Abstract

This purpose of this study to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence on non-manager employees performance at Amaris Hotel on Tasikmalaya City (Case Study on non-manager employees at Amaris Hotel on Tasikmalaya City). The method used is a quantitative method with a research sample of 32 respondents who are a non-manager employee at Amaris Hotel on Tasikmalaya City. The data is used primary data and secondary data. The analitytical tool in this research is multiple regression using by SPSS version 25. The result showed that simultaneously intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence has a significant influence on employee performance. Partially intellectual intelligence has an unsignificant influence on employee performance. Partially spiritual intelligence has a significant on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Employee Performance Analysis Based on Job Training and Work Discipline In PD. Bakso Momo Jaya. The method used is quantitative with a sample of 50 respondents from employee PD. Bakso Momo Jaya. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The results of the study show that the job training felt by employee PD. Bakso Momo Jaya have very good criteria. Work discipline on employee PD. Bakso Momo Jaya has very good criteria. Simultaneously, job training and work discipline have a significant influence on employee performance. Partially job training has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is determine the effect simultaneously and partially between Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Courier Performance PT. Ninja Express Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used the saturated sample method with a total sample of 40 peoples. Data collection techniques using online questionnaires. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26. The results show that work discipline and work motivation have a significant effect on performance simultaneously. Partially, work discipline has a significant effect on performance. Partially, work motivation has a significant effect on performance.

Abstract

Education in the 4.0 era uses information technology so that it demands an increase in the quality of facilities and infrastructure including human resources, especially teachers who can support improving the quality of basic education. Education plays an important role in life and becomes the basis for improving superior human resources. One of them is to focus on students by utilizing digital media technology, and using innovative approaches (Kemendikbud, 2018). Tarbiyatul Mu'allimin Foundation as a school providing education at the madrasah group level Tsanawiyah (Mts) to Madrasah Aliyah (MA) are one of the schools that take part in education in Indonesia, especially in Tasikmalaya Regency. There is a change in the teaching and learning process, so coordination is needed in all elements. Currently the KBM process runs offline and the leadership of the principal is needed to achieve an adequate learning process. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment on teacher performance at Tarbiyatul Mu'allimin Foundation. The research method uses the causal associative method with a survey approach, the survey in this study to teachers of the Tarbiyatul Mu'allimin Foundation as many as 32 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS v.25 Software. The results of the hypothesis testing of work discipline and work environment have a significant effect on teacher performance at the Tarbiyatul Mu'allimin Foundation teacher partially and simultaneously

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing employee performance in terms of Work Discipline and Communication at the Tasikmalaya City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. The method used in this study is a case study method using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 61 respondents who are employees of the Tasikmalaya City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. The technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that Work Discipline and Communication simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Communication partially has a significant effect on employee performance of the Tasikmalaya City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of location, promotion and lifesyle simultaneously and partially on survey housing purchase decisions on Kampoeng Hijrah Reasidence, Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a quantitative method with a causality survey approach. The sample in the study was 61 respondents. Data collection is done using questionnaries. The data analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The result of this study showed simultaneously the location, promotion and lifesyle gave a significant influence on housing purchasing decisions. Partially location, promotion and lifestyle, each has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, perception of price and pacilities simultaneously or partially on consumer statisfaction of Siliwangi Futsal Center in Tasikmalaya City. Survey of Siliwangi Futsal Center consumers in Tasikmalaya City. The research method used is descriptive and verification method. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that service quality, perception of price and pacilities simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Partially, service quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Partially price perception has no significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Partially, the pacilities has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Job Training and Career Development on the Performance of Police Members at the Ciamis Resort Police. The method used is a case study, data was obtained through questionnaires to members of the National Police at Ciamis Police. Sampling used a random sampling technique, using the Slovin formula and the analysis method used was the multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results show that job training, career development and performance are included in the Very Good classification. Simultaneously, job training and career development have a significant effect on the performance of members of the Ciamis Resort Police. Partially, job training and career development variables have a significant effect on the performance of members of the Ciamis Resort Police.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the condition of compensation, work life balance and employee loyalty, as well as to test and analyze the influence of compensation and work life balance on the loyalty of Gen Z employees in Tasikmalaya City (survey of Gen Z employees in the formal sector). This type of research uses quantitative causality research and the respondents in this research are 100 respondents. In this research, samples were taken using non-probability sampling, namely using a purposive sampling technique.  The analysis was carried out using the multiple linear regression method using IBM SPSS version 26 software. The research results show that compensation and work life balance simultaneously have a significant effect on the loyalty of Gen Z employees in Tasikmalaya City in the formal sector. The results of research on partial compensation on employee loyalty have a significant effect on the loyalty of Gen Z employees in Tasikmalaya City in the formal sector and work life balance partially has a significant effect on the loyalty of Gen Z employees in Tasikmalaya City in the formal sector.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kemampuan Beradaptasi terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai di Kantor Desa Pakemitan Kecamatan Cikatomas Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Dengan sampel penelitian 50 orang sebagai responden Kantor Desa Pakemitan Kecamatan Cikatomas Kabupaten Tasikmalaya berdasarkan 50 data populasi yang di ketahui. Data yang di gunakan adalah menggunakan data primer. Alat analisis yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi support SPSS versi.25. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial menunjukan variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh tidak signifikan secara parsial dan kemampuan beradaptasi berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai di Kantor Desa Pakemitan Kecamatan Cikatomas Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh signifikan gaya kepemimpinan dan kemampuan beradaptasi terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai berdasarkan hasi pengujian analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh signifikasi sebesar 0,037 dimana nilai ini lebih kecil dari 0,05. Dengan pengujian Koefisien Determinasi hingga mendapat nilai R Square sebesar 0,13 atau 13%. menunjukkan besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan kemampuan beradaptasi terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai. ABSTRACT This study aims to find out how much influence leadership style and adaptability have on employee work discipline in the Pakemitan Village Office, Cikatomas District, Tasikmalaya Regency. The method used in this study is quantitative with a survey approach. With a research sample of 50 people as respondents to the Pakemitan Village Office, Cikatomas District, Tasikmalaya Regency based on 50 known population data. The data used is using primary data. The analysis tool used in this study was multiple linear regression using the SPSS support application version 25. The test results showed that partially showed the variables used in the study, namely leadership style has a partially insignificant effect and adaptability, had a significant partial effect on the work discipline of employees at the Pakemitan Village Office, Cikatomas District, Tasikmalaya Regency. Simultaneously, there was a significant influence of leadership style and adaptability to employee work discipline based on multiple linear regression analysis tests obtained a signification of 0.037 where this value was smaller than 0.05. By testing the Coefficient of Determination to get an R Square value of 0.13 or 13%, shows the magnitude of the influence of leadership style and adaptability on employee work discipline.
