A country's foreign debt is aimed at maintaining economic growth. However, in practice, it also affects bilateral relations and international behavior. Indonesia has accumulated foreign debt reaching Rp 7000 trillion from various countries and institutions. This study aims to examine the impact of foreign debt on Indonesia's foreign policy during Joko Widodo's administration from 2014-2022. The study uses a qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews of government officials and academics as well as analysis of document sources. This research uses the concepts of foreign debt, foreign policy, and complex interdependence. The results showed three patterns of Indonesia's foreign relations with debtor countries. First, Indonesia establishes positive relationships with debtor countries. Second, Indonesia avoids getting involved in conflicts with cricket-giving countries on a number of bilateral issues. Third, Indonesia is reluctant to criticize creditors involved in bilateral and international issues while carrying out free and active foreign policy.

Public policy is an alternative carried out by the government in dealing with problems that occur in society. The provision of public transportation services by the government with online transportation service providers still causes disquilibrium in the process of implementing public policy. PM 15 of 2019 with PM 118 of 2018 as a policy that regulates public transportation occurs disquilibrium in the policy, the existence of online transportation providing public transportation services finds losses on driver income and Regional Native Income as a public transportation levy, KIR test as a treatment of public transportation and a form of government supervision does not occur in online transportation, Vehicle storage facilities do not have to be owned by online transportation compared to must-have public/conventional transportation and vehicle maintenance and repair. From the various approaches that are widely proposed by many experts, this research will combine the tools of successful public policy implementation, namely 1) Communication 2) Goals 3) Program Implementation, 4) Implementation Context, 5) Compliance and Response. Qualitative research method with a descriptive approach with data collection techniques carried out through field observation, interviews and documentation. The result is that the transportation policy has a disquilibirum on one transportation service where the transportation manager has a difference of view between public services and profits, therefore disquilibriumbecomes evident in the implementation of the policy. In conclusion, the general transportation policy has its own goals in regulating driver operations, not in the transportation service manager

Problem: The Village Head is the head of the village government organization who has a strategic position and has broad responsibilities. Apdesi's presence in public coincided with the discourse on extending the President's term of office which resurfaced after several political parties in the Government's coalition, namely Golkar, PKB, and PAN conveyed to the public about extending the President's term of office. The postponement of the election was then rolled back with the support of village heads throughout Indonesia. This was conveyed by the Chairperson of Apdesi Surtawijaya who said the declaration would be made per region from Sabang to Merauke. He said the movement would start with the installation of a banner supporting Jokowi for 3 periods. Purpose : To analyze the politicization of village heads in the discourse on postponing elections Methodology: using filter review by understanding and analyzing academic texts, journals and the results of scientific seminars. Findings : The village head in the world of politics causes a lot of debate. The demand for the Village Head to be neutral in political parties began to resonate. The first declaration violated the Village Law. This research aims to analyze the policy implementation of independent campus on the certified internship and independent study (MSIB) program in Indonesia, as well as examine the supporting and inhibiting factors. The method uses two mixed approaches, qualitative and quantitative. Meanwhile, the theory used is Van Meter & Van Horn model. The results of this study found that policy implementation of MSIB program in Indonesia relatively good in aspects of program objectives, economic, social, and political conditions, also the characteristics of implementing agencies. Meanwhile, other aspects such as standards, resources, communication enforcement activities inter-organizational, and the disposition of the implementers still need to be improved. The supporting factors in the policy implementation of an independent campus on the MSIB program in Indonesia among others: 1) Relevance of learning in the MSIB program in the industrial world; 2) Clarity of cost components; 3) Adequate support from the C level and the President of Indonesia. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors among others: 1) There is no standardization of credit conversion; 2) Lack responsiveness of mentors; 3) Delay in disbursement of stipend; 4) Weak helpdesk accessibility; 5) Disparity of funding components; and 6) Support from Campus entities for programs that not yet optimal.

