Abstract

The transformation of human resource management (HR) in the era of digitalization has become the main focus in facing the challenges and opportunities presented by artificial intelligence (AI). This article examines the innovations offered by AI in HR practices, including automating recruitment processes, analyzing employee data, and improving employee experience through personalization technologies. On the other hand, the study also identifies emerging challenges, such as the need to improve HR skills, maintain human interaction in an increasingly automated environment, and address ethical issues related to the use of AI. Through a case study approach and literature analysis, this article provides recommendations for organizations to effectively integrate AI in HR strategies, while maintaining human values. These findings aim to help HR leaders formulate sustainable adaptive strategies in the midst of rapid changes in the world of work.

Abstract

The rapid growth of cryptocurrency markets has raised important questions about how investors make decisions in this highly volatile space. This research investigates the role of blockchain technology and financial literacy in shaping cryptocurrency investment decisions, focusing on how these factors influence investor behavior and risk management. The study aims to explore how blockchain’s decentralized nature provides security and transparency in cryptocurrency transactions and how a higher level of financial literacy can improve decision making among investors. A mixed-method approach was used, combining a quantitative survey of 300 cryptocurrency investors with qualitative interviews from 15 experienced market participants. The survey assessed financial literacy levels, understanding of blockchain technology, and investment decision-making, while the interviews provided deeper insights into how these factors interconnect. The findings indicate that blockchain technology perceived security and transparency significantly enhance investor confidence, while higher financial literacy levels correlate with more informed and strategic investment decisions. Furthermore, investors with both high blockchain knowledge and financial literacy are better at managing risk and avoiding common pitfalls in the market. The study concludes that both blockchain technology and financial literacy are crucial in shaping effective cryptocurrency investment strategies. Policymakers and financial educators should focus on improving fi- nancial literacy to empower investors and ensure better market stability. This research provides valuable insights for the development of educational frame- works and policies to support informed decision-making in cryptocurrency investments.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi karyawan, dengan fokus khusus pada karyawan generasi Z. Dalam lingkungan kerja yang terus berubah, memahami pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja sangatlah penting, terutama untuk generasi yang memiliki karakteristik unik. Gaya kepemimpinan yang inklusif dan suportif dianggap mampu meningkatkan motivasi kerja dengan menciptakan suasana kerja yang positif dan produktif. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk mengumpulkan data dari karyawan generasi Z di berbagai sektor industri. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang adaptif dan kolaboratif secara signifikan meningkatkan motivasi karyawan generasi Z. Temuan ini memberikan panduan penting bagi pemimpin dan manajer dalam menyusun strategi kepemimpinan yang efektif untuk memotivasi generasi muda dalam organisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan motivasi kerja pada karyawan berusia 30 hingga 50 tahun di PT Indofood. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian pustaka dengan menganalisis berbagai teori dan penelitian terdahulu yang berkaitan dengan motivasi kerja. Kelompok usia ini dipilih karena perilaku dan pengaruh diri mereka masih relatif mudah dikendalikan, sehingga strategi motivasi yang diterapkan dapat memberikan dampak yang signifikan. Sebelum pemberian motivasi, perusahaan melakukan evaluasi psikologis dan kesehatan mental guna mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja karyawan serta tantangan yang mereka hadapi dalam lingkungan kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan motivasi yang tepat dapat meningkatkan produktivitas serta kesejahteraan karyawan secara signifikan. Selain itu, proses pembaruan dalam strategi motivasi kerja menjadi langkah strategis dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih kondusif dan berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, pemahaman terhadap kondisi psikologis karyawan dan penerapan motivasi kerja yang efektif menjadi aspek penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi.

Abstract

Society is always changing, so too the curriculum will experience changes and improvements. Indonesia on a large scale in its educational history, has often experienced curriculum changes, this is based on changes and demands and the needs of students and the same society. The curriculum is a tool used to achieve an educational goal and a guideline for educators in implementing learning at all levels and types of education, without a good and correct curriculum it will be difficult to achieve educational goals and objectives. The problems in this study are problems that arise from the implementation of the independent curriculum due to the incompatibility of the field with the conditions that should be. This study uses a qualitative approach. The type of research is a case study. A case study is a detailed examination of the background or a single subject, or a collection of single documents, or a particular event. Case studies can also be interpreted as research conducted to reveal a situation in depth, intensively, both regarding individuals, individuals, and groups, and community institutions. Based on the findings of the study related to the implementation of the independent curriculum MANU Putra Buntet that the independent curriculum is still not one hundred percent implemented in Madrasah, however there are already classes that implement the independent curriculum, for now only class X MA, and only class X implements it. The principal of MANU Putra Buntet is very influential in overcoming teacher problems in implementing the independent curriculum in Arabic language subjects. Various policies are implemented so that the implementation of the independent curriculum can be successful in this institution. The first thing the principal does is solve all existing problems and then find solutions. Based on the results of research conducted in the implementation of the independent curriculum in Arabic language subjects at MANU Putra Buntet, the Islamic boarding school initially had various problems from the independent curriculum that had not been fully implemented. There are several problematic things in the implementation of the independent curriculum that are being resolved little by little. Among them are the principal's efforts to accommodate the aspirations of teachers, especially Arabic language teachers, through coaching and training in the independent curriculum. After going through several phases and processes, everything became more conducive and better

Abstract

Kepemimpinan yang efektif di tempat kerja merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan dan produktivitas karyawan. Kepemimpinan transformasional adalah salah satu gaya kepemimpinan yang telah terbukti berpengaruh signifikan dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Kepemimpinan memiliki peran yang krusial dalam membentuk kepuasan dan produktivitas karyawan di suatu organisasi. Salah satu jenis kepemimpinan yang telah banyak diteliti adalah kepemimpinan transformational. PT. Interma Trikencana Bersinar Medan adalah perusahaan yang memiliki komitmen untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan kesejahteraan karyawan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kepuasan dan produktivitas karyawan di PT. IntermA Trikencana Bersinar Medan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei dan wawancara kepada karyawan dan manajemen perusahaan.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah membawa dampak signifikan terhadap perekonomian global, termasuk Desa Karang Mukti. Korban PHK akibat pandemi ini memerlukan solusi inovatif untuk mengaktifkan potensi desa dan memberdayakan masyarakatnya. Dengan judul "Potensi Desa Karang Mukti Go Online," penelitian ini mengusulkan sebuah program pelatihan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui platform online. Tujuan utama program ini adalah meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat terdampak PHK, memanfaatkan potensi desa secara efektif, dan mendukung perekonomian desa melalui kehadiran online. Melibatkan survei potensi desa, pelatihan keterampilan online, dan pembuatan platform khusus, program ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan kemandirian ekonomi dan mengurangi dampak negatif pandemi. Evaluasi dan pemantauan keberlanjutan, kerjasama dengan pihak eksternal, dan pengembangan kemitraan dengan bisnis online besar menjadi bagian integral dari strategi implementasi. Melalui langkah-langkah ini, Desa Karang Mukti diharapkan mampu menjadi contoh sukses dalam menghadapi perubahan ekonomi akibat Covid-19, menyediakan solusi berkelanjutan untuk masyarakat desa yang terdampak, dan mendukung pemulihan ekonomi secara keseluruhan.
