Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan sangat membutuhkan SDM yang kompeten agar dapat menunjang keberhasilan dan pencapaian tujuan. SDM merupakan penggerak dari suatu sistem dan semua fasilitas, aset, kurikulum, sarana, prasarana serta semua sumber daya lainnya. Semua sumber daya pendidikan tidak dapat berfungsi secara optimal apabila tidak didukung dengan ketersediaan SDM. Dengan adanya audit SDM Pendidikan, maka dapat memberikan arah bagi lembaga pendidikan secara keseluruhan tentang SDM yang dibutuhkan, kegiatan SDM yang akan dikelola dan dikembangkan, dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi lembaga maupun bagi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, sehingga dapat diintegrasikan dengan tujuan perencanaan jangka pendek dan jangka panjang lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Konsep Kegiatan Audit SDM dan Konsep Pengelolaan SDM dalam Pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan penelitian pustaka (Library Research). Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perlu dilakukan audit terkait dengan Sumber Daya Manusia di sekolah. Pendidikan dapat dikatakan berkualitas jika sudah memenuhi standar Pendidikan dan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan adalah sangat penting dan harus memperhatikan sumber daya manusia dan mengelolanya dengan baik, agar tercipta pendidikan yang berkualitas.

Abstract

Rekrutmen dan seleksi sumber daya manusia merupakan hal yang sangat penting sekali dan hanya dapat diperoleh melalui upaya rekrutmen dan seleksi yang efektif yaitu dengan melibatkan fungsi manajemen yang akurat dan berkelanjutan sehingga diperoleh kualifikasi yang sesuai dengan bidang pekerjaan dan tercapainya tujuan sebuah lembaga pendidikan. Pendidikan adalah usaha sadar dan terencana untuk mewujudkan suasana belajar dan proses pembelajaran agar peserta didik secara aktif mengembangkan potensi dirinya untuk memiliki kekuatan spiritual keagamaan, pengendalian diri, kepribadian, kecerdasan, akhlak mulia, serta keterampilan yang diperlukan dirinya, masyarakat, bangsa, dan Negara. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa rekrutmen dan seleksi sumber daya manusia dalam organisai pendidikan mempunyai peranan penting,serta agar memperoleh kualifikasi yang sesuai dengan bidangnya

