Abstract

Digitalization in the Society 5.0 era is a comprehensive transformation process that integrates digital technology into all aspects of human and societal life. It is not only about turning analog information into digital, but also about using digital data and technology to create new value, optimize processes, and improve the quality of life. Bonto Bulaeng Village has potential in dragon fruit plantations, diversification of agricultural products, and local handicrafts. However, MSME actors in this village still face challenges related to business management, marketing, and wider market access. This service aims to assist MSME actors in Bonto Bulaeng Village in improving entrepreneurial knowledge and skills, optimizing the use of digital technology for marketing, encouraging product diversification, increasing understanding of product packaging, and increasing the adaptive capacity of MSMEs to market changes. This is done through various interventions, such as training, mentoring, and socialization. It is hoped that with this service, MSMEs in Bonto Bulaeng Village can increase competitiveness, diversify products, and use digital technology for marketing, so that they can increase people's income and welfare.

Abstract

Puskesmas is the spearhead of public health services and has a function as the first contact for people in obtaining health services. Until now, the quality of services at puskesmas is still often complained about by the community. Services at puskesmas are also still understood as technical problems of treatment where the services only involve doctors, nurses and other health workers. This research will be conducted at the Lubuk Batang Health Center, OKU Regency. Determination of the location is carried out intentionally (Purposive) with the consideration that it does not have 9 types of complete health workers. the number of existing populations that are used as samples / respondents based on criteria is 50 Respondents of all ASN employees of health workers at Puskesmas Lubuk Batang OKU Regency. The results showed that from several dependent variables HR problems at Puskesmas Lubuk Batang that can affect the quality of service are: The lack of integration of the planning system and procedures for the distribution of health workers; lack of capacity of the HR planning unit at all levels in the distribution of health workers; lack of good communication so that there are differences in understanding, information and knowledge about the distribution of health workers between the planning unit and health service providers; lack of support from the local government; and planning that is not integrated at various administrative levels in the local government of OKU Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas implementasi sistem informasi Laporan Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (LAKIP) berbasis elektronik di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar sebagai bagian dari upaya reformasi birokrasi. Metode Waterfall digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini, yang melibatkan tahap identifikasi masalah, perancangan sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), implementasi, dan pengujian menggunakan metode black box testing. Hasilnya adalah sebuah sistem yang memungkinkan pengelolaan data LAKIP secara efisien dan transparan, dengan antarmuka yang user-friendly dan pengujian yang memastikan kinerja yang sesuai. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan kinerja pemerintah melalui peningkatan transparansi, efisiensi, dan integrasi dalam pengelolaan kinerja instansi pemerintah.

Abstract

Workshop Teknis Kecerdasan Buatan yang bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Sulawesi Selatan melalui penerapan Kecerdasan Buatan (AI). Pelaksanaan kegiatan sebagai respons terhadap tantangan rendahnya literasi digital, keterbatasan adopsi teknologi kecerdasan buatan bagi UMKM, dan kebutuhan inovasi pemasaran. Workshop ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan daya saing pelaku UMKM di Sulawesi Selatan. Materi pelatihan mencakup topik esensial seperti pengembangan digital mindset, pemahaman etika dan keamanan digital, dasar-dasar AI, pengenalan tools AI yang relevan, serta praktik prompting untuk pembuatan konten pemasaran digital. Dilaksanakan dengan dukungan dari ABDSI Sulawesi Selatan, Bank Indonesia Sulawesi Selatan dan ITB Nobel Indonesia. Pelaksanaan workshop menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, dan praktik langsung. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap pemahaman dan persepsi kemampuan peserta dalam memanfaatkan AI, mengindikasikan bahwa pelatihan teknis yang terarah memiliki potensi besar untuk mengoptimalkan adopsi teknologi di sektor UMKM dan meningkatkan eksistensi pasar mereka.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an internship model based on the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) curriculum tailored to the needs of higher education institutions. The research adopts a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the INOBEL (Integrative Outcome-Based Education for Learning Outcomes) development model, which includes stages such as needs exploration, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. INOBEL was reconstructed from established models such as Borg and Gall, ADDIE, 4D, Dick and Carey, and DBR. The subjects involved in this study included students, academic supervisors, and industry partners. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires, while data analysis was conducted both quantitatively and qualitatively. The results showed that the OBE-based internship model met the criteria of validity, practicality, and effectiveness in enhancing students' soft skills and hard skills. It also fostered collaboration between universities and industries, producing tangible outputs such as internship reports, scientific journals, or products eligible for intellectual property rights (HaKI). The study recommends disseminating the model among academic supervisors and implementing it more broadly within higher education institutions.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a web-based Nobel Press Point of Sales (POS) system that is responsive and adaptive to user needs. The problem-solving approach in this study focuses on the development of a web-based Point of Sales (POS) system as a solution for the digitization of transactions at Nobel Press. The Agile method was chosen so that the development process can be carried out gradually and flexibly, adapting to the needs of dynamic users. The results of this study show that the application of Progressive Web Application (PWA) technology in the POS system for Nobel Press provides significant advantages, such as better accessibility and transaction efficiency, even in conditions without an internet connection and the development of a web-based Point of Sales (POS) system at Nobel Press has succeeded in creating an effective solution for digitizing book sales transactions. The test results showed that the system was able to perform key functions well, including stock management, sales transactions, and real-time reporting.

