Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of work motivation and adaptability on the work productivity of employees of PT albasi Priangan Lestari. The method used in this study is the census method using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 60 respondents who are employees of the barecore division of PT. Albasi Priangan Lestari. The technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. Based on the research results, it can be seen that work motivation and adaptability simultaneously have a significant effect on the work productivity of PT. Albasi Priangan Lestari. Partially Work Motivation has a significant effect on the work productivity of employees of PT. Albasi Priangan Lestari. Partial Adaptability has a significant effect on the work productivity of employees of PT. Albasi Priangan Lestari.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and career development on employee performance at TASCO Minimart. The method used by the author in this study is a  quantitative approach with sampling techniques using saturated or census samples. The target population in this study were 8 TASCO Minimart outlets with 65 employees in admin, cashier and sales assistant positions. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. The results show that simultaneously compensation and career development have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, compensation has no significant effect on employee performance. And partially Career Development has a significant effect on employee performance at TASCO Minimart.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work facilities and compensation on employee performance at PT. Rentang Buana Niagamakmur, Tasikmalaya Branch. The research method used is a quantitative method of 80 respondents who are employees of PT. Rentang Buana Niagamakmur, Tasikmalaya Branch. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this test prove that work facilities and compensation have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on the work performance of employees of PT. Rentang Buana Niagamakmur, Tasikmalaya Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially between Leadership Style and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Green Asia Food Indonesia Tasikmalaya City. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used the saturated sample method with a total sample of 52 people. Data collection techniques using online and offline questionnaires. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26. The results show that leadership style and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of Compensation and Talent Management on Employee Performance (Survey of Permanent Employees in the Production Department of PT. Rentang Buana Niagamakmur Tasikmalaya). The method used in this research is a survey method  with a quantitative approach, using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 38 respondents who are permanent employees of the Production Department of PT. Range Buana Niagamakmur Tasikmalaya. The technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it can be seen that Compensation and Talent Management simultaneously have a significant effect on the Performance of  Permanent Employees in the Production Department of PT. Rentang Buana Niagamakmur Tasikmalaya. Compensation partially has a significant effect on the Performance of Permanent Employees in the Production Department of PT.Rentang Buana Niagamakmur Tasikmalaya, and Talent Management partially has a significant effect on the Performance of Permanent Employees in the Production Department of PT.Rentang Buana Niagamakmur Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This study aims to identify factors that shape employee performance in the Indonesian hotel industry, specifically by analyzing the influence of competence, emotional intelligence, work-life balance, and motivation on employee performance, both collectively and individually. The method used is a survey with data collection through questionnaires distributed to respondents, namely hotel employees in Indonesia, with a focus on Pangandaran Regency. The results of the study revealed that competence, emotional intelligence, work-life balance, and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance, both simultaneously and partially.

Abstract

This research uses a mixed approach, namely a qualitative and quantitative approach. In terms of objectives, this type of research is associative descriptive. This research aims to describe and analyze in depth (in depth analysis) the quality of human resources in Pananjung Village and analyze the extent to which Spirituality Worklife Balance influences the quality of human resources. The results of this research show that the magnitude of the influence of emotional intelligence and Spirituality Worklife Balance on improving the quality of human resources is in the moderate category. The magnitude of the influence of emotional intelligence on Spirituality Worklife Balance is in the moderate category. Emotional intelligence has a significant influence on the quality of human resources. Emotional intelligence has a significant influence on Spirituality Worklife Balance. Spirituality Worklife Balance has a significant influence on HR Quality. Emotional intelligence has a significant indirect influence on the quality of human resources through Spirituality Worklife Balance. Spirituality Worklife Balance significantly acts as a variable that mediates the indirect influence of emotional intelligence on the quality of human resources.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the simultaneous or partial influence of Career Development variables, Use of Information Technology on Employee Performance. The research method used was a quantitative method with a survey approach of 47 employees of the Tasikmalaya city population and civil registration service. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 23. The results of this test prove that Career Development and Use of Information Technology simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Partial Career Development has no effect on Employee Performance. The use of Information Technology partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

  This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effects of work stress and leadership style on employee turnover intention at Josh's Wash & Auto Detailing Ciganjur Lama Branch. The method used in this research is quantitative with a survey approach. With a sample of 40 people as respondents from the Josh's Wash & Auto Detailing Ciganjur Lama Branch based on the known population data of 40. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25 software. Simultaneously, work stress and leadership style have a significant effect on employee turnover intention. Partially, the work stress variable has a significant effect on employee turnover intention, as well as the leadership style variable, which also significantly affects employee turnover intention.

Abstract

PO TKM UTAMA is a company operating in the field of public transportation which was founded in 1952. The productivity of operational employees has fluctuated, decreasing and increasing productivity results. This purpuse of this study to determine the influence of work discipline and work facilities on the work productivity of PO TKM UTAMA employees. The method used was a quantitative approach with a research sample of 76 respondents from the Operational Department Employees of PO TKM UTAMA. The data used is primary data and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The research results show that work discipline and work facilities simultaneously have a significant effect on work productivity. Partially, work discipline has a significant effect on work productivity and work facilities have a significant effect on work productivity.
