Abstract

Lettuce is a plant whose leaves are taken to be used as vegetables or salad. The purpose of this study was to obtain a combination of nutrients that can increase the growth and best yield of red lettuce (Lactuca sativa var. Lollorosa) with hydroponic wick system. The research method used in this study was a single-factor Randomized Group Design (RAK) consisting of 7 treatments repeated 4 times. The treatments applied were A (AB Mix 3.2 EC), B (AB Mix 1.5 EC + Bayfolan 6 ml), C (AB Mix 1.8 EC + Bayfolan 3 ml), D (AB Mix 1.2 EC + Bayfolan 9 ml), E (AB Mix 1.5 EC + POC 6 ml), F (AB Mix 1.8 EC + POC 3 ml), and G (AB Mix 1.2 EC + POC 9 ml). Giving a combination of nutrients gives a real effect on the growth and yield of red lettuce plants (Lactuca sativa var. Lollorosa) at the age of 2 weeks after planting, 3 weeks after planting, 4 weeks after planting, 5 weeks after planting. Number of leaves at plant age 3 weeks and 5 weeks. Leaf area, root length, fresh weight of plants with roots, fresh weight of plants without roots. Treatment E, namely AB Mix 1.5 EC + POC 6 ml, gave the highest results on plant height, which was 20.96 cm, root length of 26.94 cm, leaf area of 100 cm2, fresh weight with roots of 13.3 g, and fresh weight without roots of 11.49 g

Abstract

Red spinach is one of the horticultural plants with numerous benefits. This research aims to determine the most effective concentration of the plant growth regulator gibberellin on the growth and yield of red spinach (Amaranthus tricolor L.). The study was conducted in the Experimental Field PERURI in Sirnabaya Village, East Teluk Jambe District, Karawang Regency, from June to October. The research method employed was an experimental approach using a randomized complete block design (RCBD) with a single factor consisting of 5 treatments and 5 replications, namely A (0 ppm), B (50 ppm), C (100 ppm), D (150 ppm), and E (200 ppm). The research results indicate that gibberellin application significantly influences plant height at 14, 21, and 28 days after planting, leaf count at 7 days after planting, leaf area, fresh weight per plant, and fresh weight per plot. Treatment D (150 ppm) yielded the best results for plant height up to 28 days after planting at 22.73 cm, leaf count up to 28 days after planting at 19.60 leaves, fresh weight per plant at 30.42 g, and weight per plot at 912.68 g.

Abstract

There are many factors that influence making a purchasing decision, one of which is consumers looking for information about a product through Review beauty vlogger. In this research there are two factors, namely Review beauty vlogger and product quality. This research aims to analyze the influence of Review beauty vlogger and Product quality on Purchasing Decisions. This type of research is quantitative research using Nonprobabillity Sampling techniques. With a total of 100 respondents, these respondents were those who actively watched Youtube channels and who had purchased Somethinc Skincare product. Data were collected by distribusting questionnaires and data were processed using SPSS version 29.0. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of this research data show that: (1) Beauty Vlogger Reviews (XI) have a significant influence on Purchase Decisions (Y). (2) Product quality (X2) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). The influence of Beauty Vlogger Reviews and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions can be seen from the results of the hypothesis test which shows that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted so that there is a positive and significant influence.

Abstract

Pemeriksaan kolesterol merupakan salah satu parameter yang digunakan untuk mendiagnosa suatu penyakit. Namun, terdapat beberapa hal yang dapat menyebabkan dilakukan penundaan pemeriksaan sampel serum. salah satunya adalah jarak pengambilan sampel dengan labortatorium yang cukup jauh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyimpanan serum selama 1 jam, 2 jam dan 3 jam pada pemerksaan kolesterol total. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan desain penelitian simple random (acak sederhana). Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 36 orang mahasiswa D-IV TLM yang memiliki kadar kolesterol normal. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 14 orang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode (CHOD-PAP) secara enzimatis pada serum yang langsung diperiksa dan disimpan serta uji statistinya menggunakan uji oneway anova. Hasil penelitian rata-rata kadar kolesterol total pada sampel serum langsung diperiksa 133 mg/dl, dan rata-rata kadar kolesterol serum yang disimpan selama 1 jam penyimpanan adalah 122 mg/dl, 2 jam penyimpanan adalah 110 mg/dl dan 3 jam penyimpanan adalah 105 mg/dl. Hasil pengolahan data dengan uji anova didapatkan sig pearson(p) = 0,1> 0,05 maka disimpulkan Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak jadi tidak terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna antara kadar kolesterol total pada sampel serum yang langsung diperiksa dan yang ditunda selama 1, 2, dan 3 jam pada suhu ruangan. Sebaiknya dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut dengan menggunakan variasi suhu penyimpanan serum.

Abstract

             Koki Sunda adalah bisnis kuliner yang telah menerima banyak ulasan pelanggan secara online. Ulasan-ulasan ini mencerminkan pengalaman konsumen; namun, tidak ada sistem otomatis untuk menganalisis opini-opini ini secara efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan sentimen pelanggan terhadap makanan di Restoran Koki Sunda dengan menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes. Data diperoleh melalui teknik web scraping dari platform ulasan online, serta melalui survei langsung. Proses pra-pemrosesan meliputi pembersihan teks, normalisasi, penghilangan stopwords, stemming, dan tokenisasi. Fitur diekstraksi menggunakan metode TF-IDF, dan data dibagi menjadi data latih (80%) dan data uji (20%). Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa model Multinomial Naïve Bayes memiliki kinerja yang baik, mencapai akurasi 88,33%, presisi 87,10%, recall 90,00%, dan F1-score 88,54%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa algoritma ini efektif untuk mengidentifikasi opini pelanggan secara otomatis. Sistem klasifikasi yang dikembangkan memiliki potensi untuk membantu manajer restoran lebih memahami kebutuhan pelanggan dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan berdasarkan data ulasan langsung.

Abstract

Customer Loyalty is one of the crucial factors in increasing and decreasing sales within a company. Through the quality of service, brand image, and useful product innovation, the company is expected to increase customer loyalty, so it is expected to increase the company's sales. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, brand image, and product innovation on the customer loyalty of Guitar Genta at PT Genta Tri Karya. The research method used was a survey method with descriptive and verification research types. The data used are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The results showed that service quality is partially positive and not significantly affecting customer loyalty. Brand image is partially positive and not significant, and product innovation has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. However, service quality, brand image, and product innovation simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on the loyalty of Guitar Genta customers at PT Genta Tri Karya.
