Abstract

Focusing on poverty alleviation, Presidential Regulation No. 166/2014 underscores the importance of a comprehensive strategy, strong coordination, and sustained efforts as the country's top priority. The strategy is aimed at reducing poverty and ensuring that the basic rights of citizens are fulfilled through inclusive, equitable and sustainable development. The goal is to create a better and fairer life for everyone, in line with the SDGs' Village Community goals as well as the SDGs' global goals that place community empowerment as a key method in tackling poverty. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach and is descriptive in nature. Data collection in this study was carried out through three main approaches: making observations, conducting in-depth interviews, and reviewing related documents. Data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which includes data condensation, data display and drawing and verification of results. triangulation of techniques, triangulation of sources, and member checks ensured the validity of the data. The results showed that the villagers formed their own SDGs by volunteering.

Abstract

This study is a qualitative study, aimed at analyzing the development of Human Resources in women's cooperatives in Lumajang Regency using Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threats analysis, so that it becomes a consideration in determining the strategy for developing women's cooperative business. The target of this study was 54 women's cooperatives. The research used were primary and secondary data’s. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the strengths of women's cooperatives in Lumajang Regency are the level of knowledge and experience of cooperative managers, both with an average service period of 8 years. The level of education of the management is good, generally high school or equivalent. The internal capital and financial management of the cooperative is good, namely by paying attention to the principles of good and healthy governance. Women's Cooperatives strive to maximize their strengths as supporting factors for improving performance so that the weaknesses of Women's Cooperatives can be minimized. The results of the IFAS matrix analysis in the form of opportunity factors show that the potential for cooperative development due to the presence of a third party to establish partnerships through the support of information technology and government policies is very good. There is potential for business network cooperation between women's cooperatives at the regional and area levels, opportunities through government programs in the development of women's cooperatives and ease of licensing in the formation of new cooperatives as well as an increasingly open and conducive cross-sectoral business climate.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of career development and organizational culture on the retention of Generation Z employees. This study was conducted using a quantitative method using a sample of 76 Gen Z employees who have worked for at least 1 year. The results of the study indicate that career development and organizational culture significantly affect the retention of Gen Z employees, both partially and simultaneously. Structured career development and an inclusive organizational culture have been shown to increase employee retention. This study provides an important contribution to human resource management in facing the challenges of retaining young employees in the digital era.

Abstract

Optimal performance is often influenced complexity factors, including individual characteristics, quality of work life and work facilities which are one of the company's operational references in improving performance. Employee performance is the main focus of every company in order to achieve related goals. The case study in this research is at PT. Serbuk Jaya Abadi found in Lumajang. The purpose of study is to examine the effect of   individual   characteristics, quality   life   work   and    facilities   work   effect on     performance    employees. Population of this study 150 employess.   This   research   used the Slovin  method sampling  and distributing   questionnaires   to   60   samples   namely     employees   PT.    Serbuk Jaya Abadi     obtained   from   sampling   method. The   analysis   method in   this   research   uses   analysis   multiple   linear   regression   with   results, individual   characteristics   do not   has a   significant  effect on  performance,  quality  of work life has a  significant effect on  performance,  work facilities  has a  significant effect on performance.

Abstract

This research aims to explore studies on technology capability in eco-innovation and the role of corporate technology capability in supporting the emergence of sustainable innovation in companies during the period 2020-2024. This research uses a Systematic Literature Review approach. (SLR). This research examines relevant literature to understand the extent to which technological capabilities influence sustainable innovation. The literature examined in this study consists of journal articles indexed in Scopus for the period 2020-2024. There were 64 pieces of literature found, then a thorough screening was conducted, resulting in 15 pieces of literature that met the criteria. The study results indicate that technological capabilities play a role in supporting various aspects of sustainable innovation such as improving operational efficiency, collaboration with external parties, waste reduction, and compliance with environmental regulations. Furthermore, the findings indicate that technological capabilities drive companies to innovate, both radically and incrementally. This research concludes that technological capabilities are a key element for companies to overcome global challenges and enhance competitiveness through sustainable innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of emotional intelligence, quality of work life, and organizational commitment on employees' performance. This study employed a census approach, encompassing the complete existing employee population of PT. Bintang Indonesia, which consisted of a sample size of 39 employees. The dependent variable used is employee performance, while the independent variable used is emotional intelligence, quality of work life, and organizational commitment. The data was gathered by the administration of a questionnaire, and the acquired data was analyzed using the multiple linear regression approach with the use of SPSS 26. The data analysis technique used a validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The present study's results indicate the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance, Quality of Work Life affects on employee performance, and organizational commitment affects on employee performance. The concurrent effect of emotional intelligence, quality of work life, and organizational commitment on employee performance.

