Abstract

Women in the beauty sector play a role in developing the business world and using the digital economy. In South Sulawesi, female entrepreneurs utilize the uniqueness of the Bugis-Makassar tribe to produce skincare products known as Badda' Lotong. Through a two-way approach and mixed-method research, the objectives of this study are to (1) Analyze the effect of live streaming on impulsive buying and digital selling, (2) Analyze women's impulsive buying behavior, (3) Analyze the increase in digital selling of the Badda' Lotong business. The study results show that live streaming can encourage impulsive customer behavior so that they decide to make product purchases. The use of technology through online marketing on social media and sales in the marketplace has been proven to increase seller income.

Abstract

This research aims The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Net Profit Margin and Total Asset Turnover on share prices at PT. AKR Corporindo, Tbk. The types of data used in this research are qualitative data and quantitative data. The data source used in this research is secondary data. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression. From the research results, the results of the multiple linear regression equation were obtained with the equation value Y = - 3281.28 + 147.59X1 + 4783.54X2, the coefficient of determination (R2) was 0.54 and the correlation coefficient (r) was 0.73. Thus, it can be concluded that simultaneously the variables Net Profit Margin and Total Asset Turnover do not have a significant effect on share prices at PT. ACR. Corporindo, Tbk. Partially, the Net Profit Margin variable has no significant effect on share prices at PT. AKR. Corporindo, Tbk and partially the Total Asset Turnover variable have a significant effect on share prices at PT. ACR. Corporindo, Tbk. Thus, the first and second hypotheses are rejected and the third hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financing volume and financing restructuring on the profitability of Islamic banks in Indonesia. The sample used in this study was 5 Islamic banks in Indonesia that presented complete quarterly financial reports for the period 2021-2023. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression of panel data. The results of the study indicate that financing volume has a positive and significant effect on the profitability (ROA) of Islamic banks, while financing restructuring has a negative and significant effect on the profitability (ROA) of Islamic banks in Indonesian

Abstract

Consumers have become more sensitive to what they consume. Comprehensive information search and more accessible information acquisition will make it easier for consumers to make decisions. Social media is a supporting aspect for consumers in making decisions. Social media, which was previously used for personal communication, has now been used for communication in the broader business realm and plays a role as one of the supporters in the halal marketing process. The use of social media in marketing helps producers or sellers inform that the products being sold are halal products for Muslim consumers. Through social media, consumers can also easily obtain detailed information about a product before consumers make purchasing decisions. Halal marketing has become phenomenal in recent years because several products not in the form of food products have been branded as halal products. Products that are pioneers in halal branding include fashion and cosmetic products. This effort has altered the view that halal products are only limited to food products. This study used an interview method with 106 samples of productive age from several districts and cities in South Sulawesi Province. The results showed that 80% of the sample wanted cosmetic products to be halal to make purchasing decisions. In contrast, for fashion products, only 30% of the samples required the product to be halal to make a purchase decision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of current ratio and receivables turnover on return on assets at PT. Dharma Satya Nusantara, Tbk. The types of data used are qualitative and quantitative data. The data sources used are secondary data. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, correlation coefficient, f-test and t-test. The results of the study show the regression equation Y = -1.85 + 0.05X1 + 0.07X2, coefficient of determination of 19.23%, correlation coefficient of 0.4385. It is concluded that simultaneously the current ratio and receivables turnover have no significant effect on return on assets and partially the current ratio has a positive and insignificant effect on return on assets, while receivables turnover has a positive and insignificant effect on return on assets at PT. Dharma Satya Nusantara, Tbk. So the proposed hypothesis is rejected.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kemasan susu Bear Brand terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada PT.Oze Power Switch Makassar. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif jawaban hasil kuesioner dengan skala likersdan analisis statistik berupa analisis regresi sederhana, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, serta uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis regresi yang didapatkan persamaan y=8,09+ 0,65x serta hasil analisis koefisien korelasia= 8,09 b= 0,65, 0,41 dan determinasi 0,1681 atau 16,81% serta diperoleh t hitungsebesar 3,272 lebih besar dari pada 1,674 (3,272 > 1,674)yang artinya terdapat pengaruh kemasan produk susu Bear brand terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada PT. Oze Power Switch Makassar.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of financial performance on the stability of Islamic banks in Indonesia during the 2018–2023 period. The research uses a quantitative approach with panel data regression analysis conducted through EViews software. The sample consists of five Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) that regularly publish monthly financial statements. Secondary data were obtained from official bank websites and the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The independent variables in this study include the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Net Operating Margin (NOM), and Net Performing Financing (NPF), while the dependent variable representing bank stability is proxied by the Z-Score of Return on Assets (ROA). The results reveal that CAR and NOM have a positive and significant impact on the stability of Islamic banks, indicating that strong capital adequacy and profitability enhance resilience and financial soundness. In contrast, NPF shows an insignificant effect on bank stability, suggesting that non-performing financing levels during the observed period were manageable and did not critically threaten financial stability. These findings support both signaling theory and financial intermediation theory, emphasizing that improved capital management and operational efficiency can enhance stakeholder confidence and maintain sustainable stability in Islamic banking. The study contributes to Islamic financial literature by providing empirical evidence on the determinants of financial stability, offering valuable insights for regulators and bank managers in developing strategies to strengthen the resilience of Islamic banking institutions in Indonesia.

