Abstract

This research aims to find out how Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image influences Focallure Product Purchasing Decisions with trust as an intervening variable. The influences you want to know are direct and indirect influences. This type of research is quantitative research which describes the location of the variables studied and the influence of one variable on other variables. The population of this study was taken from community of Jl. Kancil village 1 Sei Rampah, specifically women. The sample taken was 92 respondents using the Slovin formula with the Accidental Sampling technique. The data analysis method uses PLS-based SEM, analyzed using outer models, inner models, and hypothesis testing using bootstrapping. The results of this research show that : Celebrity Endorser influences Purchasing Decisions, Brand Image influence Purchasing Decisions, Celebrity Endorser influences trust, Brand Image influences trust, Trust has no effect on Purchasing Decisions, Celebrity Endorser does not have a significant influences on Purchasing Decisionswith trust as an intervening variable, Brand Image does not have a significant influences on Purchasing Decisionswith trust as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The large number of MSME people increases competition in the market, especially for small or micro business owners. Therefore, several changes are needed from business people, one of which is implementing certain strategies to market their products. A business located in Kampung Bicara area of Tebing Tinggi City sells sweet corn and boiled peanuts. To be able to continue to survive and develop in the Tebing Tinggi, of course, this business requires a good business marketing strategy. The purpose of this activity is to find out the obstacles faced and what solutions must be implemented in maintaining the business of selling corn and boiled peanuts so that it continues to grow. The obstacle found that a large number of business people of boiled corn and peanut had more interesting innovations to attract customers. The solution to this problem is to add a variety of flavors, spices or create new and unique preparations. Business people must also provide good service and be responsive to customers. In addition, by making promotional strategies through social media, such as Whatsapp, Facebook, Tiktok, or other types of social media by uploading photos of their products on social media so that they can arouse appetite and attract customer attention.

Abstract

Human Resource Management is the science and art of managing the relationships and roles of the workforce so that they are effective and efficient in helping to realize the goals of the company, employees and society. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of human relations, work stress and work facilities on employee performance at the population and civil registration services of the city of Tebing Tinggi. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The sampling used in this research was the Non Probability Sampling method and the type of sampling used total sampling, the number of samples studied was 30 respondents. The analytisis tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25.00 Software. The results of this research show that human relations have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Human relations, work stress and work facilities simultaneously influence employee performance at the population and civil registration services of the city of Tebing Tinggi.
