Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas gaya kepemimpinan Gubernur Jawa Tengah, Ahmad Luthfi, yang memadukan karakteristik militeristik dan paternalistik dalam praktik pemerintahannya. Tujuan kajian ini adalah menganalisis bagaimana kedua gaya kepemimpinan tersebut tercermin dalam kebijakan, komunikasi politik, serta respons masyarakat. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi pustaka dan dokumentasi dari media massa serta referensi akademik, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Ahmad Luthfi menerapkan gaya militeristik melalui pendekatan top-down, ketegasan, dan sentralisasi komando, sementara gaya paternalistik tercermin dalam pendekatan emosional, komunikasi informal, dan kedekatan dengan rakyat. Implikasi dari gaya tersebut meliputi peningkatan efisiensi birokrasi dan jaminan keamanan yang dirasakan masyarakat, namun juga menimbulkan kekhawatiran atas potensi otoritarianisme dan lemahnya partisipasi publik dalam demokrasi lokal. Studi ini memberikan wawasan tentang tantangan kepemimpinan eks-aparat dalam sistem demokratis dan kontribusinya terhadap tata kelola daerah yang efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the role of the Social Service in improving the welfare of the Elderly (Elderly) displaced in Makassar City. The method used is a descriptive qualitative research technical analysis of the data used is collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification The results of this study indicate that the role of the social service in improving the welfare of neglected elderly is the role of the facilitative, the facilities provided are in the form of a handling house and Trauma Center (RPTC) for Persons with Social Welfare Problems (PMKS) as well as the needs of food clothing that is met. The role of education in the form of counseling about fostering in the form of mental guidance, social guidance to spiritual guidance that makes the elderly have more quality of life and has better welfare. The role of rerentational by inviting elderly is to do light gymnastics or elderly exercises which aims to physical fitness that can support the health and quality of life of the elderly becomes better.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial statements at Jingga Batik Bukittinggi, to find out the financial statements according to SAK ETAP and also the suitability of the preparation of financial statements at Jingga Batik Bukittinggi with generally accepted accounting standards, namely SAK ETAP. This research uses quantitative descriptive method. The focus of research is documents or records related to financial statements. Sources of data in this study using primary and secondary data sources obtained from Owner Jingga Batik Bukittinggi. Data collection techniques using interview and documentation techniques. The results of the study found that the recording system carried out by Jingga Batik Bukittinggi was still very simple, only recording income and expenses. Financial statements according to SAK ETAP consist of income statements, statements of changes in equity, statements of financial position, statements of cash flows, and notes to financial statements. Jingga Batik Bukittinggi has not prepared financial reports in accordance with generally accepted standards due to limited knowledge and understanding in the field of accounting so that the preparation of financial statements is not in accordance with SAK ETAP.

Abstract

Improving the thermal efficiency of biomass cookstoves remains essential for enhancing energy utilization and reducing fuel consumption in household applications. This study investigates the effect of geometric size reduction on the thermal performance of a galvanized steel biomass stove equipped with a 12 V DC blower. The original biomass stove constructed from galvanized steel plates with dimensions of 50 × 50 × 55 cm³ equipped with a 12 V DC blower was developed in 2022. Due to its relatively large size, the air–fuel mixture delivered to the combustion chamber was not fully optimized, resulting in a thermal efficiency of only 10%. To address this limitation, the stove dimensions were reduced to 40 × 40 × 40 cm³. The performance evaluation was conducted using the Water Boiling Test (WBT) method with two water volumes (2 L and 5 L) and three fuel masses (40%, 60%, and 80%). The results indicate that reducing the stove dimensions contributes to a significant improvement in thermal efficiency, reaching up to 14.6%.

Abstract

Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di Desa Batee Meutudong dilaksanakan sebagai upaya konkret dalam memberdayakan masyarakat melalui dua pendekatan utama, yaitu pengolahan sumber daya alam lokal berbasis kelapa dan peningkatan literasi digital. Program ini dirancang untuk menjawab permasalahan rendahnya tingkat pemanfaatan potensi alam lokal serta minimnya keterampilan masyarakat dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi. Kegiatan berlangsung selama 30 hari dengan melibatkan berbagai kelompok masyarakat. Pelatihan mencakup empat bidang utama: (1) pembuatan minyak kelapa tradisional melalui proses pemanasan santan kelapa, (2) pembuatan lip balm inovatif berbahan dasar minyak kelapa, beeswax, serta ekstrak buah alami seperti buah naga dan apel, (3) serta pelatihan penggunaan Microsoft Word dan Excel. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan dalam keterampilan peserta. Secara ekonomi, produk minyak kelapa dan lip balm berpotensi menghasilkan pendapatan tambahan bagi keluarga sekitar Rp1.200.000 hingga Rp2.500.000 per bulan. Program ini memberikan dampak sosial berupa meningkatnya kepercayaan diri masyarakat, dan bertumbuhnya kesadaran akan pentingnya digitalisasi dalam kegiatan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Dependency on AI tools in academic has increases, Grammarly become one of the most frequent application to support students' writing processes. Most previous literature reviews have emphasized Grammarly's technical benefits in improving grammar and writing skills, along with pros and cons, while giving limited attention to students’ experiences and attitudes. This study addresses that deficiency by focus on analyzing students’ perceptions of Grammarly, both positive and negative. A systematic literature review collected relevant studies, and thematic analysis identified common themes. The results indicate that students generally view Grammarly positively due to its accessibility and usefulness in improving writing quality and skills. However, limitations such as the need for a stable internet connection, restricted features, and high subscription fees reduce its acceptance. This study offers valuable insights for educators and developers to enhance the educational relevance and effectiveness of AI writing tools.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Minat pembelian konsumen pada produk kosmetik tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh pertimbangan nilai yang dirasakan, tetapi juga oleh tingkat kepercayaan terhadap produk, terutama dalam konteks meningkatnya perhatian konsumen terhadap kualitas dan keamanan. Meskipun kedua faktor tersebut telah banyak dikaji, pengujian pada objek spesifik dengan karakteristik konsumen tertentu masih relevan untuk dilakukan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepercayaan dan perceived value terhadap minat pembelian produk PinkFlash pada Generasi Z di Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 100 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan dan perceived value secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat pembelian. Selain itu, kedua variabel tersebut juga terbukti berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap minat pembelian. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan dan perceived value merupakan faktor yang relevan dalam menjelaskan minat pembelian konsumen pada objek penelitian yang diteliti. ABSTRACT Purchase intention in cosmetic products is influenced by consumers’ evaluative considerations, particularly trust and perceived value. In the context of increasing consumer attention to product quality and safety, these factors become important in shaping purchasing decisions. Although both variables have been widely examined, empirical testing within a specific product context and consumer segment remains relevant. This study aims to examine the effect of trust and perceived value on the purchase intention of PinkFlash cosmetic products among Generation Z consumers in Jambi City. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method, with data collected from 100 respondents through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that trust and perceived value each have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Furthermore, both variables simultaneously have a significant effect on purchase intention. These findings suggest that trust and perceived value are relevant factors in explaining consumer purchase intention within the context of the studied object
