Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education and work experience on employee performance at CV. Bakti Nusantara Gems. The research method used is the survey method. Data analysis method is done by using linear regression analysis. From the results of multiple regression analysis carried out in predicting the effect of education variables (X1) and work experience (X2) on employee performance (Y), it is known that the educational regression coefficient is 0.056 and the work experience regression coefficient is 0.105, and the coefficient of determination is 0.002 or 0.02%. The desired increase in employee performance can be explained or improved through increasing the education and work experience variables of employees together, however, the regression coefficient value is more dominant that affects employee performance at CV Permata Bakti Nusantara. F count 1.038 < F Table 3.191 and significance value 0.362 > 0.05 Then Ha is accepted or H0 is rejected. The results of the hypothesis test concluded that there was a positive and insignificant effect on education and work experience on employee performance. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the leadership style at PT. Bess Central Insurance, to determine employee motivation at PT. Bess Central Insurance and to determine the effect of leadership style on employee motivation at. researchers conducted research to obtain the necessary data. The location of this research was carried out at PT. Bess Central Insurance Jakarta. The population in this study are all employees at PT. Bess Central Insurance as many as 70 people. In this study the researchers used observation and interviews as a technique to collect data from respondents. The results showed that the leadership style of the leader at PT. Bess Central Insurance has not been able to increase employee motivation, employee motivation at PT. Bess Central Insurance can be categorized as low and leadership style has a strong influence on work motivation, meaning that if the leadership style is better it will affect the increase in employee motivation and vice versa if the leadership style is not good then employee motivation will decrease. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational climate and work motivation, either partially or simultaneously (simultaneously) on employee performance at PT Bank UOB Indonesia PIK Boulevard Branch. The research method used is the survey method. Data analysis method is done by using linear regression analysis. From the results of multiple regression analysis carried out in predicting the effect of organizational climate variables (X1) and work motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y), it is known that the organizational climate regression coefficient is 0.454 and the motivation regression coefficient is 0.301, and the coefficient of determination is 0.641 or 64.1 %. The desired increase in employee performance can be explained or improved through increasing organizational climate variables and employee work motivation together, however, the regression coefficient value is more dominant which affects employee performance at PT. Bank UOB Indonesia Branch PIK Boulevard F count 298,413 < F Table 3,191 and Significance value 2,045> 0.05 Then Ha is accepted or H0 is rejected. The results of the hypothesis test conclude that there is a positive and insignificant effect on organizational climate and work motivation on employee performance Keywords: Organization, Work Motivation, Employee Performance.

Abstract

The guest service area is also known as the first and the impression of the guest. This means that this is the first and last part of the guest. Hotel guests will arrive first at the guest service area and at check-out the guest must communicate with the guest service agent. So it is only natural that a deep impression will be created in the guest service area. The front office or guest service area is an information center and almost all guest activities such as receiving and sending letters, managing guest luggage, paying hotel accounts, handling lost guest items, accommodating guest complaints and also a place to provide all kinds of information both inside the hotel. or outside the hotel. Every guest who comes to the hotel to stay, for the first time is handled and managed by the guest service area by following the check-in procedure as well as when the guest leaves the hotel it will be taken care of and handled again by the guest service area by following the check-out procedure .Keywordsi: Guest Service, Competence, Guest Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACT Discount voucher / voucher sites are one part of e-commerce. Rampant discount sites in Indonesia, a separate phenomenon, especially in terms of the development of Internet-based commerce (e-commerce). Discount voucher sites are sites or mobile apps that market advertisements about promos and discounts being held by companies into the world of the internet so that the spread becomes more widespread. With a discount voucher site, companies can advertise their promotions and discounts to the internet. The methodology of data collection is done by observation, namely: direct observation on various voucher and discount voucher sites in Indonesia and with Library Studies, reading books, articles and sites that can assist in the analysis. For marketing strategy done with Organic Marketing, that is by using SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Hash Tags, Meta Tags, Achor Links that must be applied into the website, outside of the side of the website, organic marketing can also be done by way of broadcasting and social media press. For offline marketing channels, discount voucher sites can be made by distributing flyers to public places, such as malls, to inform the public that there is a discount voucher Site presence that they can download using a smartphone. Business analysis is carried out by assessing business feasibility studies in terms of financial aspects. Based on the calculation of investment feasibility study, by using the method of payback period, net present value, internal rate of return, and profability  index, it can be concluded that discount voucher sites deserve to be a business opportunity. Keywords : E-commerce, Discount Vouchers, Investment Feasibility Study

