Abstract

Masyarakat Indonesia terbiasa mengolah makanan dengan cara digoreng menggunakan minyak goreng sawit setiap harinya. Aneka olahan makanan dapat tersaji secara mudah dan cepat dengan cara digoreng, baik itu skala rumah tangga, UMKM, restoran cepat saji bahkan industri. PKK RT 13/ RW 08, kelurahan Ragunan merupakan mitra kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (Abdimas). Sebelum dilakukan kegiatan abdimas, tim melakukan survei dan observasi lapangan terlebih dahulu untuk melihat permasalahan apa yang ada pada mitra. Pengurus dan anggota PKK RT 13/ RW 08 mayoritas adalah ibu rumah tangga, ada juga yang berprofesi sebagai ibu pekerja dan pengusaha UMKM. Permasalahan yang ada pada mitra yaitu masih kurangnya pengetahuan ibu-ibu PKK terkait dampak minyak jelantah terhadap kesehatan dan lingkungan. Hal ini berdampak pada sering terjadinya penyumbatan saluran air di beberapa rumah warga dan selokan di sekitar RT 13/RW 08 akibat lemak dari minyak jelantah yang dibuang sembarangan. Perlu upaya untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan melakukan sosialisasi dan edukasi tentang pengolahan minyak jelantah agar tidak berbahaya bagi kesehatan dan lingkungan serta pemanfaatan limbah minyak jelantah menjadi produk yang bermanfaat dan bernilai ekonomi. Melalui kegiatan abdimas ini, minyak jelantah dapat dibuat menjadi sabun dengan menambahkan beberapa bahan kimia dengan takaran yang sesuai sehingga tidak berbahaya saat digunakan. Abstract

Transportation has an important role in the logistics of a company, both in services and products. Increased orders in 2020 for wooden speaker products at CV. XYZ (Wonoayu-Sidoarjo) makes this company try to minimize transportation costs at their operational level. This study focuses on determining the relationship between changes in the type of fleet vehicle and the depot location on the operational costs of product delivery and the time to return to the depot in terms of adding trips. The methodology used in this study is the CVRP Multi Trip with Heterogeneous fleet vehicle and the Gravity Location Model based on the heuristic method. Saving heuristic method and nearest neighbor are heuristic methods used in computational studies to determine the order of visits to the formed sub-routes. There are 4 scenarios that are modeled to further analyze the results of these computations, namely: (1) CVRP multi-trip of old location with wings box truck, (2) CVRP multi-trip of old location with Fuso truck, (3) CVRP multi-trip of the new location with wings box truck, and (4) CVRP multi-trip of the new location with fuso truck. The results of the study concluded that there is a relationship between: (1) changes in fleet vehicle type with total traveling distance, (2) changes in depot location with total traveling distance, (3) fuel consumption rate on vehicle operating costs, (4) average vehicle speed on the time back to the depot. Scenario 4 is the best scenario in terms of traveling distance, fuel costs and delivery time. However, moving the depot center is not easy, so the scenario 2 is the most applicable condition considering that the fuso truck is available and has a higher utility than the wings box truck

Abstract

Penggunaan biogas sebagai sumber energi alternatif di Indonesia memiliki potensi besar dalam mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap bahan bakar fosil dan memanfaatkan limbah organik. Namun, penggunaan energi biogas sebagai energi alternatif memiliki banyak kendala terutama dalam aspek instalasi dan pendistribusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penerimaan masyarakat terhadap desain tabung bejana tekan untuk pengemasan biogas skala rumah tangga serta memastikan kesesuaiannya, terutama pada bagian keamanan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Quality Function Deployment (QFD), yang diterapkan untuk menerjemahkan kebutuhan dan preferensi masyarakat menjadi spesifikasi teknis tabung yang diinginkan. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui survei dan wawancara kepada pengguna potensial, sementara analisis QFD digunakan untuk menyusun matriks House of Quality (HoQ) sebagai dasar dalam pengembangan desain yang sesuai. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai preferensi masyarakat terkait aspek desain tabung, seperti ukuran, keamanan, dan harga, serta menentukan spesifikasi teknis yang memenuhi standar keselamatan dan kenyamanan. Desain yang diusulkan diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas penggunaan biogas di tingkat rumah tangga dan mendukung upaya pemerintah dalam pengembangan energi terbarukan.

