Abstract

This research was conducted on students of SMK Negeri 1 Bandar Dua, Pidie Jaya Regency, Aceh Province by studying students' interest in entrepreneurship. In this research, we want to know the influence of student motivation, creativity and innovation factors. Of the 221 students, 100 students were taken as samples spread across each grade level. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, with a type of verification research based on causality analysis between variables so that the analysis technique uses a path analysis model. The research results showed that: (1) there was a positive and significant influence of motivational factors on interest in entrepreneurship of 47.744%. (2) there is a positive and significant influence of the creativity aspect on interest in entrepreneurship of 19.656%. 3) the level of student innovation influences interest in entrepreneurship with a contribution of 7.910%. And (4) together students' motivation, creativity and innovation make a high contribution to interest in entrepreneurship, namely 75.1%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the differences in company financial performance as proxied by the level of profitability, liquidity and level of leverage between before and after the rights issue on the IDX. The research was carried out quantitatively using data sourced from www.idx.co.id (2023). The research results state that ROA between before and after carrying out the rights issue has a significant difference. However, there is no difference in the Current Ratio (CR) variable before and after carrying out the rights issue. Likewise, there is no difference in the Debt Equity Ratio before and after carrying out the rights issue.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze factors that improve the performance of employees of the Education and Culture Office, with a study in Pidie Jaya Regency. The factors observed are limited to aspects of work transfers, workload and work conflict. Survey research on 82 employees as respondents, using associative with path analysis. The results of the study found: 1) significantly work transfers, workload and conflict affect employee performance, each amounting to 54.14%, 42.13% and 53.65%. 2) Simultaneously work transfers, workload and work conflict contribute positively by 49,1% to employee performance. 3) There is a causal relationship between the variables of work transfer, workload and work conflict with a moderate category

Abstract

Employee performance issues are related to external factors and the work environment, including personal communication, work relationships, and employee well-being. This study, conducted on 48 employees at the Bireuen Regency Population and Civil Registry Office, used a quantitative associative research method. Using path analysis, it was found that: (1) employee performance is determined by communication, work relationships, and well-being, with significant and positive partial effects of 54.66%, 40.86%, and 52.81%, respectively. (2) These three factors simultaneously contribute positively to each other, amounting to 80.1%. (3) There is a causal relationship between the variables of communication, work relationships, and well-being, with a fairly strong categorization.
