This study aims to analyze: 1) Awareness of Pasar Raya Traders in Padang City in the New Normal Era 2) Participation of Pasar Raya Traders in Padang City in the New Normal Era. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population of this research is the main market traders in the city of Padang. The population of this research is 38 traders. Data collection using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The results of this study found that 1) The awareness of the Padang market traders towards health protocols was moderate with a percentage of 63.87% because some traders no longer fully believed in the existence of the corona virus disease (Covid-19). 2) Participation of Padang market traders towards health protocols is classified as moderate with a percentage of 49.33% and this is classified as lower when compared to the awareness percentage of the Padang Raya market traders because traders no longer care about the existence of health protocol policies from the government and other factors due to difficulties in implementing new normal habits during a pandemic.Keywords: teacher performance, reaserch and publication, self-development, innovative work

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Bagaimana Kompetensi Sosial Mahasiswa Praktek Lapangan Kependidikan (PLK) Jurusan Geografi Universitas Negeri Padang Tahun 2019/2020. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman wawancara pada google form dan via telpon dimana aplikasi ini berguna untuk menyebarkan angket atau kuesioner secara cepat dan luas melalui link yang dibagikan kepada subjek penelitian, serta dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) bahwa mahasiswa PLK memiliki interaksi cukup baik dengan peserta didik dan memiliki tanggung jawab cukup baik di kelas. (2) bahwa komunikasi antara mahasiswa PLK dengan peserta didik baik di kelas dan juga dengan warga lingkup sekolah termasuk sesama pendidik, staf TU, dan guru pamong dapat dikatakan baik. Lalu (3) Hasil peneliti dapatkan pada penelitian ini bahwa bahwa mahasiswa PLK berpartisipasi di sekolah dengan cukup baik dan bergaul dengan peserta didik di luar kelas cukup baik. Kemudian (4) sikap dan tutur bahasa mahasiswa PLK cukup baik dan perlunya peningkatan dari mahasiswa praktik periode selanjutkan dan juga bimbingan dari guru pamong, serta guru-guru lainnya di sekolah sesama pendidik. Kata kunci : persepsi, guru pamong, kompetensi sosial mahasiswa PLK

Abstract This research discusses the Students' Perceptions of Online Learning in MAN Kota Solok. The purpose of this study was to describe the students' perceptions about online learning at Madrasah Aliyah Kota Solok. The type of research used in this research is descriptive type with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique in this research is by using observation, interview and documentation. The informants involved in this study were MAN Kota Solok. The results of this study can be seen that students have perceptions in the implementation of online learning for the first time done in schools with no readiness from teachers and students, the ability of teachers in the field of technology is also lacking, in terms of facilities are also limited, in terms of networks there are still many students who are constrained. , students often complain of the large number of assignments compared to face-to-face assignments due to the limited time set during the online learning period. whereas from the positive impact students can communicate easily via the internet at any time without being limited by distance and place. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membahas tentang Hambatan Siswa Kelas XI IPS pada Pembelajaran Daring Mata Pelajaran Geografi Selama Pandemi Covid 19 di SMA Negeri 1 Lubuk Basung. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan bagaimana Hambatan Siswa Kelas XI IPS pada Pembelajaran Daring Mata Pelajaran Geografi Selama Pandemi Covid 19 di SMA Negeri 1 Lubuk Basung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu jenis deskripstif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas XI IPS yang belajar geografi dan yang menjadi informan kunci dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru geografi dan wakil kurikulum di SMA Negeri 1 Lubuk Basung Hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa pembelajaran daring mata pelajaran geografi selama pandemi covid 19 kurang berjalan dengan baik, ada hambatan-hambatan yang dialami siswa selama pndemi covid 19. Hambatan tersebut yaitu dilihat dari keterbatasan siswa terhadap kuota internet, kepemilikan hp/android siswa, kemampuan siswa menggunakan teknologi pada pembelajaran daring dan keterbatasan jaringan internet tempat tinggal siswa. ABSTRACT This research discusses the Challenges and Solutions of Online Learning in the New Normal Period of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Lubuklinggau City. The purpose of this study was to determine the challenges and solutions for online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic for teachers at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Lubuklinggau City. This type of research used in this research is a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique in this research is by using observation, interview and documentation. The informants involved in this study were teachers of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Lubuklinggau City. The results of this study can be seen that online learning that is implemented for the first time has challenges for teachers both in terms of human resources and facilities / infrastructure. Less proficient in technology, network access and must be creative in implementing this online learning system. So the solutions provided are expected to be able to make online learning interesting, updates in technological developments and provide network access that can simplify the online learning process. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat petani kelapa di Kecamatan Mandah Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir Provinsi Riau dilihat dari kondisi social, ekonomi, Pendidikan dan kesehatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat yang bekerja sebagai petani kelapa yang ada di selurug kecamatan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebagian besar petani kelapa di Kecamatan Mandah sedang dalam kondisi sejahtera. Hal ini berdasarkan Badan Pusat Statistik (2014) yaitu suatu kondisi dimana seluruh kebutuhan jasmani dan rohani dari rumah tangga tersebut dapat dipenuhi sesuai dengan tingkat hidup, dimensi kesejahteraan rahyat disadari sangat luas dan kompleks, suatu taraf kesejahteraan rakyat hanya dapat terlihat melalui suatu aspek tertentu.