Abstract

The selection of raw material suppliers affects production efficiency. PT. Novalindo only considers price, neglecting quality, delivery, flexibility, and responsiveness. This study uses AHP based on QCDFR for a systematic solution. The study begins with assessing stainless steel and iron plate suppliers based on QCDFR criteria, followed by the application of AHP to determine the best supplier, calculate criterion weights, and perform consistency testing. The study shows that PT. Yunsung is the best supplier for both iron and stainless steel plates with a weight of 0.504. PT. Bansoek and CV. Mulya rank second and third with weights of 0.290 and 0.170, respectively. PT. Yunsung excels in the quality, cost, and flexibility criteria, while CV. Mulya excels in delivery, and PT. Bansoek excels in responsiveness. The consistency of criterion weightings for both types of plates shows acceptable consistency values of 0.015 and 0.013. This study provides a systematic, data-driven solution for selecting the best supplier for manufacturing companies in the iron and stainless steel plate sector, offering a strategy for evaluating and selecting suppliers across multiple dimensions, including quality, cost, delivery, flexibility, and responsiveness. The study has been able to improve operational efficiency and reduce the risk of supply chain disruptions.

Abstract

As the number of users of Video on Demand services such as Netflix continues to grow, interest in examining the factors that influence the intention to use these platforms is also increasing. This inquiry aims to explore consumer behavior toward such services from the perspective of Islamic Economics and to analyze the effects of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and social influence on the intention to use Netflix among residents of Sukarame, Bandar Lampung. A quantitative approach was employed, using purposive sampling to select 96 respondents. The data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square method. The discoveries indicate that all three independent element s perceived usefulness, ease of use, and social influence have a positive and significant impact on the intention to use Netflix. These outcomes can serve as a valuable reference for service providers seeking to improve user experience and for scholars conducting further research on technology adoption within an Islamic framework.

Abstract

This research examines the politeness principle in the short film Tuku Sapi Satu Ton by Herman Hadi Basuki. The aim is to describe the violation of politeness principles in the short film Tuku Sapi Satu Ton by Herman Hadi Basuki. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach to language. The data collection method used in this research is the note-taking technique method. The listening technique in this study was used at the stage of watching the film and then proceeding with classification, while the note-taking technique was carried out when listening to the film followed by noting several utterances that contained violations of politeness principles in language. Data analysis was carried out using the equivalent method with a basic technique, namely the Sorting Elements (PUP) technique. The presentation of the data analysis used in this study is in an informal form by explaining the results of data analysis using sentences. The results of the study show that there are 7 utterances that violate the principle of politeness which include violations of the maxim of wisdom 2 data; generosity maxim 1 data; maxim of agreement 1 data; sympathy maxim 1 data; maximum reception of 1 data; maxim of humility 1 data. Based on the research results, the most dominant maxim of wisdom is found.

Abstract

UMKM Kembang Goyang is one of the UMKM located in the Jatinegara area, East Jakarta. This UMKM has a flagship product in the form of kembang goyang cake. The high demand for kembang goyang cake orders, especially before Eid al-Fitr (Lebaran), with only 2 workers, makes this UMKM overwhelmed in fulfilling its production, resulting in this UMKM losing orders up to 100 packs. This study aims to calculate the processing time of each work station, standard output and the optimal number of workers needed. The method used in this study is a stopwatch time study. The stopwatch time study method is a direct measurement to obtain actual time or cycle time by considering the operator's work tempo and allowance, so that standard work time is obtained. The results show that kembang goyang cake produced from 1 kg of flour can produce 228 cakes. The standard time for kneading is 30 minutes per dough container. The standard heating time is 28 minutes per 2 liters of cooking oil. The standard time for frying until the dough is finished is 3 hours. Safety stock and defective products are set at 8 cakes, so there are 220 cakes ready to be packed at the packaging station. The standard time for packing 220 cakes into 10 packages is 30 minutes. The total time needed to make kembang goyang cakes from 1 kg of flour is 4 hours and 15 minutes. The number of workers needed at each work station is 1 person, but because this work is continuous, 1 person can work continuously from the kneading station, heating the oil, frying to packaging. If the order before Lebaran reaches 100 packages, then the number of workers needed is 10 people at each work station.
