Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengaruh Quick Ratio (QR) Dan Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) Terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) Pada Perusahaan Sektor Pertanian Yang Terdaftar Di Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI) Periode 2015-2019. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deksriptif dan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis data kuantitatif.Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Quick Ratio (QR) tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Return On Assets (ROA) pada Perusahaan Sektor Pertanian Yang Terdaftar Di Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI) Periode 2015-2019. Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Return On Assets (ROA) pada Perusahaan Sektor Pertanian Yang Terdaftar Di Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI) Periode 2015-2019. Secara pengujian simultan Quick Ratio (QR) dan Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Return On Assets (ROA) pada pada Perusahaan Sektor Pertanian Yang Terdaftar Di Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI) Periode 2015-2019. Persentase kontribusi pengaruh Quick Ratio (QR) dan Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) terhadap terhadap Return On Assets (ROA) sebesar 48,2%,sedangkan sisanya sebesar 51,8% dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Quick Ratio (QR), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Return On Assets (ROA)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the determinants of knowledge management on organizational sustainability. The study also investigated performance differences among ISO 9001 certified and non-certified companies. A total of 156 employees from various private companies in Bekasi were used as samples. The SEM-PLS approach is used to test hypothetical models. Independent sample t-test testing is used to see the difference between ISO 9001 certified and non-certified companies. Based on the results of research it is known that the storage of knowledge plays a key role in the generation of knowledge, sharing, and utilization. Knowledge management has a significant impact on organizational sustainability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan pada PT. Graha Curah Niaga di Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan sebesar 43,6%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (11,425 > 1,974). Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan sebesar 41,1%, uji  hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (10,852 > 1,974). Lingkungan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 10,259 + 0,387X1 + 0,355X2 dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 52,0%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (18,770 > 2,660).

Abstract

This research is quantitative to know the effect of MSME credit restructuring, financial technology (Fintech) inclusiveness, and MSME competitive advantage on MSME financial performance. The research object in this study is MSME actors divided into MSME centres in Serang City and District, Banten Province. The Partial Least Square Analysis method is an analytical technique used in this study. The study results show that: 1) Credit restructuring has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, 2) Financial technology inclusiveness has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, 3) Competitive advantage has a positive but not significant effect on financial performance

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan program dasar Digital Marketing sekaligus membantu masyarakat dalam memperkenalkan produk-produknya melalui Market Place yang telah dibuat melalui program Badan Usaha Miliki Negara (BUMN) yaitu aplikasi padiumkm.id yang diselenggarakan oleh Kementerian Badan Usaha Milik Negara. Penggunaan aplikasi Digital Marketing memiliki peranan yang amat penting bagi pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil ini di masa pandemi Covid-19, salah satunya pada pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil di Desa Kadugenep Kabupaten Serang. Adapun metode pelatihan ini berupa penyampaian materi atau petunjuk tutorial dan praktik/penggunaan aplikasi digital marketing melalui padiumkm.id. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan bahwa sebelum dilaksanakan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM), pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil belum begitu paham penggunaan digital marketing melalui aplikasi padiumkm.id. Karena sebelumnya pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil cenderung menerapkan sistem konvensional, bukan menggunakan sistem digital. Metode yang diterapkan adalah bekerjasama dengan pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil dengan nama Saa’dah bidang usaha penjualan Kerajinan Bambu “Klakat” di Desa Kadugenep, Kecamatan Petir, Kabupaten Serang, Provinsi Banten. Antusias pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil cukup tinggi, sehingga pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi digital marketing melalui padiumkm.id cukup baik. Kata kunci : PKM, Digital Marketing, Market Place

