Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of e-commerce and brand image on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening product in Tasikmalaya. The analysis technique used was a quantitative method with a survey approach to 100 respondent in Tasikmalaya who had used Scarlett Whitening product. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The results of this test show that e-commerce has no significant effect and brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening in Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of e-service quality and e-trust on customer satisfaction among PLN mobile application users in the ULP Rajapolah area. The type of research used is quantitative research, with a sampling technique, namely non-probability sampling, with a total of 100 respondents. The data collection method in this research is a survey method using a questionnaire distributed to respondents online via google form. The data analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS 25. The results of this research show that the e-service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, the e-trust variable also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, e-service quality and e-trust have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of PLN Mobile application users in the ULP Rajapolah area.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job selection and placement on the performance of Tasikmalaya Post Office employees. The research method used was a quantitative method with a quantitative approach to 45 respondents who were employees of the Tasikmalaya Post Office. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this test prove that job selection and placement have a significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on the performance of Tasikmalaya Post Office employees

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of the work environment and motivation on work discipline at SMKS Galuh Rahayu teachers. The method used in this research is a case study using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 26 respondents who are teachers of SMKS Galuh Rahayu. The technique used in this research is path analysis. The results of the study indicate that: (1) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on motivation for teachers at SMKS Galuh Rahayu; (2) The work environment directly has a positive and but not significant effect on Work Discipline at Galuh Rahayu Vocational School Teachers; (3) Motivation directly has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline at SMKS Galuh Rahayu Teachers; (4) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on work discipline through motivation for teachers at SMKS Galuh Rahayu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance PR. Hm Putra Tasikmalaya. The method used is a quantitative approach with a reserch sample of 51 respondents from employees PR. Hm Putra Tasikmalaya. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The results showed that the leadership style felt by employees PR. Hm Putra Tasikmalaya had very good criteria. Organizational culture on employees PR. Hm Putra Tasikmalaya has good criteria. Simultaneously leadership style and organizational culture have a significant influence on employee performance. Partially leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance. Partially, organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The method used in this study is a survey method using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents who are teachers of Vocational High School Muhammdiyah Tasikmalaya. The technique used in this research is Path Analysis. The results showed that: (1) the work environment had a positive and significant effect on the work Motivation of teachers at Vocational High School Muhammadiyah Tasikmalaya; (2) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work discipline; (3) there is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on work discipline for teacher of Vocational High School Muhammadiyah Tasikmalaya (4) the work environment has a significant effect on work discipline through work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine leadership and compensation for the work discipline of the Napoli Jaya building shop company. The method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. pollution and a sample of 30 employees of the Napoli Jaya building shop based on the saturated sample technique. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results show that leadership and compensation simultaneously have a significant effect 12,944%. Partially, leadership has no effect 5,107% and compensation has a significant effect 46,922% on work discipline in the Napoli Jaya building shop.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance (a survey of hatchery employees at CV. Tanjung Mulya). This study uses a survey method. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data, with a research sample of 74 respondents from employees of the hatchery section of CV. Tanjung Mulya, and using the saturated sample method. The analytical tool used in SPSS version 25. Data collection techniques using interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The results showed that the work environment and work discipline simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance. The work environment partially has no significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and compensation on work discipline of employees of PT. Agung Jaya Bersama Tasikmalaya. The method used is a quantitative approach with a sample of 34 respondents from employees of PT. Agung Jaya Bersama Tasikmalaya. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The analytical tool used is path analysis using SPSS version 25. The results show that job satisfaction has a direct effect on work discipline. Compensation has no significant effect on Employee Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction has an effect on Work Discipline Through Compensation.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan pengawasan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan pada Divisi Promotor CV. Lentera Galuh R Leuwidahu Tasikmalaya. Sampel yang ada dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan CV. Lentera Galuh R Leuwidahu Tasikmalaya di Bagian Divisi Promotor yang berjumlah 39 orang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data dengan teknik pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner, kemudian melakukan pengujian data dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh kompensasi terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan pada Divisi Promotor CV. Lentera Galuh R Leuwidahu Tasikmalaya. Ada pengaruh pengawasan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan pada Divisi Promotor CV. Lentera Galuh R Leuwidahu Tasikmalaya. Ada pengaruh kompensasi dan pengawasan secara simultan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan pada Divisi Promotor CV. Lentera Galuh R Leuwidahu Tasikmalaya.