Abstract

Pengembangan karir merupakan salah satu sub-fungsi dari pada ruang lingkup utama MSDM (Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia), yaitu pengembangan tenaga kerja (Human Resource Development), di mana selain dari pengembangan karir juga terdapat sub-fungsi lain, yaitu pelatihan dan pengembangan (training and development). Pengembangan karir dalam manajemen bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan SDM (Sumberdaya Manusia) menghadapi pekerjaan mereka di masa yang akan datang dalam organisasi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan SDM dalam menghadapi pekerjaan mereka di masa yang akan datang pada organisasi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan karir dalam organisasi pendidikan di SMPN 1 Sarudik Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode meta-analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan karir pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan dalam organisasi pendidikan ada dua faktor, yakni faktor internal (profesionalisme karyawan) dan faktor eksternal (lingkungan organisasi) seperti tipe manajemen, manajer, dan sistem pengembangan karir di organisasi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pemberdayaan dan Iklim Sekolah terhadap Efektivitas Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) Se-Kecamatan Nibung Hangus. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru yang ada pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) Se-Kecamatan yang berjumlah 120 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji validitas dan reabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (a) Hubungan variabel Pemberdayaan (X1) terhadap Efektivitas (Y) dalam bentuk persamaan regersi Y = 29,536+ 0,116 X1. Ini berarti bahwa jika Pemberdayaan meningkat sebesar 1 poin maka efektivitas akan meningkat sebesar 0,116 poin pada konstanta 29,536 maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. (b) Bentuk hubungan variabel Iklim Sekolah (X2) terhadap Efektivitas (Y) dalam bentuk persamaan regersi Y = 4,712+ 0,593 X2. Ini berarti bahwa jika Iklim Sekolah meningkat sebesar 1 poin maka efektivitas akan meningkat sebesar 0,593 poin pada konstanta 4,712. Maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Pemberdayaan (X1) terhadap Efektivitas (Y), t-hitung = 3.141 dan t-tabel= 1.661 artinya thitung > ttabel = 3.141 > 1.661 dapat disimpulkan Ha Diterima dan H0 Ditolak. Iklim Sekolah (X2) terhadap Efektivitas (Y) t-hitung = 17.437 dan t-tabel= 1.661 artinya thitung > ttabel = 17,437 > 1.661 dapat disimpulkan Ha Diterima dan H0 Ditolak. Pemberdayaan (X1) dan Iklim Sekolah (X2) berpengaruh terhadap Efektivitas (Y) secara bersama-sama adalah signifikan yaitu hasil Uji. F tabel = 3,099 dan fhitung 153,206 fhitung > ftabel = 153,206 > 3,099. Berdasarkan dari hasil analisis tersebut, maka hasil dari uji t Variabel Pemberdayaan (X1) dan Iklim Sekolah (X2) terhadap Efektivitas (Y) mempunyai hubungan positif Ha diterima H0 ditolak.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze in depth the performance of academic supervision carried out by school principals in improving teacher performance at SMP N 13 Binjai. The research method uses qualitative data collection techniques, observations, interviews and conclusions. The results of the study show that in planning for academic supervision, information is obtained that principals always give authority to teachers in appreciating their innovations in teaching. The principal also made a visit to the teacher's room. The point is to directly check the state of teacher development in preparing administration. Supervision of the implementation of supervision by the principal in this covid situation uses the sigum application where with this application teachers will be given the convenience of uploading data and increasing the use of science and technology. Supervision activities that will be carried out by the school principal are well prepared. The implementation of academic supervision by the principal does not reduce the principal's assessment as a supervisory supervisor to assist teachers in improving teacher performance. Coaching and training is one of the forms provided by the principal which is the embodiment not to judge teachers but rather to direct the skills of teachers to be more able to innovate. Preparation of the syllabus, prota, prosem, lesson plans to the preparation of effective teaching hours. In addition, the principal provides direction to teachers in the form of motivation to teachers, where this is able to provide encouragement to develop teacher performance in their respective competencies. The role of the principal to provide input, ideas or forms of reprimand is a good attitude to achieve educational progress at SMP N 13 Binjai. Academic supervision that has been carried out by the principal has gone through many stages, such as direct coaching with face-to-face and online (in a network). The principal also provides more maximum direction at the end of the evaluation. Because there will be deficiencies in the learning process. These deficiencies are used to process and analyze the evaluation results. Based on the results of interviews and observations that provide guidance on learning evaluation as a form of follow-up. This guidance is direct by the supervisor and principal at the time the evaluation takes place. If the principal and the supervisory team find teachers who have difficulties in carrying out learning evaluations, the team will try to overcome them.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of principals' leadership, professional teachers, work culture on the performance of elementary school teachers in North Sibolga district and the influence of principals' leadership, professional teachers and work culture together on the performance of elementary school teachers in North Sibolga district. The population in this study were all PNS teachers who had been certified at SDN in North Sibolga District, amounting to 55 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Furthermore, validity and reliability tests were carried out. