Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Job Training and Career Development on the Performance of Police Members at the Ciamis Resort Police. The method used is a case study, data was obtained through questionnaires to members of the National Police at Ciamis Police. Sampling used a random sampling technique, using the Slovin formula and the analysis method used was the multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results show that job training, career development and performance are included in the Very Good classification. Simultaneously, job training and career development have a significant effect on the performance of members of the Ciamis Resort Police. Partially, job training and career development variables have a significant effect on the performance of members of the Ciamis Resort Police.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the condition of compensation, work life balance and employee loyalty, as well as to test and analyze the influence of compensation and work life balance on the loyalty of Gen Z employees in Tasikmalaya City (survey of Gen Z employees in the formal sector). This type of research uses quantitative causality research and the respondents in this research are 100 respondents. In this research, samples were taken using non-probability sampling, namely using a purposive sampling technique.  The analysis was carried out using the multiple linear regression method using IBM SPSS version 26 software. The research results show that compensation and work life balance simultaneously have a significant effect on the loyalty of Gen Z employees in Tasikmalaya City in the formal sector. The results of research on partial compensation on employee loyalty have a significant effect on the loyalty of Gen Z employees in Tasikmalaya City in the formal sector and work life balance partially has a significant effect on the loyalty of Gen Z employees in Tasikmalaya City in the formal sector.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kemampuan Beradaptasi terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai di Kantor Desa Pakemitan Kecamatan Cikatomas Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Dengan sampel penelitian 50 orang sebagai responden Kantor Desa Pakemitan Kecamatan Cikatomas Kabupaten Tasikmalaya berdasarkan 50 data populasi yang di ketahui. Data yang di gunakan adalah menggunakan data primer. Alat analisis yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi support SPSS versi.25. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial menunjukan variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh tidak signifikan secara parsial dan kemampuan beradaptasi berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai di Kantor Desa Pakemitan Kecamatan Cikatomas Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh signifikan gaya kepemimpinan dan kemampuan beradaptasi terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai berdasarkan hasi pengujian analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh signifikasi sebesar 0,037 dimana nilai ini lebih kecil dari 0,05. Dengan pengujian Koefisien Determinasi hingga mendapat nilai R Square sebesar 0,13 atau 13%. menunjukkan besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan kemampuan beradaptasi terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai. ABSTRACT This study aims to find out how much influence leadership style and adaptability have on employee work discipline in the Pakemitan Village Office, Cikatomas District, Tasikmalaya Regency. The method used in this study is quantitative with a survey approach. With a research sample of 50 people as respondents to the Pakemitan Village Office, Cikatomas District, Tasikmalaya Regency based on 50 known population data. The data used is using primary data. The analysis tool used in this study was multiple linear regression using the SPSS support application version 25. The test results showed that partially showed the variables used in the study, namely leadership style has a partially insignificant effect and adaptability, had a significant partial effect on the work discipline of employees at the Pakemitan Village Office, Cikatomas District, Tasikmalaya Regency. Simultaneously, there was a significant influence of leadership style and adaptability to employee work discipline based on multiple linear regression analysis tests obtained a signification of 0.037 where this value was smaller than 0.05. By testing the Coefficient of Determination to get an R Square value of 0.13 or 13%, shows the magnitude of the influence of leadership style and adaptability on employee work discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Work Productivity of Kopi Siloka Tasikmalaya. The method used is quantitative with a research sample of 30 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data. The analysis tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of this study, it shows that Work Motivation and Work Discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity. Work Motivation partially has a significant effect on Employee Work Productivity. Work Discipline partially has a significant effect on Work Productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Price Perception and Service Quality on Purchasing Decisions at Asep Stroberri Restaurant Tasikmalya. The method used is quantitative with a research sample of 100 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data. The analysis tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of this study, it shows that Price Perception and Service Quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Price Perception partially has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Service Quality partially has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of Organizational Culture and Work Environment on CV Work Productivity. Sukahati Pratama Tasikmalaya. