Abstract

Pada umumnya, pengurus RT/RW di Jakarta memiliki peran ganda yaitu sebagai pengurus masyarakat sekaligus kepala keluarga di rumahnya. Hal ini menyebabkan kurang maksimalnya fungsi pelayanan publik. Beberapa fungsi administratif menjadi terabaikan serta komunikasi antara warga dan Pengurus RT/RW kurang dapat berjalan. Untuk mengatasi persoalan itu  perlu dikembangkan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat memfasilitasi kebutuhan masing-masing pihak sesuai dengan kebijakan atau kondisi di wilayahnya. Teknologi informasi ini dikembangkan dalam sebuah aplikasi mobile berbasis android, yaitu Lingkoe, dengan tiga fitur utama yaitu melakukan pencatatan data kependudukan, menyampaikan berita penting, dan memberikan layanan administratif rutin kepada masyarakat. Aplikasi ini diterapkan pada warga di Kelurahan Duri Kepa, Jakarta Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan aplikasi Lingkoe adalah MADLC (Mobile Application Development Life Cycle), yang terbagi menjadi 2 tahapan yaitu tahap analisa dan tahap pengembangan. Penerapan aplikasi ini menghasilkan sistem pencatatan dan dokumentasi data kependudukan yang lebih tertata, dan lengkap, penyampaian informasi seputar lingkungan yang lebih tersebar serta pengurusan layanan administratif yang lebih cepat selesai. Selanjutnya untuk pengembangan aplikasi yang lebih luas dan dapat digunakan oleh lebih banyak pengguna dibutuhkan data yang lebih representatif dari beberapa wilayah lainnya. In general, the management of RT / RW in Jakarta has a dual role, namely as the community administrator as well as the head of the family in his house which causing less optimal function of public services. Several administrative functions have been neglected and communication between residents and the RT / RW management is not working well. To overcome this problem it was needed to develop an information system that can facilitate each other's needs according to policies or conditions in the region. This information technology was developed in an android-based mobile application, namely Lingkoe, with three main features, namely recording population data, delivering important news, and providing routine administrative services to the public. Lingkoe application is applied to residents in Duri Kepa Village, West Jakarta. The method used in developing the Lingkoe application is MADLC (Mobile Application Development Life Cycle), which is divided into 2 stages, namely the analysis stage and the development stage.The use of this application results in a more organized and complete population data recording and documentation system, a more dispersed delivery of information about the environment and a faster completion of administrative services. Furthermore, for the development of applications that are broader and can be used by more users, will need more representative data from several other regions.

Abstract

Perusahaan Penyedia Layanan Internet ini terlibat dalam Solusi Teknologi Informasi (TI), seperti Penyedia layanan internet atau Internet Service Provider (ISP), mengelola layanan (misalnya, lokasi bersama server, hosting web, dan komputasi awan). Fokus utama perusahaan ini adalah mengelola layanan internet, memiliki beberapa sister company seperti Media Akses yang bergerak di bidang NAP (Network Access Provider), dan Media Nusantara Data Global yang bergerak di bidang Data Center. COBIT atau lebih dikenal dengan nama Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology diperkenalkan oleh ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association) untuk tata kelola dan manajemen TI. Tujuannya adalah menjadi alat pendukung bagi manajemen puncak dan menutup kesenjangan antara masalah teknis, risiko bisnis dan persyaratan. Penulis menggunakan salah satu domain COBIT 5 yaitu DSS (Deliver, Service, dan Support), dan fokus pada satu sub domain yaitu DSS03 Manage Problems. Tujuan dari penelitian tentang COBIT 5, yaitu melakukan analisis terhadap hasil wawancara pada user yang didapat dan melakukan konfirmasi atas dokumen-dokumen yang didapat dari pihak perusahaan dan menentukan setiap proses menggunakan kapabilitas level untuk mengetahui level kapabilitas pada perusahaan. Tahapan metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah studi literatur, state domain selanjutnya adalah collecting data dan interview kepada user, analisis interview dan menghitung capability serta rekomendasi kepada perusahaan.