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that: (a) The relationship of the principal's leadership variable (X1) to teacher performance (Y) in the regression equation Y = 50,002+ 0,497 JMP-DMT, 4(2), 2023 | 46X1. This means that if the school climate increases by 1 point, the teacher's performance will increase by 0,497 points at a constant of 50,002. The value of R square is 0,333 meaning that there is an influence of Principal Leadership on Teacher Performance by 33,3% (b) The form of the relationship of teacher professional variables (X2) to teacher performance (Y) in the form of a regression equation Y = 65,455 + 0,529 X2. This means that if the Organizational Structure increases by 1 point, the teacher's performance will increase by 0.529 points at a constant of 65,455. The value of R square is 0,426, this means that there is an influence of teacher professional variables (X2) on teacher performance by 42,6% (c) The form of the relationship between work culture variables (X3) on teacher performance (Y) in the form of a regression equation Y = 65,455 + 0,306 X3. This means that if the organizational structure increases by 1 point, the teacher's performance will increase by 0.306 points at a constant of 65,455. So Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The value of R square is 0.175. This means that there is an influence of work culture (X3) on teacher performance of 17,5% (d) because Fcount Ftable or 16,633 2,790. The value of R square is 0.934, meaning that there is an effect of principal leadership, teacher professional and work culture together on teacher performance of 93,4% Ha accepted and Ho rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the management of school principals in fostering teacher professionalism at SMK Negeri 1 Pancur Batu. The research approach used was qualitative with a descriptive method, namely knowing and giving an overview of an objective fact and situation that occurred in the field, with research informants at SMK Negeri 1 Pancur Batu. The results of this study indicate that the management of the principal of SMK Negeri 1 Pancur Batu in fostering teacher professionalism is carried out well. This is indicated by 4 aspects, namely (1) in the planning aspect, the school principal has implemented efforts to improve the quality of education and teacher professionalism; (2) organizational aspects, the principal involves all school members to be involved in all forms of activity; (3) implementation aspect: in practice the school principal has a program implemented, namely providing opportunities for teachers to attend training, seminars, and activities related to teacher professional competence; and (4) evaluation aspect: evaluation really needs to be done to influence the level of achievement of the goals that have been set previously.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganlisis kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan pemberdaya sumberdaya manusia dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru di SMK Swasta HKBP Pematangsiantar. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dimana penelitian ini mengambil studi kasus yang menjelaskan dan menggambarkan penemuanpenemuan nyata yang ditemukan oleh penulis. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of school management in implementing curriculum diversification (a case study at MSP N 2 Sibolga). This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Jalan JL. Oswald Siahaan No. 35, Sibolga ILIR, Kec. North Sibolga, City of Sibolga Prov. North Sumatra. With observation data collection techniques, interview documentation. Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The result of the research is that the curriculum is ideally implemented life-oriented, at the level of basic abilities for development purposes such as reading, writing, and critical thinking. Furthermore, a curriculum that is oriented to the lives and experiences of its students can be used as an alternative curriculum that adapts to regional conditions and the environment around the school. All teachers of SMP Negeri 2 Sibolga are given the freedom in compiling the syllabus even though there are syllabus provisions from the education office. The preparation of this syllabus is not centered on the education service but a modified syllabus, meaning that the syllabus is adapted to the character of the students. In the implementation of the school management program, the strategies applied to achieve the implementation of learning include: program socialization, problem solving, quality improvement, and monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of school programs. The teaching and learning process (PBM) or interactions that occur between teachers and students at SMP Negeri 2 Sibolga are very accurate, this is because the teaching process is harmonious. Evaluation of the curriculum in implementing learning that needs to be assessed starts from the aspects of the objectives to be achieved, both curriculum objectives, learning objectives and student learning objectives. Each value evaluation is based on what abilities to be developed, while each ability contains elements of knowledge, skills and attitudes and values. Determination of the assessed aspects refers to the success criteria that have been determined in the curriculum.

Abstract

This study aims to describe curriculum development during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMP IT Mutiara, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. A qualitative approach is used in this study with the case study method. In an effort to reveal the facts and phenomena surrounding the curriculum development, the researchers collected data through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study concluded that the development of the IT Mutiara Middle School learning curriculum during the Covid-19 pandemic was managed effectively, also taking into account the principles of safety and security for school residents according to applicable regulations. This is marked by 5 aspects, namely (1) the planning aspect, including meetings with the management and teachers of SMP IT Mutiara, consultation with the school's managerial supervisor, and approval of the plan from the Deli Serdang education office, (2) organizational aspects, including the curricular with an eye group A and B lessons, co-curricular, extra-curricular with scouts and tahfiz of the Qur'an, as well as local content on information and communication technology (ICT) material, (3) implementation aspects, five days (Monday-Friday) effective learning days , Saturdays extracurricular activities with the person in charge of the teachers who have been determined, (4) aspects of supervision, including direct supervision by the school principal and school managerial supervisors, related to academic administration and services, and (5) evaluation aspects including a review of the achievement of goals and process of the learning system, so that curriculum implementation can be analyzed, making accountability reports, and recommendations for next steps.
