Abstract

This research aims to develop an attendance application for staff and supervisors in the cleaning service sector of the diesel engine distributor company. The Analysis, Design, Implementation, and Testing (MADLC) method is employed as the primary approach in developing this application. The study focuses on developing a mobile application that can enhance operational efficiency and attendance management in the diesel engine company environment. The first stage, analysis phase is conducted to understand user needs and determine the required features. The design phase involves designing intuitive and user-friendly User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX). The implementation of the application is carried out using the latest mobile technology to ensure smooth operation across various devices. The final stage, testing phase, involves blackbox testing to verify the functionality and performance of the application. This testing includes functionality tests for the attendance menu, accurate attendance recording, clarity and accuracy of QR code scanning, and the quality of the selfie photo. The test results are used to ensure that the application meets quality standards before being implemented widely. This application is expected to make a positive contribution to improving attendance management, operational efficiency, and productivity in the diesel engine distributor company, as well as serving as a foundation for further research and development in the future.

Abstract

Boarding schools require students and staff to reside on campus for a set period, necessitating high levels of security and comfort to optimize educational outcomes through effective human resource management. Managing staff and student attendance is crucial in these settings, exemplified by the manual attendance system at Insan Cendikia Magnet School in Bogor. However, manual systems often suffer from inefficiencies, inaccuracies leading to data errors, fraud, and real-time monitoring challenges. To address these issues, this study developed a digital attendance system using FlutterFlow, employing barcode scanning for both academic and non-academic staff. Implementation of this system improved digital attendance processes, with testing confirming its reliable performance. The system effectively met user needs and conditions, integrating attendance data with real-time reporting features. These accessible reports facilitate evaluation and decision-making regarding staff attendance.

Abstract

Pemantauan dan pendataan gempa bumi sangat penting untuk memprediksi potensi bahaya dan mempersiapkan tindakan preventif. Dalam hal pemantauan dan pendataan gempa bumi, regionalisasi gempa sangat penting untuk memahami distribusi dan karakteristik gempa dalam wilayah tertentu. Saat ini, pendataan aplikasi web-base regionalisasi gempa yang digunakanmasih dilakukan secara teks. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah suatu aplikasi web-base regionalisasi gempa berbasis web dengan menggunakan framework CodeIgniter dan teknologi Leaflet dan Contour untuk memvisualisasikan data gempa secara grafis. Pengembangan aplikasi berdasarkan konsep mengubah data menjadi informasi. Informasi yang disajikan dalam bentuk gambar peta beserta penyebaran gempa yang ada. Selain disajikan dalam bentuk visualisasi map, penyajian data juga dapat dilihat melalui region-region yang ditentukan. Rumusan masalah dari penelitian adalah bagaimana mengembangkan aplikasi web-base regionalisasi gempa berbasis web yang mampu memvisualisasikan data gempa secara grafis.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode RAD (Rapid Application Development) dalam mengembangkan aplikasi web berbasis regionalisasi gempa. Tujuannya adalah memvisualisasikan data gempa secara grafis dengan memanfaatkan framework CodeIgniter, teknologi Leaflet, dan Contour. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa semua modul aplikasi berfungsi dengan baik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa aplikasi berhasil mengubah data teks menjadi visual yang mudah dipahami, memudahkan akses dan analisis data gempa secara regional, dan memenuhi tujuan penelitian.

Abstract

PT Maxoto merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang otomotif. Mereka menyediakan layanan otomotif khususnya penggantian pelek roda. Mereka memiliki aplikasi bernama otomax yang membantu mereka membantu pelanggan yang ingin mengganti pelek, atau menggunakan layanan lainnya langsung di rumah pelanggan. Perusahaan ini mempunyai permasalahan dalam pengelolaannya khususnya pada IT Governance dimana perlu lebih banyak perbaikan pada monitoring, evaluasi dan penilaian. Dalam tulisan ini akan digunakan model MEA (COBIT) dan Continual Services Improvement (ITIL), data yang akan digunakan akan diambil dengan menggunakan perspektif eksternal, karena penulis bukan anggota perusahaan ini dan juga tidak mempunyai hubungan yang diperlukan dengan perusahaan ini untuk berpartisipasi dalam pertumbuhan perusahaan ini. Untuk model COBIT, domain Monitor, Evaluasi dan Penilaian (MEA) yang terdiri dari MEA01 Monitor, Evaluasi & Penilaian kinerja dan kesesuaian, MEA02 Monitor, Evaluasi & Penilaian sistem pengendalian internal, MEA03 Monitor, Evaluasi & Penilaian kepatuhan terhadap persyaratan eksternal, akan digunakan. Sedangkan untuk ITIL akan digunakan Continual Services Improvement dengan metode PDCA. Untuk mendapatkan data yang diperlukan dalam evaluasi ini digunakan metode observasi dan etnografi, untuk MEA data yang telah terkumpul akan dianalisis dan dibagi per level menggunakan model kapabilitas proses COBIT 5, dan hasilnya akan menunjukkan level keseluruhan. proses, yang dapat digunakan untuk menentukan kinerja perusahaan saat ini dan apa yang perlu dilakukan atau ditingkatkan.

