Abstract

MTs Mambaul Ulum that has been founded in academic year of 2019/ 2020 should be responsive and adaptive towards the development dynamics of Education field. The use of information technology in Education field has to be anticipated and prepared by teachers, students, and educational workers. The key of success in accommodating the advancement of the era is determined by strong motivation from all components especially teachers. Therefore, the goal of the service program is directed to grow the motivation of teachers in the effort to improve Education quality in Mts Mambaul Ulum. The program implementation was conducted in stages, namely problem identification, program socialization, motivation seminar for students, teachers, parents/ guardian, leaders of the Foundation, and school environment. The result of the social service activity is the growing of strong motivation in all components, and stakeholders can build the relation harmonization among all components towards quality Education in the digital era.

Abstract

 This research was carried out with the aim, firstly, to find out how the management and marketing of the Current Electronics Store in Ponorogo Regency is. Second, to find out about the application of sharia marketing in increasing consumer buying interest at the Lancar Electronics Shop, Ponorogo Regency. The object of this research is consumers of the Current Electronics Store, Ponorogo Regency. The data in this research are primary and secondary data. The data collection method used in this research is observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this research, first. The operational standards applied are that employees must be Muslim/Muslim women, able to read the Koran and obey the 5 daily prayers. Judging from the payroll system, employee salaries are on time and if a customer files a complaint, the employee must serve him patiently in handling it. Second. Toko Lancar Electronics Ponorogo implements a sharia marketing strategy to increase consumer buying interest in accordance with the characteristics and practices of sharia marketing as taught by Rasulullah SAW. Which consists of four elements, namely theistic (rabbaniyyah), ethical (akhlaqiyyah), realistic (al-waqi'iyyah) and humanistic (insaniyyah).

Abstract

The presentation of this superior product, green bean jelly, aims to provide an alternative to processed green beans for Posyandu mothers. By looking at the ingredients in it, it is hoped that it can help the process of improving nutrition for children, pregnant women, and mothers after giving birth. Apart from that, the ingredients in green beans can also help prevent stunting. Seeing the relatively high stunting rate in Carangrejo Village was the reason for choosing this superior product, green bean Jelly.

Abstract

Strengthening the character of the Pancasila student profile through the implementation of Islamic Religious Education is the right and crucial thing for students because with Islamic religious education it can form a solid moral and ethical basis in their daily lives and the character that is formed is not only an attitude that supports justice, harmony, tolerance but its Islamic character will also grow well. Islamic character will also grow well. Based on the object, this research uses a qualitative approach with a field type, namely research that goes directly to the field to obtain factual data with data collection techniques through observation and informant interviews that have characteristics relevant to the research. The aim is to find out the implementation of Islamic religious education in strengthening the student profile of Pancasila through habituation activities, habituation programs, and Islamic religious education. Pancasila through habituation activities, tahfidz programs and P5 lessons and then to find out how the results of the pancasila student profile character formed from the implementation for children both in the school environment and the community environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji gaya kepemimpinan perempuan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi sosial guru di SD Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah perempuan yang demokratis, kolaboratif dan berbasis empati terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi, kerja sama dan hubungan interpersonal guru. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data seperti wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis dilakukan dengan tahapan kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi, dengan validitas data yang dijaga melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan perempuan tidak hanya berdampak pada peningkatan kompetensi guru sosial, seperti keahliah komunikasi lebih efektif dan kerja sama tim yang solid, tetapi juga meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan rasa tanggung jawab terhadap tugas-tugas pendidikan. Dengan membangun suasana yang mendorong pertumbuhan pribadi serta kualitas kerja, gaya kepemimpinan perempuan ini berperan penting dalam mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan yang efisien serta mengoptimalkan proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Dengan demikian, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah perempuan yang demokratis, kolaboratif dan berbasis empati menjadi salah satu.

Abstract

Artikel penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana konsep pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan juga implementasi model pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam kurikulum merdeka pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti di SMAN 1 Ponorogo. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatoris, dan juga dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa konsep pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam kurikulum merdeka pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti menggunakan metode pengajaran untuk memenuhi kebutuhan belajar peserta didik yang meliputi kemampuan belajar, gaya belajar, minat dan bakat. Pembelajan berdiferensiasi mencakup tiga muatan didalamnya yaitu knten, isi, dan juga produk. Implementasi model pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti menggunakan model project based learning. Model pembelajaran ini dapat memenuhi kebutuhan peserta didik, kemampuan belajar, dan minat bakat sebagaimana maksud pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dapat melaksanakan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi secara efektif menggunakan model tersebut.

Abstract

Adolescent delinquency behavior begins with a transitional period or a transition period from childhood to adulthood, which undergoes various changes, namely biological, cognitive and social. Vulnerable adolescent age; early adolescence at 12-15 years, middle adolescence at 16-18 years, and late adolescence at 19-21 years. Adolescent psychosocial development depends on family, peer, and school contexts that produce identity, independence, friendship, sexuality, and achievement. Adolescent delinquency is bad behavior that is a symptom of illness (pathological) socially caused by social neglect so that adolescents develop a form of deviant behavior. Juvenile delinquency refers to a wide range of socially unacceptable status offenses to criminal acts.Theoretical analysis of juvenile delinquency in schools/madrasahs are (1) the theory of adolescent behavior, (2) the theory of adolescent change, (3) the theory of juvenile delinquency which discusses the forms and factors of juvenile delinquency behavior, (4) meta-analysis of juvenile delinquency behavior, and ( 5) social ties as a factor in juvenile delinquency behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran strategis manajemen kegiatan keagamaan berbasis nilai-nilai Surat Al Ashr dalam pembinaan spiritual warga binaan di Rumah Tahanan Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan kegiatan keagamaan yang berorientasi pada peningkatan keimanan dan pembentukan akhlak warga binaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung terhadap kegiatan keagamaan, wawancara mendalam dengan pihak pengelola, ustadz pembimbing, dan warga binaan, serta dokumentasi pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan keagamaan, seperti shalat berjamaah, kajian tafsir, bimbingan Al-Qur’an, dan penyuluhan rohani, telah dilaksanakan secara terencana dan terorganisir. Nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam Surat Al Ashr, iman, amal shalih, saling menasihati dalam kebenaran, dan saling menasihati dalam kesabaran menjadi landasan utama dalam setiap tahapan manajemen kegiatan. Implementasi nilai-nilai ini terbukti efektif dalam membangun kesadaran spiritual, memperkuat karakter religius, serta mendorong perubahan perilaku warga binaan menuju arah yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi pengembangan manajemen kegiatan keagamaan berbasis nilai-nilai Qur’ani di lembaga pemasyarakatan.
