Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of strategy flexibility on sustainable digital innovation. This research was conducted in Ternate City. The population in this study are all businesses in the city of Ternate. The sample in this study was determined based on a purposive sampling approach with total number of respondents of 115 people. Testing the hypothesis in this study using simple linear regression. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that the hypothesis in this study is supported. Next, recommendations for future research are discussed.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence between digital leadership and dynamic managerial capabilities. This research itself was conducted in the City of Ternate. The population in this study are all business actors both online and offline in Ternate City. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling with a judgment sampling approach with the condition that the respondent is intended to have the capacity as a business leader and the business has a net worth of more than 50 million rupiahs up to a maximum of 500 million rupiahs. Besides that, only businesses are traded online. This aims to measure leadership digitally and dynamically the ability of a leader, totaling 106 people. Testing the hypothesis in this study using simple linear regression. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that the hypothesis proposed in this study is supported. Next, recommendations for future research are discussed.

Abstract

The limited research linking digital service innovation to the small business context makes this research mandatory. This research itself examines the impact resulting from digital service innovation on customer value in Ternate City. A total of 113 respondents were involved in this study. The data in this study were collected through a survey with a questionnaire. Testing the research hypothesis was carried out using simple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 24. The results revealed that there was a positive relationship between digital service innovation and customer value. Next, recommendations for future research are discussed.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between digital transformation and small business performance. This research was conducted in June-July 2023 in Ternate City. The population in this study are all business actors in the city of Ternate. The sample in this study was determined with the condition that to become a respondent, the status of a business leader with total assets of no more than 500 million rupiah and already traded health and care products online. For this reason, the number of respondents involved in this survey was 104 people. The research hypothesis was tested with a simple linear regression analysis statistical tool. The test results indicate confirming the proposed hypothesis. Furthermore, the conclusions and limitations of recommendations for future research are also discussed

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between digital competence and strategic thinking. This research was conducted in South Halmahera Regency. The population in this study are businesses located in South Halmahera Regency. The sample in the study was determined based on a purposive sampling approach. The requirements used in this study were that someone in the sample had a position as a small business leader who was already online with a maximum total asset of 500 million rupiah, totaling 179 respondents. Testing the hypothesis in this study using simple linear regression. The results of hypothesis testing show that the hypothesis is supported in this study. Next, recommendations for future research are discussed.