Abstract

The pandemic caused by Coronavirus 2019 (Covid-19) which originated in Wuhan, China has spread rapidly to all countries around the world including Indonesia. Various methods are used to maintain safety and prevent the spread of virus getting faster, one of methods by implementing the work from home for the civil servant administration. Therefore, this research investigates the impact of working from home to the performance of civil servant administration in Indonesia. The employees who have the possibility to work from home, have a high degree of autonomy in scheduling their work and thus considered to have higher intrinsic motivation. Thereby, the research hypothesis between working from home can positively impact on employee performance of the civil servant administration at Banten Province. This study uses quantitative methods, the data in this study used by an online questionnaire of 72 civil servant administration in Banten Province. The analysis tool using structural equation modeling (SEM) PLS. Research variable divided become three variables, the work from home as predictor for the performance of civil servant administration, while the Covid-19 pandemic as the moderator variable. The empirical results shows that working from home has a significant positive effect on performance of civil servant administration. Meanwhile, Covid-19 Pandemic as a moderating variable will be weakens the relationship between work form home (WFH) on the performance of civil servant administration.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengujiperan motivasi dalam memediasi pengaruh karakteristik pemimpin dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling. Sampel yang diambil adalah 100 karyawan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling didasarkan pada judgment sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil efek tidak langsung karakteristik pemimpin terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi artinya positif dan signifikan signifikan. Budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi berarti signifikan. Pengaruh total (total effect) karakteristik pemimpin terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi adalah 0,418 (0,204 + 0,214) dengan VAF sebesar 0,633 (0,418 + 0,214). Sedangkan pengaruh total (total effect) budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja melalui motivasia dalah 0,347 (0,226 + 0,121) dengan VAF sebesar 0,347 (0,347 + 0,121). Hasil VAF pengaruh karakteristik pemimpin terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi bernilai 0,633 atau 63,3% ini dikategorikan memediasi penuh, Hasil VAF pengaruh budaya orgnasisasi terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi bernilai 0,347atau 34,7% ini dikategorikan memediasi penuh.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of motivation to the craftsmen’s performance, motivation towards job satisfaction, and the effect of job satisfaction on craftsmen performance. This research is included in the type of causal research. The population in this study were all MSMEs pottery craftsmen in Bumi Jaya Village, Ciruas District, Serang Regency, Banten. Samples were taken using non-probability sampling of 78 pottery craftsmen. Data were collected using a questionnaire, then analyzed using SEM analysis with the help of SmartPLS. The results of this study is indicating that motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of craftsmen, craftsmen motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on craftsmen performance and motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Lotte Grosir Serang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang berkunjung pada Lotte Grosir Serang yang jumlahnya tidak diketahui dan dapat dikatakan dalam kategori tidak terbatas. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling insidental, yaitu pengambilan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, bila sampel dipandang sudah memenuhi kriteria yang sedang diteliti, adapun jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 orang menggunakan rumus Lemeshow. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda, uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kemudian secara simultan atau secara bersama-sama, variabel harga dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Berdasarkan dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan didapatkan bahwa nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 18,8% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 81,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain

Abstract

This research was conducted (1) to determine lifestyle on student financial management (2) to determine the influence of financial attitudes on student financial management (3) to determine the influence of financial literacy on student financial management (4) to determine lifestyle, financial attitudes and literacy finance on student financial management. This type of research is a quantitative survey, with data collection techniques using secondary and primary data in the form of observations and questionnaires, the sample consisted of 99 FEB students from private universities in the city of Serang. The results of this research show that based on the results of hypothesis testing, lifestyle has a significant effect on student financial management. This is proven by tcount > ttable (3.188>1,984) with a significance of 0.002. hypothesis testing that financial attitudes have a significant effect on student financial management. This is proven by tcount > ttable (9.501>1,984) with a significance of 0.000, and testing the hypothesis that financial literacy has a significant effect on student financial management. This is proven by tcount > ttable (7.861>1.984) with a significance of 0.000. Meanwhile, simultaneously (together) there is a positive and significant influence between lifestyle variables, financial attitudes and financial literacy on financial management. with a value of Fcount>Ftable (67.158>2.70) and a sig value of F < α (0.000<0.05). And the results of multiple linear regression are Y = 700 + 0.160X₁ + 0.429X₂ + 0.389X₃. 68% while the remaining 32% is explained by other variables not included in this study.
