Abstract

Desa Selebung merupakan salah satu Desa yang berada di Kecamatan Batu Kliang Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Desa Selebung terdiri dari 15 Dusun, dengan dominasi mata pencaharian masyarakat Desa Selebung adalah Petani. Desa selebung memiliki Potensi pariwisata yang cukup potensial untuk dikembangkan. Salah satu potensi pariwisata yang dimiliki Desa Selebung adalah wisata religi makam Datu Benoa. Makam datu benua berada di Dusun Benua Desa Selebung. Terkait keberadaan pengabdi di Desa Selebung adalah bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan potensi wisata religi di Desa selebung dengan mengadakan event budaya yang nantinya dapat meningkatkan kunjungan wisata di Desa selebung. Kegiatan even budaya ini dihadiri oleh beberapa pejabat Kabupaten Lombok Tengah yakni Wakil Bupati Lombok Tengah, dan Kepala Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Dengan diadakannya event budaya tersebut, maka akan dapat meningkatkan elekteabilitas destinasi wisata religi Makam Dsatu Benoa sehingga berdampak terhadap kunjungan wisata di Desa Selebung apada umumnya dan Dusun Benoa pada Khususnya. Karena kegiatan ini melibatkan berbagai unsur yakni pemerintah dan masyarakat sehingga berdampak terhadap beberapa pembangunan infrastruktur di Desa Selebung. Dan event Budaya yang dilaksanakan menjadi agenda tahunan dalam mempromosikan potensi wisata yang dimiliki, sehingga akan mendatangkan berbagai manfaat bagi masyarakat Desa Selebung dan Kabupaten Lombok Tengah.

Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakat merupakan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang memberi kesempatan kepada Dosen untuk belajar dan bekerja bersama-sama dengan masyarakat. Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Dosen bukan berarti mengajar masyarakat tentang sesuatu yang terbaik untuk mereka, tetapi  melakukan pemberdayaan sebagai sebuah proses pencarian (research) yang dilakukan bersama-sama untuk mencari jalan terbaik dalam menyelesaikan persoalan yang mereka hadapi. Dosen melakukan tugas terhadap apa yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat dalam menghadapi problem sosial yang ada di tengah-tengah mereka. Salah satu menariknya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat pada tahun 2022 ini, berdasarkan hasil sensus dalam rangka perapihan data potensi desa khususnya di Kecamatan Batu Layar Kabupaten Lombok Barat dengan keberadaan Desa Pemekaran, diperoleh data dari hasil observasi dan wawancara, terdapat beberapa temuan diantaranya, belum dirasakan manfaatnya program Desa salah satunya yakni Pengelolaan Keuangan BUMDes oleh masyarakat setempat serta belum ada pembenahan Desa dimana terdapat 14 Dusun menyiapkan sumber-sumber alam yang belum diolah secara maksimal, mampu menghasilkan selain berbagai jenis buah-buahan, umbi-umbian, kacang-kacangan, berbagai jenis produksi pertanian, perkebunan dan kehutanan lainnya, terdapat juga tempat tongkrongan yang lagi viral sepanjang tepi jalan Desa Lembah Sari. Demi keberlangsungan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, maka digunakanlah metode yang dapat dicerna dan diserap langsung oleh masyarkat yakni: Metode “Counseling and Mentoring”. Tahap pertama dengan mengumpulkan tokoh masyarakat dan Kepala Desa dari 14 Dusun. Kemudian diskusi dan didampingi oleh Bapak Camat Batu Layar, bersama-sama melakukan “Counseling and Mentoring” secara kontinyu di 14 Dusun. Metode ini dapat kiranya melahirkan strategi yang tepat sekaligus menumbuhkan kemauan besar dari masyarakat Desa yakni pembelajaran dalam pengelolaan keuangan, strategi meningkatkan kreativitas, strategi menumbuhkan ide dan gagasan serta strategi membangun lingkungan yang sehat dan kondusif. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah terwujudnya Desa Mandiri yang menjunjung tinggi kearifan lokal masyarakat sebagai pelaku partisipatif aktif dalam upaya meningkatkan ekonomi kreatif masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan objek wisata pantai labuhan haji berdasarkan analisis SWOT. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Mengadakan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat terhadap pentingnya manfaat lingkungan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat khususnya tentang masalah kebersihan yang ada pada objek wisata pantai labuhan haji, sehingga dapat memberikan kenyamanan bagi para pengunjung. 2) Memperbanyak pelatihan dan seminar untuk para anggota pokdarwis dalam bagaimana melakukan inovasi dalam meningkatkan objek wisata pantai labuhan haji. 3) Pemerintah setempat harus mendatangkan trainer untuk memberikan pelatihan dan edukasi kepada para anggota pokdarwis tentang teknik digitalisasi marketing. 4) Permerintah setempat harus membangun sarana prasarana yang memadai untuk mendukung berkembangnya objek wisata pantai labuhan haji. 5) Bagi para anggota pokdarwis harus membangun sistem keamanan yang terintegrasi dengan beberapa aparat yang ada di desa salah satunya BKD dan Polmas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti bagaimana tingkat literasi keuangan pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Islam Al – Azhar dan faktor – factor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai salah satu Teknik pengumpulan data yang disebarkan ke 115 responden. Metode analisis data adalah statistik deskriptif dan uji ANOVA. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Tingkat Literasi keuangan pada mahasiswa FE Unizar yaitu sebesar 55.7 % artinya bahwa Tingkat Literasi Keuangan masih tergolong rendah (2) Jenis kelamin dan usia mahasiswa tidak berpengaruh terhadap literasi keuangannya sedangkan IPK mahasiswa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap literasi keuangan . Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa harus meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang personal finance dan universitas dapat memberi pendidikan tentang personal finance kepada mahasiswa. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah meneliti ke seluruh civitas akademika di Universitas Islam Al Azhar (dosen, mahasiswa dan tenaga kependidikan ), serta dapat menambah jumlah pertanyaan dan menambah variabel - variabel lainnya .