Abstrak 1) Public perception of the risk of landslides 2) Impact of environmental damage due to landslides (3) Efforts made by the community and government in overcoming the impact of landslides on environmental damage that occurs. This type of research is qualitative research. The data used is primary data. Primary data were obtained from direct interviews with the community in Bukit Lampu. The technique of collecting research data uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are: (1) Public perception of the risk of landslides and environmental damage, people in the Bukit Lampu area already know that landslides can damage the environment but the community can't do anything. (2) As a result of the landslide disaster, the impact on environmental damage is increasing critical land, causing damaged roads, destroyed houses and also traffic disturbances due to the back and forth of operational vehicles and transporters going in and out of the Bukit Lampu area. (3) Efforts made by the government, the community, repairing damaged roads, registering damaged houses and getting compensation from the government, as the government is a form of responsibility.

This study aims to find out (1) how is the condition of fishermen's education, (2) how is the condition of the fishermen's residence and (3) how is the condition of fishermen's expenses. This study generally aims to determine the socio-economic conditions of fishermen in Nagari Kacang, X Koto Singkarak District. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were all fishermen in Nagari Kacang, X Koto Singkarak district, Solok district. Determination of the sample using a total sampling technique. The source of this research data comes directly from fishermen. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the education level of fishermen in Nagari Kacang is on average only junior high school graduates, (2) while the education level of fishermen's children is on average high school graduates, (3) for the condition of the houses occupied by fishermen on average is a permanent house (privately owned) with a floor made of concrete (cement), (4) the next for expenditures in the form of food issued by the fishermen's village on average is in the range of Rp. 786.000 – Rp. 1.108.0000, (5) while non-food expenditures issued by fishermen's families for one month are in the Rp. 795,000 – Rp. 1,793,000. It can be concluded that the more family members there are in one house, the greater the expenses that will be issued.

Abstract This study aims to describe how the interaction of the Suku Anak Dalam talang mamak with the local community in Suo-Suo Village, Sumai District, Tebo Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. This research was conducted in Suo-Suo Village, Sumai District, Tebo Regency, Jambi Province. Informants in this study were determined by the purposive sampling technique, namely the sampling technique of data sources with certain considerations. By conducting interviews, observations and documentation. The results of the study revealed that: the interaction of the Suku Anak Dalam talang mamak with the local community, more or less the Suku Anak Dalam talang mamak have come out of their isolation in the forest because inevitably the forest where they live is almost gone because it has been replaced with oil palm and rubber plantations. Indirectly meet with local people and they have to interact. Communication between the local community and the Suku Anak Dalam talang mamak is going well, because the Suku Anak Dalam talang mamak in this area are taught to learn Indonesian so that it is easy for them to communicate.

This study aims to: 1) examine the differences between student learning motivation using an online system and an offline system, and 2) examine whether student learning motivation using an offline system is better than student learning motivation using an online system. This research uses quantitative research. using data in the form of numbers to analyze information about what you want to know. The purpose of quantitative research is to determine the relationship between variables in a population. Based on the results of data analysis in research and discussion of the comparison of student learning motivation between online learning and offline learning, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1) The average score of student learning motivation in online learning is 114.93 with a high category, while the average score for online learning is 114.93. the average score of students' learning motivation in offline learning is 122.62 with a high category. 2) The results of hypothesis testing obtained tcount 0.8187 < ttable 1.68, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that there is a significant difference between student learning motivation in offline learning and online learning in Geography subjects. 3) Based on this explanation, it can be concluded that offline learning can increase students' motivation in learning Geography compared to offline learning in Class X Social Studies SMA Negeri Titian Teras H. Abdurrahman Sayoeti Jambi.
