Abstract

This study focuses on analyzing the quality of service (QoS) and measuring the quality of the internet network on the Starlink network In Karya Jaya Village, this study uses the QoS parameter measurement method. The parameters used include delay, jitter, packet loss, and throughput. This measurement is done using the Wireshark application to monitor and capture the traffic of data packets in the network. This application provides detailed information about network performance and can identify potential problems in the data transmission process. The throughput measurement results showed that the throughput was higher during sunny weather, with a value of 74k, compared to the rainy weather time which only reached 158k. Despite the difference in throughput values, the two values still showed "Excellent" performance. Throughput is one of the main indicators that shows efficient network performance. These findings offer a unique contribution by providing real-world case-based analysis relevant to the needs of modern networks.

Abstract

Technological developments in the field of information systems have brought significant changes in the way we conduct transactions, communicate, and access services. One of the aspects that is focused on in the development of a website-based information system is the design of the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX). With technological advancements and wider adoption, intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly UI/UX design has become essential to ensure that information systems can meet users' needs efficiently and effectively. This study aims to evaluate user experience focusing on the ease of use and effectiveness of the user interface (UI) on the SkylarTopup information system. This process involves identifying challenges faced by users in interacting with the website, such as difficulties in navigation, slow response times, and design aspects that can be improved. Through SUS-based analysis, it is hoped that recommendations can be generated to improve the quality of UI/UX, so that SkylarTopup's information system can be more optimal, efficient, and better meet user needs. The results of the SUS score obtained show that although this system can be used quite well, there is potential for a significant improvement in terms of usability.

Abstract

The role of public media such as websites is needed to disseminate products or goods, especially for small businesses that have the potential to face competition with other businesses. Websites are an alternative solution to the limitations of the business area and provide the speed of bidding and provide the opportunity to become the best seller. E-Commerce makes consumers more time-saving, and differentiates cheaper prices, it provides various things to sell and minimizes crowding in stores, E-Commerce Websites support our trade business by providing products and services online to users in various regions. Websites are an alternative solution to the limitations of the business area and provide the speed of bidding and provide the opportunity to become the best seller. The researcher found a problem that the border computer partner figure in data processing is still done manually with paper media. Therefore, the author took the initiative to design an E-Commerce information system for Computer Embroidery Partners in Palembang City with a waterfall method design. This waterfall method has a fairly clear workflow, measurable work time and clear documentation. This research was tested with the Blackbox test, with this website it is hoped that it can facilitate the sales system for Computer Embroidery Partners in making sales reports automatically and with this website it is hoped that it can be a promotional medium for Computer Embroidery Partners

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas implementasi aplikasi Si RAPI (Sistem Registrasi dan Pelaporan Informasi) dalam pengelolaan data warga binaan. Fokus penelitian mencakup peningkatan kualitas data melalui empat dimensi utama, yaitu: akurasi, kelengkapan, konsistensi, dan ketepatan waktu serta identifikasi kendala dan faktor pendukung implementasi yang meliputi aspek teknis, sumber daya manusia, dan organisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap aktivitas pengelolaan data warga binaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Si RAPI secara signifikan meningkatkan kualitas data warga binaan. Tingkat kesalahan entri data menurun hingga 80%, kelengkapan data mencapai 98,7%, serta kecepatan pelaporan meningkat secara drastis melalui fitur sinkronisasi real-time. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah : keterbatasan infrastruktur jaringan, variasi literasi digital antarpetugas, dan belum optimalnya kebijakan keamanan data. Faktor pendukung utama keberhasilan meliputi desain sistem yang terintegrasi, pelatihan berkelanjutan, dukungan manajerial, dan tata kelola data yang baik.Secara keseluruhan, Si RAPI terbukti berperan penting dalam mendukung transformasi digital pemasyarakatan, meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, serta memperkuat akuntabilitas dan transparansi layanan publik di lingkungan Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun prototipe jemuran otomatis berbasis Arduino Uno dengan memanfaatkan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT). Sistem ini menggunakan sensor hujan untuk mendeteksi air dan sensor LDR (Light Dependent Resistor) untuk mendeteksi intensitas cahaya. Data dari sensor diproses oleh mikrokontroler Arduino Uno untuk mengendalikan motor servo sebagai penggerak buka tutup atap jemuran secara otomatis. Metode yang digunakan meliputi perancangan perangkat keras, perancangan perangkat lunak, serta pengujian alat pada beberapa kondisi cuaca yaitu cerah, cerah hujan, mendung tanpa hujan, dan hujan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu bekerja sesuai dengan kondisi lingkungan yang terdeteksi oleh sensor. Atap jemuran dapat terbuka saat kondisi cerah dan tertutup saat kondisi hujan atau mendung. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat dalam proses pengeringan pakaian secara otomatis, efisien, serta meningkatkan kenyamanan dalam aktivitas sehari-hari.

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains on the effectiveness of learning outcome assessment management at senior high schools in Jember Regency, Indonesia. Utilizing a quantitative survey approach, data were collected from 100 teachers through validated questionnaires. Analysis employed SPSS and SmartPLS software, revealing a model with an R² of 0.999, indicating excellent explanatory power. Results demonstrated that affective (beta = 0.573) and psychomotor (beta = 0.424) domains significantly positively influence assessment management effectiveness, while cognitive (β = 0.003) shows no significant effect. These findings highlight the prominent roles of emotional and practical skills in assessment management. The integration of SPSS and SmartPLS enhances analytical precision, supporting data-driven decision-making. This research contributes to the development of technology-based assessment models, emphasizing the importance of managing affective and psychomotor domains to improve educational quality.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan teknologi dalam bidang Pendidikan memberikan peluang untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran ajaran islam, khususnya dalam pembelajaran bacaan dan praktik sholat wajib. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi mobile berbasis Android menggunakan platform Android Studio sebagai sarana untuk mempelajari bacaaan dan melaksanakan sholat dengan baik. Aplikasi ini dilengkapi fitur multimedia berupa panduan audio dan visual untuk membantu pengguna menghafal serta mempraktikkan bacaan sholat secara efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini menggunakan medel Waterfall dengan metode ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) untuk pengembangan aplikasi yang terstruktur. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini ramah pengguna dan efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan pengguna serta pemahaman bacaan dan praktik sholat wajib. Dengan demikian, aplikasi ini memiliki potensi besar untuk mendukung pengguna dalam mempelajari dan melaksanakan sholat wajib dengan pemahaman yang lebih baik serta benar.