Abstract

People with disabilities are identical to people who are disabled, weak, stupid and backward. People with disabilities are no longer seen as problematic people, by providing equal access and being inclusive for everyone in their society (168 169). Equal roles for people with disabilities are an important issue for the government. Recognition of equal rights for groups with disabilities, both in terms of education, employment opportunities and others. Community service activities carried out by Herdiana, et al. in Taman Ayu village, in 2023 became the main basis for empowering people with disabilities and knowledge for people with disabilities, especially in the equality garden by involving groups with disabilities. Taman Ayu Village, Gerung District, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) in the "Equality Garden" group consisting of 15 people consisting of people with hearing and speech impairments which was carried out in June-December 2024 with the community service implementation team being a collaboration of 3 fields of science, namely agribusiness, accounting and agroecotechnology and involving 3 students from different study programs (fields of science). The purpose of this activity is to provide literacy and education about grape cultivation techniques, improve grape cultivation technique skills, financial management in business through ongoing training and mentoring. The forms of activities include literacy counseling and education for people with disabilities in grape cultivation techniques (Vitis Vinifera L), business management training and financial recording management, mentoring and coaching in marketing using digital marketing (marketplace: Facebook, Shopie, Tokopedia) and mentoring in submitting business legality. The hope of this activity is that groups with disabilities have skills in the field of grape cultivation, skills in management and financial recording of businesses so that from this activity a new business can be formed so that the goal of this activity is the independence of the disabled group's business. Collaboration between the service team (academics) and the village in the form of ongoing mentoring and coaching will be carried out until they have an independent business

Abstract

The development and progress of the world towards the end of the 21st century has raised the issue of gender. This issue of gender has become a debate among many circles. Gender is a term used to describe the distinction between men and women. In a society that adheres to a patriarchal system, the economic function of the family is played by the husband as the head of the household, while the existence of a woman is identical to domestic work in the household. The pressure of economic needs is a real challenge that must be addressed by the family, including encouraging the role of women to help with the economic function of the household. When women work outside the home, especially as stone breakers, there is a shift in roles and functions that are certainly inherent in the understanding of women as part of their self-existence. Women stone breakers who work around the Balibe rock mountain are a group of women housewives who are poorly educated and have no skills. Economic pressure is the main reason they become stone breakers. This community service activity aims to provide innovation and education to groups of women farm workers in improving soft skills to improve quality, through counseling and training. The location of the community service activity is in Bonder Village, Praya Barat District, Central Lombok Regency-NTB. With partners of the Balibe stone labor group totaling 15 people. This activity is strongly supported by partners and all communities at the research location. The involvement of partners in this activity is in the training activities for making handicrafts from mining waste, partners collect stones that are unique in shape and can be formed as basic materials for making crafts. There are several crafts made, namely frames, flower vases, bamboo gazebos. In this activity, the equipment provided is in the form of stone-breaking business equipment including hammers, protective glasses, gloves, hammers and Japanese hats