Abstract

Fast-growing business for small entrepreneurs such as the household industry must always innovate to boost their ventures. Innovation is done not only through the product, but also through the attractive packaging and labelling of the processed product to give the brand image of the enterprise. This dedication to the Society aims to optimize the household industry of Dapur Mindul through innovation of packaging and labels. This method of dedication is material explanation, discussion, and and labeling training through canva. This dedication activity is carried out with observation, identification of problems, implementation of activities and evaluation. The result of this activity is an increased understanding of the Dapur Mindul household industry regarding the importance of packaging innovation and labels, as well as the use of canva for label design. The outward result of these activities is an attractive packaging adapted to the processing of products, and the mindul kitchen business label to give a brand image or business identity.

Abstract

This community service program aims to empower members of the Dharma Wanita Persatuan SMPN 1 Rowokangkung through the management of a healthy canteen as part of efforts to improve economic welfare. Although this canteen has great potential, partners face challenges such as limited production capacity, lack of product variety, and inability to prepare financial reports that meet standards. To overcome these problems, this program offers solutions that focus on three main aspects: 1) Increasing production capacity through the procurement of new machines, such as cup sealer machines, freezers, and electric ovens; 2) Product diversification with the innovation of six new healthy and attractive menus for students, which are implemented through training and technology application; and 3) Increasing partners' understanding and skills in preparing financial reports based on Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities. The implementation method consists of five stages: socialization, training, technology application, mentoring, and evaluation, as well as program sustainability efforts. This program has succeeded in increasing the production capacity of the healthy canteen, where daily production has increased by more than 50% thanks to new machines. Product diversification added six healthy menu variations that were more attractive to consumers, thus increasing the appeal of the canteen. In addition, partner members showed significant improvements in their ability to prepare more transparent and standardized financial reports, with average test scores increasing from 53 to 93 after the training. Overall, this program improves the economy of partner members and contributes to creating a healthier school environment. The program's sustainability is driven by the partners' commitment to continue developing healthy canteens, making it a real effort to empower the economy and welfare of the school community.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) berperan penting dalam mendorong ekonomi kerakyatan dan solidaritas masyarakat, sehingga perlu dukungan untuk berkembang. Salah satu kendala utama yang dihadapi UMKM adalah manajemen usaha, terutama dalam pembukuan, produksi, pemasaran, dan keuangan. Elvita Bakery and Cookies yang terletak di Kecamatan Tanggul, Jember ini mengalami permasalahan dalam pengelolaan usahanya, yang berdampak pada efisiensi operasional. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, Peneliti melalui program pengabdian kepada masyarakat memberikan pendampingan dalam manajemen usaha. Pendekatan yang dilakukan meliputi diskusi permasalahan, pencarian solusi, serta pelatihan pengelolaan produksi, pemasaran, dan keuangan secara sistematis. Tujuannya adalah menciptakan tata kelola usaha yang lebih baik dan berkelanjutan. Agar manajemen usaha berjalan efektif, kontinuitas dalam pengelolaan dan administrasi sangat diperlukan. Bekal ilmu yang diberikan melalui pendampingan diharapkan dapat terus dikembangkan oleh Elvita Bakery and Cookies untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan pertumbuhan usaha.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, training programs, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. BPR Nur Semesta Indah, Jember Regency. This type of research is quantitative. The number of research samples is 50 respondents, namely, employees of PT. BPR Nur Semesta Indah, Jember Regency. Primary data collection through filling out questionnaires. The data analysis method is carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. Instrument testing uses normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, model feasibility test uses F-test, multiple determination coefficient, and hypothesis test uses t-test. The results of the study indicate that the Competence variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Nur Semesta Indah, Jember Regency, the training program variable does not affect employee performance at PT. BPR Nur Semesta Indah, Jember Regency. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Nur Semesta Indah, Jember Regency.