Abstract

Teknologi Informasi (TI) merupakan suatu hal yang dapat membantu dalam kehidupan manusia. Kemajuan ini bersumber pada brainware atau user dalam proses pengembangannya. Brainware bertugas untuk pengoperasian sistem yang ada untuk memaksimalkan fungsi dari kemajuan Teknologi Informas (TI) melalui IT security Policy dan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang berperan melindungi dan menjaga perangkat teknologi informasi dalam penggunaanya pada SMK Spes Patriae. Untuk megetahui penerapan IT Security Policy dan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) pada SMK Spes Patriae, dilakukanlah wawancara dengan pihak terkait serta analisis masalah atau kekurangan untuk pengoptimalan dalam hal penerapannya. Kemudian tim peneliti memberikan beberapa solusi terhadap masalah atau kekurangan dari IT Security Policy, Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP), dan daily activity untuk kemudian diterapkan. Sehingga, solusi yang diberikan dapat membantu dalam pengoptimalan kinerja sistem dan membuat brainware atau user dapat melindungi perangkat dan memaksimalkan dalam dalam hal kegunaannya.

Abstract

Dalam menjalankan suatu bisnis, suatu perusahaan tentu menginginkan strategi yang dijalankannya sesuai dengan harapan. Dalam hal ini sebuah perusahaan franchise kuliner bernama Foodpedia memanfaatkan website sebagai salah satu strategi bisnisnya untuk menarik calon konsumen dengan mudah secara online, sehingga calon konsumen dapat dengan cepat dan mudah mendapatkan informasi produk yang dijual oleh perusahaan tersebut. Sayangnya website perusahaan tersebut mempunyai permasalahan yang bisa dibilang krusial, dimana website yang mereka terbitkan tidak terdeteksi oleh mesin pencari, padahal mesin pencari sudah sangat umum digunakan oleh semua orang untuk mencari informasi, salah satunya adalah pencarian website. Jika website saja tidak muncul di mesin pencari, bagaimana calon pelanggan bisa menemukan website tersebut secara online?. Oleh karena itu, dalam tulisan ini penulis akan melakukan proses audit sistem informasi pada perusahaan. Penulis akan menerapkan tata kelola TI dengan menggunakan framework COBIT 5. Dalam hal ini penulis akan menggunakan domain EDM (Evaluate, Direct, dan Monitor) dengan subdomain EDM04 (Ensure resource optimization), dan domain APO (Align, Plan, and Organize) dengan subdomain APO02 (Manage strategy) dan APO13 (Manage security). Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa subdomain EDM04 mendapatkan rata-rata tingkat kemampuan 2, APO02 mendapatkan rata-rata tingkat kemampuan 1,7, dan APO13 mendapatkan rata-rata tingkat kemampuan 2,3. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah ketiga subdomain terpilih masih dibawah rata-rata level yang diharapkan.

Abstract

The implementation of Community Service (PKM) activities in collaboration between the Child Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA) Darma Suci and Department of Information Systems at Bunda Mulia University, Jakarta, with the theme Online Shopping Ethics in the Age of Information Technology with the sub-theme being an overview of e-business & e-commerce, types of e-commerce transactions, attitudes that buyers should have and online shopping trends during the pandemic. The target of this material is to be able to educate and provide understanding to participants on a form of electronic commerce (commonly called e-commerce) using electronic devices, either mobile phones or laptops. Most of the participants have already made e-commerce transactions, but many of the attitudes that buyers in online stores have to do that they don't know, such as how to make safe transactions, and find out the reputation of the seller are just being realized, and so on. receive great benefit from the material presented. Participants benefit greatly from the presentation of this training, it can be seen from their enthusiasm in asking questions with resource persons during the online presentation of the material. The questionnaire was given at the end of the presentation of the material, as feedback for the implementation of the event, the results obtained were positive both in terms of the results of the questionnaire questions for the material presented with an average score of 95.83%, as well as in terms of the results of the questions. questionnaire for resource persons with an average score of 97.5%