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a survey approach to primary data collection using the survey method. The survey method uses data obtained directly through a questionnaire distributed to 70 respondents who are employees of the CV.Sukahati Pratama Tasikmalaya Staff Management section. The technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that Organizational Culture and Work Environment simultaneously, have a significant effect on CV Work Productivity.Sukahati Pratama Tasikmalaya.Organizational Culture partially has a significant effect on CV Work Productivity. Abstract

This research was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of Job Satisfaction and Compensation on the Performance of Qini Mart Pagendingan Employees. The method used is a quantitative method using a descriptive approach and conducting a survey method. The number of samples used was 45 employees of Qini Mart Pagendingan. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used is multiple regression using SPSS 25. The results of the research show that Job Satisfaction has a Very Good classification, Compensation has a Very Good classification, while employee performance has a Very Good classification for Qini Mart Pagendingan Employees. Simultaneously, Job Satisfaction and Compensation have a significant influence on Employee Performance at Qini Mart Pagendingan. Partially, employee job satisfaction has a significant influence on the performance of Qini Mart Pagendingan employees. Partially, compensation has a significant influence on the performance of Qini Mart Pagendingan employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the magnitude of the influence of recruitment and selection on PT Meta Global Triasha (X-Sha Survey Singaparna plaza) with a population or respondents of 43 employees. This research method uses explanatory research, while the sampling technique uses saturated samples. So 43 people used it. The data sources used are primary data sources and the data is collected through questionnaires, interviews and observations. in this research. This analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. In the hypothesis testing process, the Simultaneous Test (F) and Partial Test (T) are used. The research results show that in recruitment and selection, the performance of PT Meta Global Triasha X-Sha Outlet Singaparna Plaza employees has very good assessment qualifications. simultaneous recruitment and selection have a significant effect on the performance of PT Meta Global X-Sha employees (Survey of X-Sha Outlet Singaparna Plaza employees). Recruitment partially has a significant effect on the performance of employees at PT Meta Global Triasha X-Sha Singparna Plaza. Selection has a partial effect on the performance of employees at PT Meta Global Triasha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengendalian persediaan bahan baku di perus-ahaan Konveksi Satria27 Tasikmalaya dan bagaimana jika ada penerapan metode EOQ di perusahaan tersebut yang berfungsi untuk meminimumkan total biaya persediaan ba-han baku dengan optimal dan ekonomis pada data perusahaan tahun 2019-2021. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di suatu perusahaan Konveksi tepatnya di Konveksi Satria27 Tasikmalaya. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara primer, yaitu penelitian lang-sung ke lapangan dengan mewawancara pemilik perusahaan, metode yang digunakan oleh penulis yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode EOQ (Economic Order Quantity). Hasil penelitian menggunakan metode EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) menjelaskan bahwa total biaya persediaan bahan baku kain pada tahun 2019 yaitu Rp.2.109.593,474 dan dapat menghemat sampai Rp.7.622.750,775 dengan Frekuensi Pemesanan menjadi 6 kali, Safety Stock 17 roll. Se-dangkan pada tahun 2020 yaitu Rp.2.122.755,831 dapat menghemat sampai Rp.7.709.802,006 dengan Frekuensi Pemesanan menjadi 6 kali, Safety Stock 25 roll. Dan pada tahun 2021 total persediaan bahan baku kainnya yaitu Rp.2.132.733,892 dan dapat menghemat sampai Rp.7.800.432,303 dengan Frekuensi Pemesanan menjadi 6 kali dan Safety Stock 23 roll kain.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership and communication styles on employee performance at RPA Jabal Nur Ciamis. The method used was quantitative with a research sample of 54 employee respondents. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression using SPSS Version 25. The results of the research show that the Leadership Style perceived by RPA Jabal Nur Ciamis employees has very good criteria. The communication possessed by RPA Jabal Nur Ciamis employees has very good criteria. The performance of RPA Jabal Nur Ciamis employees has very good criteria. Simultaneously Leadership Style and Communication have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Partially Leadership and Communication Style have a significant effect on Employee Performance.