Praktik literasi politik merupakan satu diantara simpul kekuatan politik warga negara. Demokrasi prosedural pada kenyataannya telah menghasilkan banyak residu bagi eksistensi dan kemandirian politik warga negara. Residu tersebut berupa desain institusional serta tipe kekuasaan eksekutif yang penuh paradoks, kontestasi pada kekuasaan legislatif, kartelisasi dan demokrasi kolusif serta rawannya distorsi politik media. Substansi kekuatan literasi politik ada pada partisipasi politik warga negara yang kritis dan memberdayakan terkait dengan konsep-konsep pokok politik yang akan berdampak pada kehidupan warga. Literasi politik bukanlah semata konsep normatif, melainkan bauran antara pengetahuan, skill dan sikap politik. Penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan pemberdayaan (partisipasi aktif) ini berprinsip pada pemahaman literasi politik perempuan serta kesadaran terhadap pemilu dalam hal ini Nasiyatul Asiyiyah Kec.Ciseeng. Dengan hasil penelitian bahwa sosial tradisional pada hakekatnya mempunyai arus komunikasi yang jauh lebih efektif di tengah-tengah masyarakat karena biasanya komunikasi ini adalah komunikasi komunitas yang jauh lebih bisa diterima dalam masyarakat tersebut. Pimpinan Cabang Aisyiyah Ciseeng yang tergolong sebagai struktur sosial tradisional bisa memanfaatkan posisinya di tengah masyarakat yang memang membutuhkan sentuhan literasi politik. Perempuan yang sudah berpolitik harus bisa menjadi penggerak dan perantara gagasan dari masyarakat. Karena peran tersebut diharapkan bisa meningkatkan apa yang menjadi kebutuhan dalam membangun sebuah aturan atau bangsa. Kesadaran demokrasi khususnya dalam hal pemilu menjadi kata kunci penting agar iklim demokrasi dan peran spesifik perempuan lebih bisa diterima secara sadar secara umum, maka penting perempuan untuk mengambil bagian dalam demokrasi khususnya di wilayah masing-masing.

Observing the dynamics of existing coalitions, the 2024 presidential election allows for the formation of four coalition axes. As of today, the United Indonesia Coalition (KIB) is the first coalition to be declared in June 2022. Holding 26.82% of the DPR seats, the Golkar Party, PAN and PPP are in a coalition to face the 2024 General Election (Pemilu) and Presidential Election (Pilpres). The Gerindra Party and PKB appear to be the second axis coalition with 23.66% of the DPR seats. Meanwhile, the combination of the Nasdem Party, PKS and Democratic Party which formed the Change Coalition was able to accumulate the largest number of votes with 28.35% of the DPR seats. As for the PDIP, even though it has not yet appeared to build a coalition with other parties, it has a presidential boarding pass threshold of 20% to directly advance in the presidential election without having to form a coalition with other parties. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Research Method This research uses a qualitative approach with problem research aimed at obtaining an in-depth and comprehensive description of a phenomenon experienced by research subjects. Discussion results Based on the results of mapping political party support, the KPU noted that the Advanced Indonesia Coalition (KIM), which supports Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka, is a political party coalition that has the most valid votes in the 2019 General Election results. The Advanced Indonesia Coalition has 59,762,053 votes. The decision to form a coalition with a political party which initially had opposing ideologies and nominate a candidate pair outside the cadre must ultimately be taken by the political party when it is about to advance in the contest. This is because the voting public in Indonesia is pragmatic. People look more at popular figures or the high electability of candidate pairs, rather than looking at the vision, mission or programs offered by political parties.

Role of regional government in socializing the policy produced by SKPD of this local government is an obligation for every apparatus to socialize that policy so that the society, as the main receiver of the related polciy, will get their rights and obligations properly. The communication of regional government in this research can be discussed in more explicit regarding the flow of that communication delivery from the government to the community. The method used in this research was decriptive with qualitative approach and applied the theory of Edward III to see the stages of communication in its role in socializing the policy of the Government of South Tangerang City. Those types of socialization media were main instruments of regional government pf South Tangerang to socialize policies. There was another type of socialization namely direct media or socializing to every neighbourhood. The conclusion of this research was that the socializing of policies has been conducting through various types of media; online, printed, and electronics. The Office of Communication and Informatics of South Tangerang City played its role also in regards to socialization by cooperating with Press Councils to monitor the behaviors of media. It is suggested that th e Government of South Tangerang City keeps improving their performance in socializing policies so that these will reach the purposes of the policies produced in order to build law order society towards the policies made.