Abstract

Klinikedika adalah sebuah aplikasi klinik yang dibuat sendiri oleh Perusahaan Software House guna memberikan kemudahan bagi pihak klinik maupun rumah sakit dalam memberikan layanan kepada para pasien yang datang untuk berobat, layanan yang diberikan dalam aplikasi ini berupa registrasi pasien, pemilihan dokter, melakukan medical check-up, pencatatan track pasien, pembayaran dan juga mencetak lembar dokumen data pasien. Namun aplikasi Klinikedika belum pernah melakukan evaluasi terkait penggunaan aplikasi tersebut, sebagai penyedia layanan aplikasi Klinikedika, penting bagi Software House untuk melakukan pemantauan dan evaluasi terhadap aplikasi mereka agar dapat beroperasi dengan sebagaimana mestinya dan membantu kegiatan operasional di klinik dan rumah sakit. Oleh sebab itu, dilakukanlah pengukuran tingkat kematangan pada aplikasi Klinikedika yang berfokus pada seluruh domain di Service Design (Service Catalogue Management; Service  Level; Capacity Management; Availability; IT Service Continuity; Supplier Management) pada kerangka kerja ITIL Versi 3. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode observasi dan wawancara, yang kemudian datanya akan dianalisis menggunakan analisis berbasis risiko, sehingga hasil yang akan didapatkan nantinya berupa proses bisnis di dalam aplikasi, maturity level pada setiap domain yang ada di Service Design dan temuan hasil berbasis risiko pada aplikasi Klinikedika tersebut

Abstract

Aplikasi tersebut banyak digunakan di berbagai alat elektronik termasuk di perusahaan-perusahaan dan industri sekarang ini. PT. Sultana Agro Lestari adalah perusahaan importir beras khusus (basmati) yang berpusat di Jakarta. Sistem yang berjalan sekarang masih berjalan secara manual dan terbilang kurang memadai serta membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama untuk menginput banyaknya data yang berjalan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dirancang suatu aplikasi yang dapat membantu perusahaan dalam proses pencatatan persediaan, penjualan, dan piutang agar dapat mengintegrasikan data-data yang akan di input. Model perancangan pada penelitian ini menggunakan model system development life cycle metode waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi sistem integrasi persediaan, penjualan, dan pencatatan piutang yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu dalam proses input data serta proses data, sehingga menghasilkan laporan persediaan, laporan penjualan, dan laporan piutang. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu aplikasi yang dibuat membantu perusahaan dalam pencatatan dan pengintegrasian data persediaan, penjualan, dan pencatatan piutang dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan, sehingga kini dapat mengurangi terjadinya kesalahan dalam pengarsipan maupun pencatatan data.

Abstract

The change in the fingerprint attendance system into an attendance application is called "Mobile Attendance" according to research at motorcycle factory. The reason is work activities that are usually carried out in the office have now changed to being at home due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Employees are required to carry out the attendance process at certain times by taking photos of themselves or the environment in which they are located. Audit attendance applications in companies using COBIT 5, namely the DSS subdomain on DSS02 Manage Service Requests and Incidents and DSS04 Manage Continuity. The audit is carried out through the company's employee interview method, then measures every management process involved in it. The results obtained in the form of the average value achieved by each process is still less than expected and the value of the gap is quite far. Therefore, it is expected to conduct further research related to the management process in the company

