Abstract

Sexual violence is a form of human rights violation that is underpinned by power relations. In the medical context, the power relationship between doctors and patients is unequal, as doctors have authority over patients' bodies, personal information, and treatment decisions. This places patients in a passive, dependent, and vulnerable position, opening the door to abuse of power. The phenomenon of alleged sexual violence by doctors shows that unequal power relations are often the root cause of sexual violence. This study aims to examine and analyze legal regulations related to power-based sexual violence by doctors, as well as forms of legal protection and recovery for victims. The method used is normative jurisprudence with a legislative approach and conceptual analysis. Legally, Indonesia has a Sexual Violence Criminal Law (TPKS Law) that recognizes power relations as an aggravating factor in sentencing. The new Criminal Code also emphasizes that unequal power relations can constitute psychological violence or coercion, not just physical violence. Therefore, any sexual act by a doctor towards a patient without medical grounds and valid consent constitutes a serious violation of criminal law, medical ethics, and the principles of medical professionalism. Legal protection under the UU TPKS includes prevention, prosecution, recovery, and rehabilitation of victims, so that the interests of victims are placed as an aspect that must be considered in criminal and social policy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis peningkatan kemampuan motorik halus anak usia dini melalui pendekatan inovatif, khususnya implementasi kegiatan meronce dengan loose parts dalam konteks pendidikan anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Studi kasus adalah bagian dari salah satu jenis penelitian kualitaif dimana peneliti melakukan eksplorasi secara mendalam terhadap kejadian, proses, aktiftas, terhadap satu atau lebih orang. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif dari miles dan hubermant. Uji kredibilitas menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Sumber data adalah guru dan orang tua peserta didik pada Taman Kanak Kanak Keledang Kecamatan Loa Janan Ilir Samarinda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah diberikan Penerapan metode meronce dengan media loose parts pada memberikan stimulasi motorik halus anak berdampak pada semua seluruh aspek perkembangan anak, sehingga dapat meningkatakan hasil belajar anak terlihat dari tercapainya kompetensi dasar sesuai dengan perkembangan usianya dan munculnya disetiap aspek indikator perkembnagna motorik halus sesuai STPPA. Anak juga terlatih untuk mengembangkan ide-idenya berdasarkan bahan loose parts yang ditemukannya di rumah. Implikasi metode meronce dengan media loose parts ini mengindikasikan bahwa pembelajaran pada kelompok B di Taman Kanak Kanak Keledang Kecamatan Loa Janan Ilir Samarinda, sangat bermanfaat bagi anak didik, guru dan orang tua dari, sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai metode bermain dan belajar yang sangat inovatif.

Abstract

This study explores the supporting and inhibiting factors of learning aqidah akhlak in building the character of students at MTs Negeri 2 Makassar. The focus of this study is to understand the process of learning aqidah akhlak, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors for the success of character building of students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the analysis show that the process of learning aqidah akhlak is in accordance with the applicable curriculum, students are able to practice greetings and recite the asma' al-husna. The religious character of students is influenced by factors such as family, school environment, and society. The implications of this study include the importance of religious and moral education in shaping the character of the younger generation, as well as the need for collaboration between various parties to support the learning and character building of students. These findings can be a reference for the development of character education programs at MTs Negeri 2 Makassar and also a reference for further research in the same context.

Abstract

The quality of teacher teaching focuses on two aspects, namely in terms of process and in terms of results. This study aimed to determine (1) the implementation of learning in the target area of the district Cluwak, Gunungwungkal, Margoyoso and Wedarijaksa in 2020-2021, (2) increasing Islamic Education teachers’ professionalism in the target area of the district. Cluwak, Gunungwungkal, Margoyoso and Wedarijaksa for 2020-2021, and (3) the role of supervisors in increasing the professionalism of Islamic Education teachers during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study was focused on primary education teachers carried out with a supervisory research approach (Action Research). This study used two cycles that contained planning, action, observation, and reflection in each cycle. This study used analytical descriptive research as data processing/analysis.  This study showed that Islamic Education Supervisors and Principals always provide supervision, both through class visits, and in teacher coaching in online KKG forums. The supervision material includes 2 components, namely the development of knowledge about the professionalism of Islamic Education teachers and academic observation materials.

Abstract

Background : Hospital service waiting time is the time required from the time a patient registers until they are served by a specialist. The minimum outpatient waiting time standard is ≤ 60 minutes, but most patients exceed it. This long waiting time can result in decreased patient satisfaction and the risk of a decrease in the number of visitors. Objective : The aim to determine the waiting time for services and the number of visits by BPJS and non-BPJS participants at the East Kalimantan Provincial Eye Hospital. Research Methods/ Implementation Methods : This study was descriptive, with data sources from the Eye Hospital Information System. Analysis is carried out by presenting tables, graphs, and in- depth explanations. Results : Most patient service waiting times were more than 60 minutes, with a percentage ranging from 45.9% to 85.2%. From February to April 2025, there was an increase, then a decrease, and then an increase again in August 2025. In August 2025, the waiting time was the highest, with 1,883 people (85.2%). And the highest number of visits occurred in July 2025, with 2,514 people, comprising 2,319 (88.71%) BPJS participants and 295 (11.29%) non-BPJS patients. Conclusion/Lesson Learned : that patient waiting times exceeding 60 minutes were recorded for 75.3% of BPJS participants, while the average for non-BPJS patients was 55.3%. Meanwhile, patient visits from January to August 2025 increased by 2021.9 per month.
