Abstract

Building Information Modeling (BIM) merupakan sistem yang dapat menangani masalah aplikasi konvensional bidang konstruksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan pemodelan BIM hingga 5D menggunakan software Tekla Structres pada proyek Gedung Simpang Temu Dukuh Atas, Jakarta Pusat, serta melakukan analisis kinerja waktu konstruksi, membandingkan volume pekerjaan hasil perhitungan BIM dengan volume pekerjaan perhitungan BQ. Pemodelan 3D dilakukan sesuai dengan shop drawing. Pemodelan 4D dilakukan sesuai master schedule untuk melakukan visualisasi penjadwalan gedung. Pemodelan 5D dilakukan dengan report hasil volume perhitungan BIM dan dibandingkan dengan perhitungan berdasarkan dokumen BQ. Dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan proyek, terjadi keterlambatan proyek dengan keterlambatan paling besar pada bulan April 2022 dengan nilai keterlambatan sebesar -5,24%. Keterlambatan terjadi karena faktor cuaca dan dilakukan adendum dengan menambah tenaga kerja untuk mempercepat pekerjaan proyek. Perhitungan BIM didapatkan lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan perhitungan BQ dengan jumlah perbedaan volume beton sebesar 20,85% lebih kecil dan berat tulangan besi sebesar 26,32% lebih kecil dibanding BQ.

Abstract

Suatu struktur bangunan gedung terdiri atas beberapa elemen struktur penyusunnya seperti kolom, balok, pelat lantai, shearwall, pondasi, dan rangka atap. Indonesia merupakan daerah rawan terhadap gempa karena dilalui oleh jalur pertemuan 3 lempeng tektonik. Provinsi Jawa Barat mengalami sebanyak 141 gempa bumi pada bulan Januari 2023 menurut Badan Metereologi, Klimatologi, dan Geofisika (BMKG). Kabupaten Bogor mengalami gempa bumi sebanyak 16 kali dalam rentang tahun 2012-2022. Upaya mitigasi kegagalan struktur di Indonesia akibat gempa sangat perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui kondisi kinerja struktur bangunan tersebut terhadap gempa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan pemodelan menggunakan software SAP2000 serta menganalisis kekuatan struktur pada bangunan 8 lantai terhadap gempa dengan mengacu pada SNI 1726-2019 tentang tata cara perencanaan ketahanan gempa untuk struktur bangunan gedung dan non gedung. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan tiga skenario dengan metode respon spektrum. Pengujian kuat tekan beton digunakan menggunakan hammer test. Penyesuaian as built drawing perlu dilakukan karena terdapat perbedaan antara gambar rencana dengan kondisi existing. Pada hasil identifikasi kegagalan struktur Gedung X terdapat kegagalan pada saat beban gempa diinputkan. Terdapat 2 frames yang mengalami overstress pada skenario tiga. Berdasarkan hasil analisis simpangan antar lantai dan efek P-Δ, Gedung X dinilai aman karena nilai yang didapat tidak melebihi simpangan izin dan batas stabilitas struktur. Rekomendasi ini bertujuan untuk perencanaan pembangunan berikutnya. Rekomendasi struktur berupa penambahan dimensi kolom menjadi 500 mm 500 mm, serta pembesaran diameter tulangan menjadi 32 mm.

Abstract

Energi terbarukan merupakan energi yang akhir-akhir ini banyak digunakan untuk menggantikan energi yang berasal dari fosil, selain energi terbarukan bersifat tidak terbatas dan dapat diperbaharui lagi, hal ini menjadi salah satu keunggulan dari energi terbarukan. Sumber energi terbarukan dapat berasal dari sinar matahari, aliran sungai dan angin. Diantara beberapa pilihan tersebut, Indonesia memiliki potensi angin yang bagus. Indonesia memiliki potensi angin yang bagus. Dimana perbedaan tekanan udara akan menghasilkan hembusan angin sehingga dapat dibuat alat rekayasa angin untuk memanfaatkannya seperti kincir angin. Kincir angin dapat mengubah angin menjadi energi listrik dengan prinsip angin akan menggerakan sudu-sudu kincir angin yang terhubung dengan poros generator tersebut dihasilkanlah energi listrik dari putaran kincir.angin. oleh sebab itu angin dapat untuk mennggerakan turbin angin. Pengujian di lakukan pada turbin angin poros horizontal dengan menggunakan 3 tipe blade Naca 6408 Taper, Inverse Taper, dan Taperlees diameter turbin 1000 mm, kemiringan turbin α= 12o pengujian dilakukan dengan kecepatan aliran angin 3 sampai 5 m/dt. Dari hasil pengujian di dapat Koefisien Daya dan Koefisen Torsi kecepatan angin 3,3 m/dt tertinggi pada tipe blade inverse taper nilai CTmax = 0,177, Koefisen Daya CPmax = 0,285.

Abstract

Lake Toba has attracted the attention of both local and international tourists. In efforts to enhance tourists' interest in visiting Lake Toba, it is crucial to understand the factors influencing tourists' decisions. This research analyzes the influence of trust, information quality, and reputation on tourists' interest in visiting Lake Toba. Using quantitative methods and Partial Least Squares (PLS) techniques, data were collected from 200 tourists visiting in June 2024. The results indicate that all three variables significantly and positively impact tourists' interest. Trust enhances tourists' confidence in a positive experience, information quality aids decision-making, and a good reputation serves as an indicator of destination quality and safety. Research recommendations include exploring other influencing factors and conducting similar studies in different destinations.