Abstract

ABSTRACT                The Community Service Program organized by the Information System of Bunda Mulia University with the title "Utilizing Presentation Processing Applications in Supporting Learning at SMA Tarsisius 1 Jakarta", the main activity was carried out, namely providing training related to learning support application systems in the form of presentation processing applications. This activity was carried out online (virtual) with the help of google meet media due to the pandemic situation, namely COVID-19, which made this activity unable to be carried out offline (onsite). The main target of this activity is aimed at students who attend SMA Tarsisius 1 Jakarta. This activity aims to help increase the knowledge of the participants regarding the functional features available in the presentation processing application so that the participants can use the application by maximizing all the features of the existing functions. The method used in this activity is to apply a demonstrative teaching model and participants can see firsthand how to use the existing features so that it is easier to absorb. At the end of the activity, a questionnaire was distributed as feedback from the students of SMA Tarsisius 1 Jakarta regarding the training that had been given. The conclusion of this activity shows that the training on the use of this presentation processing application is going well with the results of feedback stating that 84.47% of participants stated that the material and the implementation of the activities were clearly easy to understand, and 83.68% of participants stated that the instructor delivered the material clearly and helped the participants understand the activity material well.

Abstract

Attendance is essential for an institution or institution; it can assess employee salaries and performance. The company that will be audited is PT Anugerah Familindo Lestari, a company that distributes beauty and hair and body care products. This company's problem is that the fingerprint machine used has an error, which causes several employees who have been absent but are not recorded in the system. Therefore, to implement a sound fingerprint attendance system, it is necessary to carry out a checking activity known as an information system audit. In conducting data and observations, the study used questionnaires and interviews with related information and document confirmation. So far, the system has been implemented to support attendance procedures. In this study, the selected domains are Deliver Service and Support (DSS) domain and Monitor, Evaluate, and Assessment (MEA) domain with a focus on IT Process DSS01, DSS04, DSS05, and MEA02. Based on the research conducted, the writer found that the average level of the DSS01 domain was 1.6, the DSS04 domain was 1.7, the DSS05 domain was 1.7, and the MEA02 domain was 1.8. In all the domains studied, the level of capability of the domain is still below the expectation; the author concludes that from the results of this capability level, PT. Anugerah Familindo Lestari still has much to do with the management and maintenance of their attendance system to increase the current level of capability because it is still quite far from the level expected by this company.

Abstract

After the Covid-19 pandemic passed, digital transformation occurred, namely the use of technology in various activities of human life, including at work. Regardless of age, position, or educational background, we all have to learn so as not to be left behind. Cleaning service (CS) work has been seen as easy and does not require technology, except for WhatsApp Messenger or Group communication tools. The ship engine distributor company has office and warehouse areas that require CS services to maintain cleanliness. So far, coordination of work or the presence of CS personnel has been carried out through face-to-face briefings and WhatsApp. However, after restrictions on meeting (physical distancing), PSBB, etc., it seems that the use of WhatsApp is considered insufficient to accommodate work needs in the field for CS. This research aims to design a Cleaning service application to handle difficulties in the field for managing work and reports. The system development method used is the Waterfall Model method. The results of this research aim to provide convenience for CS coordinators and companies in managing CS performance, making reports, and improving the quality of cleaning services in the field.ABSTRAKSetelah masa pandemi Covid-19 berlalu, terjadi transformasi digital yaitu penggunaan teknologi pada berbagai aktivitas kehidupan manusia, termasuk dalam bekerja. Tidak memandang usia, jabatan, atau latar belakang pendidikan, kita semua harus belajar agar tidak tertinggal. Pekerjaan cleaning service (CS) selama ini dipandang mudah dan tidak memerlukan teknologi, kecuali alat komunikasi WhatsApp Messenger atau Group. Perusahaan distributor mesin kapal memiliki area kantor dan gudang yang memerlukan jasa CS untuk menjaga kebersihan. Selama ini koordinasi pekerjaan atau kehadiran personil CS dilakukan melalui briefing tatap muka dan WhatsApp. Namun setelah terjadi pembatasan untuk bertemu (physical distancing), PSBB, dll, tampaknya penggunaan WhatsApp dinilai kurang untuk mengakomodir kebutuhan pekerjaan di lapangan untuk CS. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang aplikasi Cleaning service untuk menangani kesulitan di lapangan untuk pengaturan dan pelaporan pekerjaan. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode Model Waterfall. Hasil penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan kemudahan bagi koordinator CS dan perusahaan dalam mengatur kinerja CS, membuat pelaporan, dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kebersihan di lapangan.
