Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze and describe the effect of Transformational Leadership, Work Life Balance, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Food and Beverage Industry in Malang City (study on f&b sudimoro employees in Malang City) The population in this study were F&B sudimoro employees in Malang City. Determination of the number of samples using the Mahoeltra formula and obtained results as many as 70 respondents. Data collection is done using a questionnaire. To solve the problem in this study using the help of SPSS with the analysis method used in this study is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of the research Transformational Leadership, Work Life Balance, and Work Motivation have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Keywords: Employee performance, Transformational Leadership, Work Life Balance and Work Motivation

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Leadership, Communication, Work Environment on PT Employee Performance. Cimory Plant Pasuruan. The sampling technique used probability sampling to obtain a sample of 70 respondents. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The research results show that Leadership, Communication and Work Environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, Leadership and Communication have a positive and significant effect, while the Work Environment and employee performance have a positive and significant effect.  Keywords: Leadership, Communication, Work Environment

Abstract

Abstract  This research was conducted at PT. MEGA MARINE PRIDE in Beji District. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership, motivation and work environment on employee performance. The sample used in this research was 148 people as employees of PT Mega Marine Pride. Data collection techniques use questionnaires.The results of the research show that: 1) leadership, work motivation and work environment simultaneously influence employee performance. 2) Leadership variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance. 3) The motivation variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. 4) Work environment variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership, Motivation, Work Environment, and Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract The development of universities in Indonesia has implications for increasing the number of students. The tendency of the majority of students who are transmigrants in related university areas has a further impact on increasing the need for temporary housing. Differences in perception and background give rise to different characteristics of boarding house needs. There are several types of boarding houses with characteristics and according to their individual needs. This study tries to examine several housing preferences that are in accordance with the demands and desires of students. This is useful in providing boarding house occupancy for students and comparing the level of importance of respondents to each key attribute in each type of boarding house. This is also useful as the provision of more appropriate student housing according to the main characteristics of student demand. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires which distributed to 135 students of the Islamic University of Malang. This exploratory research data was then carried out quantitatively using conjoint analysis. The results showed that the attributes of the first order of price, second room facilities, third environmental conditions, fourth security, fifth completeness of public facilities, sixth location and the last order is social environment. Keywords: Preferences,Boarding House, Student

Abstract

Abstract .This research aims to test and explain the influence of e – promotion brand trust and online customer review on customer buying interest for fashion products at the tik tiok shop marketplace. This research uses a quantitative approach which uses the maholtra formula in order to determine the sample because the population is still not known for certain. Looking at the calculation results of the calculation results of the maholtra formula, the sample size is 100. To solve the problem in this research, spss is used to analyze various types of tests. Carried outsuch as validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, multiple linier regression tests and adjusted r2 coefficient of determination tests. Abstract

Abstract In the current era of globalization in Indonesia occurs very quickly and provides many changes and developments in various fields, conditions like this that require all companies or organizations to be more creative and competitive in dealing with changes and developments that occur. Globalization that occurs in Indonesia occurs in all areas of life including the economic field. One of the businesses that is in great demand in the city of Pasuruan is UMKM that produces coffee. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Service Quality, Product Quality and Price on Customer Satisfaction at Umkm Kopi Dua Gunung Pasuruan. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were all consumers who had bought UMKM Kopi Dua Gunung Pasuruan. The number of samples used was 96 respondents. The data analysis technique uses descriptive and inferential statistical methods with the help of SPSS. The results showed that service quality, product quality and price had a positive and significant effect simultaneously on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Abstract

Abstract The location of the village location of Sumberdem is in Wonosari Subdistrict, Malang Regency. the location has the potential to become a tourist destination, and the local government supports the presence of the Tourism Village in this study. to become a tourist destination, and the local government supports the presence of the Tourism Village in this study. The main objective of this research is to analyze the development of Sumberdem Tourism Village. The method of data collection used is a qualitative method which includes documentation and interviews as data collection tools. To improve the quality of data, the quality of researchers using SWOT and PEST data analysis techniques. Furthermore, the researcher used the source triangulation technique to analyze the data. The results of this study are a strategy for the development of a Tourism Village that takes into account internal and external resources. The analysis conducted by this study highlights the potential limitations and strengths of the study. The findings of the study indicate that the research of the Sumberdem Tourism Village still requires the support of various related parties in order to become a legitimate tourism village as well as increasing training and education for the community and Pokdarwis. Keywords: Tourism Village, Development, potential

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of Live Streaming, Flash Sale, and Online Customer Review on the purchasing decision of local bag brands on TikTok Shop. Specifically, this research evaluates the impact of these three variables both simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions. The research method used is quantitative with an explanatory research design. The sample consists of 87 respondents, namely students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Islam Malang, class of 2020, who have made purchases of local bag brands on TikTok Shop. Primary data was collected through questionnaires.The results of the study indicate that simultaneously, the variables of Live Streaming, Flash Sale, and Online Customer Review have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, with an adjusted R² value of 0.353, meaning that 35.3% of purchasing decisions are influenced by these three variables. Partially, Live Streaming has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (significance value 0.002 < 0.05). However, Flash Sale (significance value 0.071 > 0.05) and Online Customer Review (significance value 0.749 > 0.05) do not show significant partial effects. Keywords : Live Streaming, Flash Sale, Online Customer Review, Purchasing Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of social media, city branding and city image on visiting decisions simultaneously or partially. This type of research is a quantitative approach with explanatory research. The object of this research is the Parijing traditional house tour located in West Sumba. The population in this study is the number of visitors to the traditional Parijing traditional house. The sample technique in this study was nonprobability sampling and was determined by purposive sampling. Determination of the sample in this study using the Malhotra formula and obtained a total sample of 80 respondents. Source of data in this study using primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results of this study are that social media, city branding and city image influence the decision to visit simultaneously. Meanwhile, partially social media influences visiting decisions, city branding influences visiting decisions and city image influences visiting decisions. Keywoard: Social Media, City Branding, City Image, Visiting Decisions

Abstract

Abstract Price, brand perception, and word of mouth are the variables that will be studied in this study. Quantitative research methods were used in this study. Probability sampling using a purposive sampling methodology is the sampling method employed. Multiple linear regression methods were used in the data analysis conducted using SPSS 29.