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the business development strategies of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Mataram City using a case study-based approach and thematic analysis tools. Data collection was carried out through interviews with MSME practitioners and local government, specifically the office of cooperatives and MSMEs in Mataram City. The results of the interviews were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify supporting factors, obstacles, and prospects for the development of MSMEs in Mataram City. The research findings indicate that from the perspective of MSME practitioners, access to capital, strategic location, event organization, and bazaars are the main factors supporting the development of MSMEs in Mataram City. However, limitations in capital, ineffective marketing, and a lack of business training have become the main obstacles in the development of MSMEs. Therefore, business digitalization and easier access to capital are the main hopes of MSME practitioners in improving their business competitiveness. Meanwhile, from the perspective of local government, it was found that the government's policies in...supporting MSMEs, facilitating marketing and market access, challenges in the development of MSMEs, the role of the government in innovation and digitalization of MSMEs, as well as the collaboration between the government and the private sector are the main themes in the strategy for developing MSMEs in the city of Mataram. The formulation of the business development strategy for MSMEs in the city of Mataram is to expand access to low-interest capital, increase MSME participation in events and bazaars, strategic location-based marketing strategies, improved financial and marketing literacy, ease of access to assistance programs and business training, optimize digital marketing strategies, broader socialization about access to capital and its procedures, simplify loan requirements for MSMEs, provide financial assistance for MSMEs, enhance training and mentoring on business technology usage, encourage digitalization in financial record-keeping and marketing, facilitate MSMEs in adopting digital technology, optimize the government's role in providing capital assistance, provide clearer information about assistance programs, increase MSMEs' access to business and marketing facilities, digitalization of MSMEs to enhance competitiveness, strengthening the MSME business ecosystem through collaboration among business actors, and encouraging innovation in MSME products and services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the calculation and deduction of Income Tax Article 21 at theRegional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of West Lombok Regency, as well as its compliancewith the provisions stipulated in Law Number 7 of 2021 concerning Harmonization of Tax Regulations. Theresearch method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach, which involves collecting data related topayroll lists, tax calculations, and proof of tax deductions from 42 permanent employees in 2023. The results ofthe study show that there are significant differences between the calculations made by the BAPPEDA of WestLombok Regency and the calculations based on applicable tax provisions. Some of the main causes of thediscrepancy are the non-inclusion of the 5% job cost component in the calculation of gross income and errorsin filling in the payroll elements and proof of tax deductions. As a result, there is an excess withholding ofIncome Tax Article 21 which has an impact on inaccurate tax reporting, even though the state is not directlyharmed. This study concludes that improving understanding of tax regulations and implementing a moreintegrated accounting system can help BAPPEDA of West Lombok Regency in improving the accuracy of taxcalculations, deductions, deposits, and reporting. Recommendations submitted include tax training for relatedemployees and updating the financial administration system according to tax standards

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the realization of the budget in assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of performance at the three Mataram City Regional Government Agencies. Where effectiveness is a measure of the success or failure of an organization in achieving its goals while efficiency is a measurement of achieving maximum output with the lowest possible use of resources and funds. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study was all SKPD in Mataram City. Meanwhile, the samples used were three Mataram City Regional Government Agencies, namely: 1) Regional Development Planning Agency, 2) Youth and Sports Service, and 3) Social Service. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of audited company annual financial reports. These data were obtained from the official website of the Mataram City Government, such as LRA from 2020- 2022 in each agency. The research results for the level of effectiveness in 2020-2022 are all in the effective category because the results of achieving an effectiveness level of more than 80 percent, can be said to be good and meet predetermined criteria. The research results for the efficiency level in 2020-2022 are all in the efficient category, said to be efficient because the efficiency level is 60-80 percent.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the profit growth value of food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies before the covid-19 pandemic (2018-2019) and profit growth during the covid-19 pandemic (2020-2021). This research was conducted on 23 food and beverage companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and financial reports for the 2018-2021 period are available on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with descriptive analysis methods. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling technique. The results of the analysis obtained are that out of 23 food and beverage companies 10 out of 17 food companies recorded positive profit growth duri1ng the covid-19 pandemic and 4 out of 7 beverage companies recorded positive profit growth during the covid-19 pandemic. So it can be concluded that the profit growth of food and beverage companies grew more during the covid-19 pandemic than before the covid-19 pandemic.
