan siber serta mengetahui cara mengatasi kejahatan siber dan menemukan kendala dari strategi yang diterapkan oleh Bank BCA. Subjek penelitian ini adalah staf Bank BCA dan nasabah Bank BCA yang menjadi korban kejahatan siber, karena peneliti ingin mengetahui strategi yang telah dilakukan oleh Bank BCA dan cara pencegahan serta penanganannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penentuan informan kunci menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa 7 informan kunci dari staf Bank BCA dan nasabah Bank BCA yang terdampak kejahatan siber menunjukkan pentingnya kesadaran data pribadi yang bersifat rahasia. Faktor pendukung termasuk peran aktif staf Bank BCA, adanya kampanye "Tolak Dengan Anggun," serta penggunaan media sosial secara bijak. Sementara itu, faktor penghambat berasal dari nasabah yang apatis, kesulitan dalam teknologi, banyaknya nasabah yang sudah berusia lanjut, dan kurangnya pengetahuan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah betapa pentingnya strategi digital yang diterapkan oleh Bank BCA dalam menangani dan mengurangi jumlah kasus kejahatan siber di Indonesia, serta upaya Bank BCA untuk meningkatkan infrastruktur keamanan digital dan melindungi data nasabah.

Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to improve the skills of SMK 3 Cikini College students in online media production. The implementation method includes technical training ranging from pre-production to post-production of digital content. The results of the activity showed an improvement in students' skills in producing quality online media content, with a sustainability impact in supporting students' abilities in the digital era.

Abstract

This study analyzes the use of persuasive language in candidate pair name abbreviations as a political branding strategy in the 2024 regent and deputy regent elections in Indonesia. A netnographic approach was employed to examine digital interactions on social media, online news platforms, and campaign platforms, with data collected from January to November 2024. Thematic analysis was conducted to identify linguistic patterns, socio-cultural relevance, and public responses to candidate pair name abbreviations. The results indicate that elements of persuasive language, such as alliterations, acronyms, and metaphors, often create abbreviations that are memorable and emotionally resonant. Local social and cultural contexts also play a significant role, with candidate pairs adapting symbols or terms specific to their regions to gain voter sympathy. Public responses to these abbreviations vary depending on their relevance and appeal, with creative abbreviations generally receiving more positive interactions on social media. Consistent digital strategies, such as hashtags and interactive visual content, further enhance the effectiveness of political branding for candidate pairs. This research provides new insights into political communication in the digital era, particularly in the context of regional elections. The findings underscore the importance of integrating linguistic, social, and digital elements in building a compelling political image. Additionally, the study contributes to the literature on persuasive language and political branding while offering practical guidance for campaign teams in designing innovative communication strategies.

Abstract

The Financial Literacy Program for Housewives in Rubber Plantation Village aims to improve understanding and skills in family financial management, especially among housewives vulnerable to income fluctuations. This activity was conducted online through the Zoom application and attended by 50 housewives. The methods include three-month interactive training, group discussions, and post-training mentoring. The results of the initial Survey showed that most participants did not have a monthly budget plan (80%), did not save regularly (70%), and did not understand the importance of debt management and insurance (85%). After the training, there was a significant increase in understanding and practice of financial management. As many as 65% of participants started preparing a monthly budget, 55% saved regularly, and 45% understood how to manage debt wisely. Although there are challenges in implementing financial literacy, especially related to income instability, this program has proven effective in increasing awareness and financial management skills. The final Survey also showed increased awareness of the importance of emergency funds and long-term financial plans, although the percentage is still relatively low. With this program, it is hoped that housewives in rubber plantation villages can be more independent and resilient and manage family finances better amid economic uncertainty

Abstract

The demographic bonus is a phenomenon where a country has a population of productive age that is greater than the population of non-productive age. However, to optimize the potential for a demographic bonus, effective management of change communication messages is needed to build positive perceptions among the public. This research aims to analyze and understand how management of change communication messages can play a role in building positive perceptions about the demographic bonus. The research method used is a qualitative approach by collecting data through literature written by communication experts, practitioners and related stakeholders. Apart from that, document analysis and literature studies were also carried out to obtain relevant information. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide better insight and understanding of the importance of managing change communication messages in building positive perceptions about the demographic bonus. Apart from that, it is also hoped that this research can provide practical recommendations in developing effective communication strategies to increase public understanding and participation regarding the demographic bonus. It is hoped that the conclusions of this research can contribute to stakeholders, government and society in optimizing the potential for demographic bonuses effectively and sustainably. With good management of change communication messages, it is hoped that positive perceptions about the demographic bonus can be formed and the public can better understand and support the change efforts needed to make optimal use of the demographic bonus.

Abstract

This research proves that the editorial policy of a mass media communication can be inserted by the personal interests of journalists or journalist crews, this happens because of the lack of supervision of journalist crews. The research is descriptive with qualitative data analysis, there are 5 sources, namely: Managing Editor, Editorial Policy Board, Editorial Secretary, Political Journalist and Public Relations Practitioner. The list of questions used is based on the results of the analysis of secondary research on monitoring the news of the legislative campaign period issues. From the analysis of news monitoring, it turned out that the news highlighted a particular political party. It was found that journalists used to insert information in their news without confirmation from media owners and managers.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bojonggede, Bogor Regency, in strategically utilizing digital communication tools. The core training activities focused on three key areas: customer communication through chat platforms, the development of visually appealing product catalogs, and effective product presentation techniques. Employing a participatory approach, the participants were introduced to theoretical concepts and hands-on practices to refine their digital communication skills aligned with current market dynamics. The evaluation results indicate that the training significantly impacted the participants’ ability to engage with customers professionally and promote their products in a more structured and compelling manner. This program is expected to serve as a replicable model for digital communication empowerment among other MSME communities in surrounding regions