Abstract

The development of the gas station business is currently very tempting for entrepreneurs, it can be witnessed that lately many gas station constructions have begun in the city to remote villages though. One of the most important things that is sometimes overlooked by gas station entrepreneurs is the quality of the fuel they sell and in general, monitoring the contents of the tank at gas stations is done manually. The purpose of the study was to design a Prototype of the Water Content Detection System and tank level, which aims to help gas station managers measure water content and monitor fuel content in gas station tanks automatically and realtime so that fuel quality is maintained, information can be monitored through web-based systems and mobile applications with Internet of Things technology. The IoT system design consists of an Arduino Uno R4 microcontroller, HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor, conductivity sensor, and selenoid valve. The accuracy test results of the ultrasonic sensor used are good enough to measure the contents of the tank with an average error of 1.3%, while the conductivity sensor measurement has an average error of 0.292% with a validation process using the centrifuge method, The selenoid valve works well which is activated through a web-based monitoring application and a mobile application.

Abstract

The creation of widespread technological innovation makes it easier for people to live their lives. The sub-district office has a task that is not far from serving the community, taking care of various administrations to take care of things. However, the low quality of employee service has hampered sub-district office services. With this, the researchers aim to design an online-based queuing system that will make it easier for employees and the public to take care of things at the sub-district office. The population used in this study were 23 students in Makassar. The collection technique is in the form of literature study and distributing online questionnaires. The test uses Black Box Testing to test the usability of its features. The results of the study show that e-District (eDisc) has proven good and can be used as an online-based queuing system at the sub-district office.

Abstract

Abstract The scarcity and high price of cooking oil have become an irony for the Indonesian society, despite the fact that palm cooking oil production is actually sufficient. This research aims to anticipate shortages and meet the public's needs for cooking oil availability. Therefore, the government, through the Ministry of Trade, empowers the processed oil produced in Polewali Mandar Regency under the name Minyak Goreng Lomo Mandar, which is a local product made by the community. The research uses a descriptive quantitative method with a population consisting of producers of Lomo Mandar cooking oil and consumers in Polewali Mandar Regency. The sample was taken using purposive sampling technique, with a total of 36 respondents. The research instrument was a questionnaire comprising 5 variables: market orientation, innovation, product quality, business strategy, and competitive advantage. The research shows that market orientation is crucial for identifying consumer preferences, involving them in product development, and adjusting products to meet market needs. Most respondents in the Mandar cooking oil industry understand the importance of market orientation, product quality, and business strategy for creating competitive advantage. However, improvements are needed in several areas, such as making enhancements based on consumer feedback, understanding the correlation between product quality improvement and consumer satisfaction, and having a long-term plan to continually improve product quality standards. In conclusion, market orientation, innovation, and product quality have a positive and significant relationship with competitive advantage, with business strategy serving as an important variable that strengthens these relationships.Keywords: Business Strategy, Competitive Advantage, Cooking oil, Lomo MandarAbstrakKelangkaan hingga mahalnya harga minyak goreng, telah menjadi sebuah ironi bagi masyarakat Indonesia, sementara produksi minyak goreng sawit sebenarnya selalu mencukupi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengantisipasi kelangkaan dan memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat atas ketersediaan minyak goreng, maka pemerintah dalam hal ini Kementerian Perdagangan memberdayakan hasil olah minyak yang ada di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar dengan nama Minyak Goreng Lomo Mandar yang mana minyak goreng tersebut merupakan produk lokal yang diproduksi oleh masyarakat. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi produsen minyak goreng Lomo Mandar dan konsumen di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan teknik sampling purposif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 36 responden. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang terdiri dari 5 variabel penelitian, yaitu orientasi pasar, inovasi, kualitas produk, strategi bisnis, dan keunggulan kompetitif. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa orientasi pasar sangat penting untuk mengidentifikasi preferensi konsumen, melibatkan mereka dalam pengembangan produk, dan menyesuaikan produk dengan kebutuhan pasar. Mayoritas responden dalam industri minyak goreng Mandar memahami pentingnya orientasi pasar, kualitas produk, dan strategi bisnis untuk menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif. Namun, diperlukan peningkatan dalam beberapa area, seperti perbaikan berdasarkan umpan balik konsumen, memahami hubungan antara peningkatan kualitas produk dan kepuasan konsumen, serta memiliki rencana jangka panjang untuk meningkatkan standar kualitas produk. Kesimpulannya, orientasi pasar, inovasi, dan kualitas produk memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif, dengan strategi bisnis sebagai variabel penting yang memperkuat hubungan-hubungan ini.
