Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the effect of customer ratings, customer reviews, and ease of use on buying interest in marketplace shopee (a case study in Malang city residents. This research is a quantitative study using primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The population in this study were residents of the city of Malang. The sample calculation in this study used the Malhotra formula which produced 75 respondents. The method of determining the sample was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used SPSS 22. The results of this study were the variables customer rating, customer review, and ease of use has a simultaneous or partial effect on buying interest in the shopee marketplace. Keywords: Customer Rating, Customer Review, Ease Of Use And Purchase Intention

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and explain the effect of social media marketing (Content Creation, Content Sharing, Connecting, Community Building) on customer decisions on IndiHome products (Special Study of Wittel Telkom Pasuruan). This research includes a type of research with quantitative. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique uses the formula from Solvin with the calculation results of 91 samples. To solve the problems in this study using SPSS with the help of validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, and t test. The results showed that simultaneously The variables Content Creation (X1), Content Sharing (X2), Connecting (X3), Community Building (X4), have a significant simultaneous effect on customer decisions on IndiHome Telkom products (Y). And there is a partial influence between Content Creation (X1), Content Sharing (X2), Connecting (X3), Community Building (X4), on Customer Decisions on IndiHome Telkom Products (Y). Keywords : Content Creation, Content Sharing, Connecting. Abstract

Abstract The aim of this study is to determine the effect of online customer reviews, special event day promotions and purchasing decisions of star vendors in Shopee Marketplace. The data used in this study used primary data to determine the number of active business students and distributed surveys and secondary data to the participants. The universe of this study was the students of Malang Islamic University Faculty of Economics in 2019, 2020 and 2021, while the sample of this study was 70 participants according to certain criteria. The analytical method used in this study is a multi -linear analysis that uses F tests and T tests to test hypotheses. Research shows that it has a significant impact on purchasing decisions at the Shopee Marketplace. On the other hand, online customer reviews and special event day promotions have a significant impact on the purchasing decisions of Shopee Marketplace, and star sellers may not affect the purchasing decisions of Shopee Marketplace. Keywords: Online Customer Reviews, Special Event Day Promos, Star Sellers

Abstract

Abstract  The aim of this study is to determine how customer satisfaction with transportation services at Maxim Malang is influenced by factors such as customer trust, service quality, usability, and cost. Students from the Islamic University of Malang became the study target group. The sample was taken using the Malhotra methodology, resulting in a final response rate of 100. Purposive sampling is the procedure used to select the sample. Multiple linear regression is the data analysis method used in this study, assisted by the SPSS for Windows program. The findings of the investigation are: 1. Customer trust, service quality, ease of use, and price are independent factors, while consumer happiness is the dependent variable. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, workload and work stress on the performance of PPNPN employees at the BPN Malang Regency Office. The sample used in this study were 79 employees using the saturated sample technique. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is the F test and t test. Based on the results of testing the F test the model is qualify goodness of fit, so it is feasible to use for further analysis. Meanwhile, based on the results of the t-test, the leadership style variable has no significant effect on the performance of PPNPN employees at the Malang Regency BPN Office, the variables of workload and work stress have a significant effect on the performance of PPNPN employees at the Malang Regency BPN Office.  Keywords : Leadership Style, Workload, Work Stress and Performance Employee

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of organizational support, work discipline, and work family conflict on employee performance at CV.Suara Hati Elektronik Leneng Praya, Central Lombok. And using saturated sampling technique. The number of samples used in this study were all employees of CV.Suara Hati, totaling 65 respondents. Data analysis methods used in this study were validity and reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination tests (Adjusted r2). Process analysis using SPSS. The results showed that organizational support, work discipline, and work family conflict simultaneously had an effect on employee performance and partially organizational support, work discipline, and work family conflict had a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Support, Work Discipline, Work Family Conflict

Abstract

Abstract  The population in this study is the customers of Bank BRI UNISMA Malang Branch Office savings. The samples taken were 98 respondents using the Non-Probability Sampling technique with the Purposive Sampling approach, namely sampling using the Slovin formula, while the sampling criteria were respondents to BRI bank savings customers, UNISMA Malang Branch Office, domiciled in Malang / Malang resident and 17 years old . Based on the research results, the regression equation is obtained as follows: Y = 5,832 X₁ 0.661 + 0.712 X₂ +0.502 X₃. Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and the variables are reliable. In testing the classical assumptions, the multicollinearity independent regression model, there is no heteroscedasticity and normal distribution. The individual order of each of the most influential variables is the Service Quality variable with a regression coefficient of 0.712, then the Customer Value variable with a regression coefficient of 0.661, then followed by the Emotional Closeness variable with a regression coefficient of 0.502. BRI Bank UNISMA Malang Branch Office needs to maintain elements that have been considered good by customers and improve things that are still lacking Keywords: Customer Value, Service Quality, Emotional Closeness, Loyalty

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to tetst and explain the effect timelines, service quality, safety and price to satisfaction customers of J&T Express Lowokwaru Malang City case study on students University Of islam. This study uses a quantitative approach which uses the maholtra formula in order to determine the population is still not know with certainy, looking at the results of calculating the formula maholtra get the results of the number of samples of ninety. To complete the problems in this study use SPSS assistance in analyzing various kinds of tests were performed such as validity test, reliability test, test normality, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, multiple liniear regression test and test coefficient of determination adjusted R2 . The results of this study are timeliness, quality of service, security and price affect simultaneously on customer satisfaction and service quality and price are significant for customer satisfaction while timeliness and security are not significant to customer satisfaction. Keywords: Timeliness, Service Quality, Security, Price, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This research includes a type of research with quantitative. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique uses the formula from Maholtra with the calculation results of 65 samples. The results showed that simultaneously. Variable Price Discount (X1), Online Customer Review (X2), and Customer Rating (X3), have a significant effect simultaneously on Purchase Decision (Y). Abstract

Abstract This research aims to examine the influence of entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial mindset, and creativity on the entrepreneurial intentions of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang class of 2020. The research method used is Explanatory Research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study was 699 students from the class of 2020, Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, with a sample of 87 respondents selected using the Purposive Sampling technique. The research results show that entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial mindset, and creativity significantly influence students' entrepreneurial intentions. Entrepreneurship education makes a significant positive contribution to students' entrepreneurial intentions, which indicates that entrepreneurial knowledge and skills encourage individual interest in entrepreneurship. Keywords : Enterpreneurship Education, Entrepreneurial Mindset, Creativity, Entrepreneurial Intentions