Abstract

Bening Water Depo involves in selling mineral water and refill water and trading with partner entities in the water sector. In the activities of inventory management and storage as well as recording of sales, problems are found because the management of inventory recording and recording of sales made in stores often experiences data loss caused by inventory recording still in paper form or you can say it is still doing manual recording, which has the possibility of collecting lost, damaged paper, or the recorded data cannot be read clearly. The urgency is to track expenses and income if the activity in the store is too crowded and records are still in paper form. The Extreme Programming method is used in this study. Steps of the extreme programming methodology cover the application planning phase, the application design phase, the application coding phase, and finally the application testing phase by doing blackbox testing to test the functional of the system. Results of this study are a website-based inventory application with several types of features including incoming and outgoing data management, then recording goods data, customer recording, recording incoming goods transactions, outgoing transaction reports, incoming goods reports, commodity data reports, customer data reporting, as well as book reports that include sales transaction reports, reseller sales reports, and purchase or restock reports. Implementing an inventory application in a gallon drinking water business can increase operational efficiency, improve customer service, and help in making better decisions for sustainable business growth.

Abstract

The development of information technology provides many changes in human life today, one of them is in the education field. SMAN1 Belinyu is one of many educational institutions that is able to utilize this information technology to assist school business process activities. Therefore, it is necessary to design an academic application to support teaching and learning activities at SMAN1 Belinyu. The data collection in this research is done by literature study and interviews with relevant sources. This academic application is built with Extreme Programming method that allows the development of applications to be flexible with changing needs. The research resulted in an academic application that facilitates the management of school data and integration of data management with the application system that is already running. This application will be used by administrators, teachers, students, and library staffs. Based blackbox testing results, all academic application functions have run well and provide results as expected. To conclude this research, the development of this academic application is able to overcome the problems faced by SMAN1 Belinyu and help the process of managing data and teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

The development of information systems technology has had a significant impact, especially on the education sector, changing the learning paradigm and presenting new opportunities. As technology develops, the technology used must also be updated and adapted to the existing business processes at the Cawan Dadap Foundation. The Cawan Dadap Foundation is a foundation that operates in the education sector which currently has 5 schools, namely SMAS Bethel, SMP Bethel Kosambi, SDS Bethel Kosambi, Kindergarten Bethel Kosambi, SD Agape Kudus. The problems they are facing at the moment require a system. library application and also an inventory application system which will help their business processes, the library application system will help with purchasing, borrowing, and also checking books at each of their schools, the inventory application system is useful for knowing what kind of goods I need lacking or want to add more and know the stock units of their goods. So the researchers used the TOGAF ADM framework which can help in the process of building the application system that they want the Cawan Dadap Foundation to use. The results of this research produce an application system design that will be useful in creating the application system.

Abstract

Naomi Wig store is a commercial company that sells of wigs and hair accessories. In the activity of recording and managing the inventory of Naomi Wig store, the author found several problems that were caused by error or inaccuracy in recording or selling the inventory. The reason is mostly inventory management, which still uses manual methods in the form of paper records which are prone to loss or damage. The next most common cause is the failure to record in-stock and out-of-stock items in the Naomi Wig store. To reduce the occurrence of these problems, the authors propose to create a web-based inventory application for the Naomi Wig Store. This study used the Extreme Programming Method as its methodology. As a result of this research, an inventory application was created with several important functions to manage the entry and exit of goods from the Naomi Wig Store, such as the collection of data on purchases, sales, inventory lists, and item return lists. This study’s conclusion is that by using a web-based inventory application in the Naomi Wig store can facilitate the management of incoming and outgoing data of Naomi Wig store.

Abstract

All business sectors currently including small, medium and large businesses, are taking full advantage of the use of technology. Plastic factory is a factory that processes plastic ore raw materials into various plastic products. The problem is, the arrangements for procuring raw materials and recording stock of goods are still not computerized. As a result, the availability of raw goods is often not on time and lacks quality. Raw material stock management has not been integrated into the system, so production process delays or raw material waste often occur due to inaccurate calculations, resulting in large losses. Reporting is also hampered because manual data reconciliation takes longer and involves a lot of human error. This research aims to develop a desktop-based inventory application using the Waterfall method which consists of five phases, namely Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction and Deployment. The result of this research is a web-based inventory application that can carry out integrated data recording, and faster reporting processes. Thus, the design of this inventory application can help all parties in managing stock and inventory data in warehouse.