Muhammadiyah sebagai salah satu organisasi Islam terbesar dan tertua di Indonesia telah memiliki banyak pengalaman pada setiap perjalanannya. Dalam aspek kehidupan berbangsa yang bersinggungan dengan dinamika politik Nasional, Muhammadiyah telah tercatat beberapa kali terlibat aktif di dalamnya, sehingga sampai pada akhirnya muncul Khittah Muhammadiyah Ujung Pandang 1971 yang menyatakan bahwa Muhammadiyah tidak lagi terlibat dalam Politik Praktis dan dipertegas kembali melalui Khittah Denpasar 2002. Namun, pandangan tersebut bisa berbeda dalam konteks Pemilihan DPD RI yang tidak melibatkan Partai Politik didalamnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan tentang relasi Muhammadiyah dan Politik di tahun 2019 dalam Pemilihan DPD RI serta langkah dan strategi Muhammadiyah dalam melakukan perjuangan politiknya secara khusus pada Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Menggunakan beberapa teori dalam melakukan analisis seperti teori Kekuasaan, civil society, dan Strategi Komunikasi Politik. Selain itu, metode yang digunakan dalam mencari data ialah, wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Muhammadiyah tetap melakukan perjuangan politik secara taktis dalam konteks Pemilihan DPD RI seperti apa yang diputuskan oleh Pimpinan Wilayah Muhammadiyah DIY yang secara tegas mengeluarkan surat keputusan dukungan terhadap kadernya sebagai kontestan dalam Pemilihan DPD RI.

Kemunduran demokrasi merupakan persoalan yang banyak dibahas oleh para ahli ilmu politik akhir-akhir ini. Hal tersebut dikarenakan kemunduran demokrasi terjadi di berbagai belahan dunia, baik di negara-negara yang memiliki tradisi demokrasi yang telah mapan maupun di negara-negara yang belum lama terbebas dari pemerintahan otoriter. Namun berbeda dengan kemunduran demokrasi di tahun 1970-an, di mana pemerintahan demokratis tumbang oleh tindakan kudeta militer, akhir-akhir ini kualitas demokrasi di berbagai negara mengalami kemunduran melalui proses-proses yang berbeda, seperti pelemahan institusi demokrasi oleh pemerintahan yang terpilih secara demokratis dengan tujuan untuk memperpanjang kekuasaannya atau karena ia dikendalikan oleh sebuah kekuatan oligarki. Studi-studi tentang kemunduran demokrasi tentu saja telah dilakukan oleh para ahli. Hanya saja belum ditemukan sebuah studi yang mempelajari hasil-hasil kajian tersebut dari sebuah indeks data yang terpadu. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan analisis bibliometrik atas artikel-artikel yang telah dipublikasikan di gudang data Scopus, yang selama ini telah dikenal sebagai salah satu gudang data terbesar, di mana karya-karya yang ada telah mengalami proses peninjauan secara ketat. Dengan penelitian tersebut, diharapkan bisa diketahui kecenderungan penelitian tentang kemunduran demokrasi, jurnal dan para penulis yang berpengaruh, dan peluang-peluang baru penelitian dalam isu tersebut. Metode yang dipakai adalah dengan mengambil (ekstrak) data CSV dalam bentuk abstrak, judul artikel, dan kata kunci dari artikel-artikel yang berkaitan dengan kemunduran demokrasi. Data CSV kemudian diolah dengan aplikasi Vosviewer untuk mengetahui kecenderungan penelitian, isu-isu yang banyak diperdebatkan, dan relasi antara penulis dan kekuatan sitasi jurnal. Penelitian ini juga memanfaatkan analisa data yang disediakan oleh Scopus sendiri.