Abstract

The process of implementing the Zachman framework in a company is a strategy for developing and managing the company. Start-up companies like TIX.ID also apply this strategy to analyze and organize. The process of identifying using the zachman framework implementation in the application company TIX.ID, which is a service company, provides a real space for companies to be able to assess the right strategy for developing corporate architecture related to important matters concerning the running of the company. This implementation makes it easy for companies to make the right utilization of resources and decision-making processes for efficiency and effectiveness in the digital services industry. Not only for companies, the benefits of implementing the Zachman framework can be felt directly by users who feel the success of the application in providing comfort for the services provided.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada saat Indonesia dilanda pandemi Covid 19, berdampak bagi semua sector kehidupan utamanya perekonomian. Banyak perusahaan yang harus melakukan pemutusan hubunga kerja (PHK) kepada karyawannya. Akibatnya jumlah pengangguran semakin bertambah. Masyarakat tidak memiliki penghasilan. Setelah berakhirnya pandemic Covid 19 perlu dilakukan pemulihan di sector perekonomian. Salah satunya adalah dengan menjadi wirausaha. Namun permasalahan yang dihadapi masyarakat yang terdampak Covid 19, yakni masyarakat tidak memiliki penghasilan, tidak berani memulai usaha atau bisnis, susah mencari jenis usaha yang akan dijalankan, kurangnya pengetahuan untuk menjadi seorang wirausaha, kurang kreatif dan inovasi untuk memulai suatu usaha. Oleh karena itu tim dosen STIE Tri Dharma Nusantara Makassar melaksanakan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat kepada masyarakat Desa Jenetallasa, Kecamatan Pallangga Kabupaten Gowa yang terkena PHK. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kewirausahaan kepada masyarakat yang terdampak Covid 19 yang berada di Desa Jenetallasa, Kecamatan Pallangga Kabupaten Gowa yang terkena PHK sebagai dampak Pandemi Covid 19 tentang bagaimana cara memulai suatu bisnis di era teknologi digital sekarang ini sehingga masyarakat dapat menjadi seorang wirausaha yang memiliki penghasilan. Hasil pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dapat dilihat peserta pelatihan merespon secara positif dan terlihat puas dengan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan. Para peserta sangat antusias untuk menjadi wirausaha yang ditunjukkan dengan partisipasi dan keikutsertaan selama pelatihan berlangsung. Peserta juga sudah membuktikan pemahaman mereka tentang materi kewirausahaan yang telah diberikan oleh narasumber dengan mempraktekkan proses pengolahan jajanan kekinian dan menjawab setiap pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh pemateri. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Kewirausahaan, Masyarakat, Pandemi Covid 19                                                     ABSTRACT When Indonesia was hit by the Covid 19 pandemic, it had an impact on all sectors of life, especially the economy. Many companies have had to lay off their employees. As a result, the number of unemployed is increasing. People have no income. After the end of the Covid 19 pandemic, it is necessary to restore the economic sector. One way is to become an entrepreneur. However, the problems faced by people affected by Covid 19 are that people have no income, do not dare to start a business, have difficulty finding the type of business to run, lack of knowledge to become an entrepreneur, lack of creativity and innovation to start a business. Therefore, the STIE Tri Dharma Nusantara Makassar lecturer team carried out Community Service activities for the people of Jenetallasa Village, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency who were affected by layoffs. The aim of this community service activity is to provide entrepreneurship training to people affected by Covid 19 in Jenetallasa Village, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency who have been laid off as a result of the Covid 19 Pandemic on how to start a business in the current era of digital technology so that people can become an entrepreneur who has an income. The results of implementing Community Service can be seen by training participants responding positively and appearing satisfied with the activities carried out. The participants were very enthusiastic about becoming entrepreneurs as shown by their participation and participation during the training. Participants have also proven their understanding of the entrepreneurship material provided by the resource person by practicing the process of processing contemporary snacks and answering every question asked by the speaker. Keywords: Training, Entrepreneurship, Society, Covid 19 Pandemic
