Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of inclusive education policies in Indonesia has encouraged universities to establish Disability Service Units (ULD) to expand access and support for students with disabilities. This study aims to analyze the support systems available for disabled students at three inclusive universities kampus 1, kampus 2, and kampus 3 including policy support, academic services, mentoring, and both physical and non-physical accessibility. A qualitative approach was employed by involving students with disabilities and ULD administrators through questionnaires, in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. Data were examined using thematic analysis to identify patterns of support implemented across campuses. The findings show variations in support among the universities: kampus 1 excels in academic services and mentoring, kampus 2 is stronger in policy development and institutional coordination, while kampus 3 demonstrates strengths in physical accessibility, complaint services, and learning support facilities. Overall, the available support systems contribute to enhancing the learning experiences of disabled students, although further improvements are needed in service standards, policy consistency, and the expansion of disability-friendly infrastructure. ABSTRAK Perkembangan kebijakan pendidikan inklusif di Indonesia mendorong perguruan tinggi membentuk Unit Layanan Disabilitas (ULD) untuk memperluas akses dan dukungan bagi mahasiswa penyandang disabilitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan membahas bentuk sistem pendukung yang tersedia bagi mahasiswa difabel di tiga perguruan tinggi inklusif kampus 1, kampus 2, dan kampus 3 meliputi dukungan kebijakan, layanan akademik, pendampingan, serta aksesibilitas fisik dan nonfisik. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dengan melibatkan mahasiswa difabel dan pengelola ULD melalui kuesioner, wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tematik untuk menggali pola dukungan yang diterapkan di masing-masing kampus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya variasi dukungan antar kampus: kampus 1 menonjol pada layanan akademik dan pendampingan, kampus 2 lebih kuat pada kebijakan pengembangan dan koordinasi kelembagaan, sementara kampus 3 unggul dalam aksesibilitas fisik, layanan aduan, dan fasilitas penunjang pembelajaran. Secara keseluruhan, sistem pendukung yang tersedia memberikan kontribusi pada peningkatan pengalaman belajar siswa difabel, meskipun diperlukan penguatan standar layanan ULD, konsistensi kebijakan, serta perluasan fasilitas ramah disabilitas di seluruh lingkungan kampus.

Abstract

This study investigates the collaborative synergy models between Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers and School Counselors (BK), designed to strengthen religious character and responsibility among students in Magelang City, Indonesia. Addressing the critical limitations of siloed character education amidst rising urban moral challenges, such as juvenile delinquency, this research argues that isolated interventions fail to address the holistic needs of students. Employing a Qualitative Case Study design, the research was conducted across five public junior high schools (SMP Negeri 1, 2, 3, 5, and 13) in Magelang City. Data were rigorously gathered using three fundamental techniques: (1) in-depth semi-structured interviews with 15 key informants to explore collaborative experiences and role divisions; (2) participant observation of daily religious habituations and counseling sessions; and (3) documentation analysis of guidance programs and student records to triangulate the findings. The findings reveal a comprehensive collaborative framework categorized into five operational models: (1) Preventive, utilizing habituation routines like GLISUCI (Scripture Literacy) and 5S; (2) Curative, applying psycho-theological counseling for behavioral restoration; (3) Thematic-Integrative, involving curriculum infusion; (4) Extracurricular, fostering experiential learning in Scouts and ROHIS (Islamic Spirituality); and (5) Consultative-Collaborative, focusing on parental engagement. The study demonstrates that this synergy effectively integrates theological norms (Aqidah) with psychological guidance, transforming student behavior from mere compliance into intrinsic responsibility. Despite identifying structural rigidities and epistemological gaps between the professions as persistent barriers, the study concludes that formalizing this collaboration through explicit institutional policy is critical. Such institutionalization is necessary to establish a unified, holistic character-building ecosystem capable of navigating the complexities of modern urban educational environments.

Abstract

Siklus kehidupannya, manusia pasti mengalami proses perkembangan baik dari segi fisik maupun psikologinya. Proses perkembangan, adanya perubahan-perubahan yang meliputi fisik, intelektual, sosial, moral, bahasa, emosi dan perasaan, minat, motivasi, sikap, kepribadian, bakat dan kreatifitas. Di mana dalam setiap aspek pada dasarnya membuat kombinasi-kombinasi atau hubungan baru yang kemudian membentuk spesialisasi fisik dan psikologis yang berbeda antara manusia yang satu dan lainnya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian normative, merupakan penelitian menggunakan kepustakaan yang menjadi sumber data-data dari jurnal yang membahas mengenai psikologi perkembangan kehidupan. Teori siklus perkembangan keluarga yang dikemukakan oleh Evelyn Duvall memberikan pemahaman menyeluruh tentang perjalanan kehidupan keluarga sejak tahap awal pernikahan hingga memasuki masa lanjut usia. Setiap tahap memiliki tugas perkembangan tertentu yang perlu diselesaikan agar keluarga dapat berfungsi secara harmonis dan berkelanjutan. Pemahaman terhadap tahapan-tahapan tersebut mulai dari penyesuaian pasangan baru, pengasuhan anak, pendampingan remaja, hingga masa lansia membantu keluarga membangun ketahanan, keharmonisan, dan kesejahteraan emosional.