Abstract

This research is to analyze the effect of emotional intelligence, school environment on learning motivation and its impact on student achievement. The research methodology used is quantitative research using survey methods that are intended to provide an explanation. Survey research is research that takes a sample from a population and uses a questionnaire as a primary collection tool. There are 3 variables used, they are independent variable, mediation variable and dependent variable. Emotional intelligence and school environment as independent variables, learning motivation as mediating variables and learning achievement as dependent variables. The study involved as many as 89 students as respondents, the data were analyzed with SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on learning motivation, emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on learning achievement, the school environment had a positive and significant effect on learning motivation, the school environment had a positive and significant effect on learning achievement and learning motivation had a positive and significant effect towards learning achievement.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out whether there were influences of E-Service Quality factors on student satisfaction. The objects of research in this study were the Active Students of Kalbis Institute in 2017, IT Department with 35 people. The variable used in this study is E-Service Quality and Student Satisfaction, the E-Service Quality variable is denoted as X variable, while the Student Satisfaction variable is denoted as variable Y. The data obtained was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that Responsiveness, Contact, Efficiency, System Availability, and Privacy have no partial significant effect on student satisfaction, while the Compensation and Fullfilment variables have a partially significant effect on student satisfaction. Based on the results of the F test, it can be seen that simultaneously Contact, Efficiency, System Availability, Fullfillment, and Privacy have a significant effect on student satisfaction. According to the author's observation, Kalbisphere faces several problems, therefore it is necessary to improve the quality of Kalbisphere so that students feel more satisfied with the future Kalbisphere services.  Keywords : E-Service Quality, Student satisfaction, Kalbisphere

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Work Overload, Job Burnout, Dukungan Sosial, dan Stres Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention pada karyawan PT. Gapura Angkasa degan metode kuantitatif melalui pendekatan korelasional. Populasi yang digunakan adalah karyawan PT. Gapura Angkasa yang berjumlah 159 karyawan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 114 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada repsonden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 3.2.9. Hasilnya adalah Work Overload berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja, Job Burnout berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja, Work Overload berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, Job Burnout berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, Stres Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, Dukungan sosial mampu memoderasi secara positif dan signifikan pengaruh antara Work Overload terhadap Stres Kerja, Dukungan sosial tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh antara Job Burnout terhadap Stres Kerja, Stres Kerja mampu memediasi secara positif dan signifikan pengaruh antara Work Overload terhadap Turnover Intention, Stres Kerja mampu memediasi secara positif dan signifikan pengaruh antara Job Burnout terhadap Turnover Intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh work-life balance , lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi finansial secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Berlian laju Tanker. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan, yang berjumlah 60 karyawan, dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dengan cronbach Alpha, uji asumsi klasik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dan uji F untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Work Life Balance tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan Kompensasi finansial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selanjutnya, perusahaan perlu meningkatkan waktu, memperbaiki kondisi lingkungan dan meningkatkan tunjangan, yang kesemuanya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis apakah kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem mempengaruhi Kepuasan pengguna MOS pada PT Pelindo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Dalam penelitan ini yang menjadi populasi adalah seluruh pengguna MOS, Jumlah sample yang dibutuhkan adalah 96 orang. Akan tetapi sebagai mitigasi Kuesioner yang tidak dapat digunakan, sampel data yang digunakan sebesar 100 orang. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan Structural Equation Model (SEM) berbasi Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kualitas Sistem memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna, Kualitas Informasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna,Kualitas Layanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna, Kualitas Sistem memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Net Benefit, Kualitas Informasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Net Benefit, Kualitas Layanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Net Benefit, dan Kepuasan Pengguna memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Net Benefit penggunaan MOS.
