Abstract

Technology in the digital world and the internet has greatly contributed to changes in marketing activities, which were previously conventional (offline) strategies but have now changed to digital (online). Digital marketing makes it easier for their businesses in the marketing process for the products they sell.This study took place in Klungkung Regency, Bali Province. Descriptive qualitative method to adjust opinions between researchers and informants. Selection of this method because the analysis could not be in the form of numbers and more researchers describe all the phenomena that exist in the community clearly. This study using observation, interviews, documentation and sampling technique was purposive sampling with the object of research being the owners of SMEs in Klungkung Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out SMEs actors in understanding digital marketing; to determine the use of social networks by SMEs players as digital marketing media; to find out the effect of digital marketing on increasing commodity profits for SMEs.Results from this study is their interest in SMEs to use digital marketing in the marketing of SMEs products; Brand awareness generated by using digital marketing affects profits; separation of accounts online stores with their personal accounts, this is done so in a social media management can actively focus for promoting SMEs

Abstract

BUMDes (Badan Usaha Milik Desa) Catu Kwero Sedana Pecatu menghadapi sejumlah tantangan dalam pengelolaan unit usaha perdagangan umum dan jasa. Diantaranya adalah belum adanya Nomor Izin Berusaha (NIB), sistem akuntansi dan perpajakan yang belum terintegrasi, serta ketiadaan strategi pemasaran digital. Untuk itu, dilakukan kegiatan pendampingan pengurusan NIB BUMDes Catu Kwero Sedana Pecatu, implementasi Aplikasi Jurnal.Id dan pelatihan penggunaannya, serta pemberian website dan pelatihan pemasaran digital. Melalui kolaborasi yang baik dengan INSTIKI, pengurusan NIB, penerapan aplikasi Jurnal.Id untuk sistem akuntansi dan perpajakan, serta pengembangan strategi pemasaran digital menggunakan website berhasil diselenggarakan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa inovasi yang diterapkan mampu meningkatkan kinerja administrasi BUMDes berbasis digital.

Abstract

Desa Yehembang Kangin, Kecamatan Mendoyo, Kabupaten Jembrana, Bali, memiliki potensi wisata alam yang besar, namun sering menghadapi ancaman bencana banjir bandang dan longsor. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, serta meningkatkan produktivitas pertanian kakao, program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem peringatan dini Modul Anti Banjir (MABAR) dan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Kebencanaan dan Sistem Monitoring Cuaca (SIKESYA) untuk kesiapsiagaan bencana, serta fasilitas pengering kakao pintar (Omni Mobile Rapid Cacao Dryer atau OM RICAR) untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi pertanian. Pelaksanaan PKM terdiri dari dua tahap: sosialisasi dan implementasi. Tahap implementasi mencakup pembangunan sistem MABAR berbasis IoT, aplikasi SIKESYA untuk informasi cuaca dan kebencanaan, serta pembangunan dome pengering kakao berbasis tenaga surya dan IoT. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kesiapsiagaan bencana dengan adopsi teknologi yang mencapai 80-100% pada anggota Pokdarwis, serta efisiensi pengeringan kakao yang meningkat 50% dengan penggunaan OM RICAR. Selain itu, pelatihan manajemen keuangan digital membantu meningkatkan kemampuan pengelolaan keuangan kelompok tani, dengan hasil yang signifikan dalam pencatatan transaksi dan analisis keuangan. Meskipun banyak kemajuan tercapai, tantangan pemeliharaan sistem teknologi dan peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat tetap perlu diatasi untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program.

Abstract

The depreciation of the rupiah against the United States dollar (USD) affects purchasing power and economic stability. Public responses are widely expressed through social media such as X and Instagram. This study aims to analyze public sentiment using the Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) algorithm. Data were collected through crawling and scraping, consisting of 13,443 X comments and 11,287 Instagram comments between January 2024 until April 2025. Preprocessing included emoji conversion, cleaning, case folding, normalization, tokenization, stopwords removal, and Stemming. Sentiment labeling was performed using the InSet Lexicon, TF-IDF weighting, and data splitting   into 70:30, 80:20, and 90:10. The XGBoost model was trained with parameters: 100 estimators, learning rate 0.1, max depth 6, and subsample 0.8. Results showed accuracies of 74–76% on X data and stable 77% on Instagram. Model evaluation using precision, recall, and F1-score confirmed consistency: precision 0.76% – 0.84%, recall 0.86%–0.88%, and F1-score 0.82%–0.86%, reflecting a balance between accuracy and robustness in detecting sentiments. Sentiment distribution revealed that X is dominated by negative opinions (38%), while Instagram is more positive (41%). These findings confirm the effectiveness of XGBoost in sentiment classification and provide valuable insights for policymakers to design adaptive communication and monetary strategies based on digital public opinion.
