Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Al Halim Garut is a non-formal educational institution with the aim of studying, interpreting, exploring, animating, and applying Islamic teachings by emphasizing the importance of religious ethics as a guideline for daily behavior. The Santri Academic Information System is needed to make it easier for parents of students and administrators of Islamic boarding schools to search for academic information for students at Islamic boarding schools. Because the Santri Academic Information System at the Al Halim Garut Islamic Boarding School has just been used, it is necessary to analyze the Santri Academic Information System Acceptance using the Technology Acceptance Model Method, to determine the measurement of influence between constructs as well as a benchmark for adapting user acceptance of the system used. In this study, data processing analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling through the tools of Statistical Product and Service Solution and Analysis of Moment Structures. This study resulted in the level of user acceptance of the Santri Academic Information System with a probability value of below 5%, namely 0.000 and the influence between the constructs of the Technology Acceptance Model with 3 accepted hypotheses, namely the variable perceived ease of influencing perceived usefulness, perceived usefulness affecting intention to use, and intention to use influencing use. real.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK), terutama internet, telah menjadi krusial dalam kehidupan masyarakat modern, termasuk di Kabupaten Garut, Indonesia. Website "Gentra Karya" disediakan oleh pemerintah daerah sebagai platform untuk menyampaikan informasi pembangunan dan layanan publik. Namun, tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam penggunaan Website tersebut masih perlu dieksplorasi lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi partisipasi masyarakat terhadap penggunaan Website Gentra Karya. Temuan penelitian ini akan memberikan wawasan bagi pemerintah daerah dalam meningkatkan efektivitas Website mereka dan memperkuat keterlibatan masyarakat dalam proses pembangunan wilayah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pentingnya memastikan akses informasi yang mudah bagi masyarakat, meningkatkan efektivitas layanan publik online, pengembangan teknologi lokal, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat membantu pemerintah daerah Garut dalam memperbaiki dan mengoptimalkan layanan publik online mereka guna meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat, memperkuat keterlibatan masyarakat, dan membangun hubungan yang lebih baik antara pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam proses pembangunan wilayah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of e-government service quality on user satisfaction of the Pasti Oke Application at the Garut Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. This application is designed to improve the efficiency of population administration services digitally. However, in its implementation, there are still various obstacles such as difficult accessibility, system disruptions, lack of clarity of information, and low response from the application manager. The research method used is a quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who used the application. The results show that the quality of e-government services has a significant influence on the level of user satisfaction with a contribution of 71.6%. These results provide important implications for the development of more effective and responsive public digital services.