Abstract

The extraction of limestone for cement production can adversely affect the environment. An inquiry is underway to examine the environmental ramifications of limestone mining to formulate strategies to mitigate these effects. This study aims to assess the ecological impact indicators of the limestone mining process by utilizing the LCA method based on CML-IAbaseline data from the openLCA software. The results indicate that crushing is a significant area of focus, contributing the most extensive value. The ratio of Ammonium Nitrate to diesel oil in adherence to guidelines is 94.5 to 5.5%. Particular emphasis is placed on assessing raw materials, especially during the loading and hauling stages. In conclusion, the research findings reveal environmental impact indicators with standardized values, such as Abiotic Depletion, Abiotic Depletion of Fossil Fuels, Acidification, Eutrophication of Freshwater Aquatic Ecotoxicity, Global Warming 100a, Human Toxicity, Marine Aquatic Ecotoxicity, Ozone Layer Depletion, Photochemical Oxidation, and Terrestrial Ecotoxicity.

Abstract

Youtube is an application that is still widely used today where Youtube users can watch and post various types of videos ranging from entertainment, news, and insights for free. With the large number of Youtube application users, more and more people are giving comments ranging from positive to negative comments on the Youtube application on the Google Play Store. The purpose of this study is to analyze the sentiment of Youtube application users based on reviews on the Google Play Store. This study went through the stages of data extraction, data labeling, text preprocessing, and also the classification of the Naive Bayes Classifier and K-NN algorithms. After going through the Naive Bayes Classifier and K-NN classification stages, namely the K-NN algorithm produced 81,26% with a precision value of 83,29% and a recall value of 96,29% while the Naive Bayes Classifier algorithm only produced an accuracy value of 78,24%, precision of 82,83% and recall of 92,43%. This means that from the results of the sentiment analysis, the K-NN algorithm is superior to the Naive Bayes Classifier algorithm and public opinion towards the YouTube application is more negative than positive.

Abstract

Increasing of certainly development requires jobs with high productivity, effectiveness and efficiency. The application of BIM up to four-dimensional modeling (4D) using Tekla Structure software is a solution because it can analyze time performance, determine the causative factors in the event of delays and actions to overcome them. 3D modeling included modeling of foundations, columns, beams, slabs, stairs, and roofs. 4D modeling is conducted by adding work schedule to the 3D modeling that had been made. Time performance analysis was performed using the S-curve method for all buildings in Tower Green Jasmine Park Apartment Bogor construction project. Time performance analysis using the S curve found that this project experienced delays with the highest negative deviation value happened in June 2020 by -13.67%. The main delays in the project occured in procurement of MEP logistics and weather conditions. Work acceleration is carried out by increasing working hours and increasing the number of workers.

Abstract

Analysis of structural strength to the conditions of the jetty Port Babo of Teluk Bintuni, West Papua is important to ensure the stability of the against external loads and forces. The purpose of this research is to analyse and evaluate the strength of structures, as well as assess the durability of jetty structures. Modeling using the SAP2000 program corresponds to as built drawing. The results of the calculation of the working load include dead loads, live loads, ship berth, ship mooring force, current force, wave force, and earthquake force. Energy due to ship collision loads and vessel berthing force can be reduced using a fender designed using rubber fenders seibu V300H. The results of the structural analysis show that the number of combined variants is sufficient up to the shape mode 12. The dynamic earthquake shear forces in the x and y directions are still smaller than the static shear forces, so it needs to be multiplied by a scale factor of 2,9. The deviation that occurs in the structure is still smaller than the allowable deviation of 350 mm. Beams are designed using reinforcement with diameter 22 mm and 25 mm. The stress ratio value at the pile meets the pile capacity. It can be said that overall the Babo Teluk Bintuni wharf is safe from the working load.

Abstract

Population growth increased in the need for dwelling which impacted to high demand for bricks. However, bricks have a negative impact on the environment due to the materials and the production prosses. Population growth also effected an increase amount of plastic waste that has a risk to the health and environment. This research aimed to analyze the compressive and flexural strength of brick and ecobrick (PET bottle filled with plastic waste) wall, to know degree of difference in strength between both wall, and to compare the cost of making the wall. This research was started from preparation, manufactured, cured, and tested the specimens. The cost analysis refers to the Bogor district in 2019. The result was obtained compressive strength of brick is higher than ecobrick, which is brick 2,38 MPa and ecobrick 1,31 MPa. Flexural strength of ecobrick is higher than brick, which is ecobrick 1,23 MPa and brick 1,18 MPa. T-test show that compressive strength both wall is significantly different, while the flexural strength both wall is not significantly different. The cost of making ecobrick walls is 20% cheaper than brick walls.

Abstract

The demand of concrete has increased in Indonesia. A reinforced concrete innovation being developed is Textile Reinforced Concrete (TRC). Ramie fiber has great potential to be used as a construction material because it has advantages over other natural fibers, such as tensile strength properties. The research aims to analyzed flexural behaviour of Ramie fiber TRC. This research was conducted from February until June 2021 at IPB University. The research was carried out through several stages, that are testing of TRC materials, mix design, weaving and coating ramie fiber, manufacturing and curing test objects, and testing. The flexural behavior analyzed flexural strength, stiffness, ductility, and crack behavior. Ramie fiber reinforcement can improve the elasticity and ductility of mortar plates. However, woven ramie fiber with a certain woven pattern can reduce flexural strength. Coating ramie fiber with Unsaturated Polyester Resin (UPR) provides an increase in flexural strength, elastic properties, and ductility. Phases of crack behaviour of UPR-coated are uncracked, crack formation, crack stabilization, and failure. The woven pattern that produces the highest flexural strength is the two-axis woven pattern for UPR-coated ramie, which is 7.84 MPa.
