Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam tiga aspek utama dalam pelaksanaan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Kelurahan Rawa Buaya, Kecamatan Cengkareng, Kota Jakarta Barat, yaitu: (1) tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam program tersebut, (2) capaian keberhasilan PKH berdasarkan indikator-indikator program, serta (3) faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi tingkat partisipasi masyarakat. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, yang memadukan data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan 12 anggota dan ketua kelompok Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) PKH serta dua pendamping PKH, sementara data sekunder berasal dari dokumen perkembangan KPM, artikel, dan hasil penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat, khususnya KPM, sangat aktif dan optimal dalam pelaksanaan program. KPM tidak hanya terlibat secara administratif tetapi juga secara substantif dalam kegiatan-kegiatan PKH. Program ini terbukti memberikan dampak positif signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan KPM, sebagaimana tercermin dari capaian indikator keberhasilan yang telah dicapai secara maksimal. Selain itu, keberhasilan program ini juga dipengaruhi oleh sejumlah faktor internal seperti kesadaran individu dan motivasi, serta faktor eksternal seperti dukungan dari pendamping PKH dan lingkungan sosial. Dampak nyata terlihat dari berkembangnya usaha kecil yang dijalankan oleh para KPM melalui pemanfaatan bantuan PKH, serta meningkatnya kesadaran mereka dalam mengikuti aturan dan bimbingan dari pendamping PKH. Kata Kunci: Partisipasi Masyarakat, Program Keluarga Harapan, Keluarga Penerima Manfaat

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter adalah proses penting yang berfungsi dalam mengembangkan kepribadian siswa secara menyeluruh, meliputi aspek sikap, moral, dan perilaku. Sekolah memegang peran penting dalam memperkuat karakter, salah satunya melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler seperti Pramuka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran kegiatan pramuka di SMK Ash-Shoheh 1 dalam memperkuat karakter siswa. Metode yang diterapkan adalah metode fenomenologi dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini meliputi kepala sekolah, pembina Pramuka, serta siswa yang aktif berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan tersebut. Analisis data dilakukan dalam tiga langlah utama, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa kegiatan Pramuka memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam penguatan karakter siswa melalui lima indikator utama, yaitu keteladanan, pembelajaran, pemberdayaan dan pembudayaan, penguatan, serta penilaian. Nilai seperti kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, kerja sama, dan jiwa kepemimpinan berkembang melalui proses kegiatan yang berlangsung secara teratur dan terstruktur. Dengan demikian, kegiatan Pramuka di sekolah ini terbukti menjadi metode yang efektif dalam membentuk siswa menjadi individu yang mandiri, bertanggung jawab, dan siap menghadapi berbagai tantangan di masa depan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh Homeschooling Kak Seto Bekasi dalam menjaring calon peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara mendalam terhadap 10 informan yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah, tim pemasaran, orang tua peserta didik, konselor, dan tutor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang dijalankan terbukti efektif, ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan jumlah pendaftar setiap tahun, persepsi positif orang tua terhadap fleksibilitas program, serta pendekatan psikologis terhadap kebutuhan anak. Tingginya partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan institusi dan interaksi di media sosial turut memperkuat keberhasilan strategi tersebut. Faktor pendukung lainnya mencakup kualitas layanan, keterlibatan tutor dalam promosi, serta citra kuat Kak Seto sebagai tokoh pendidikan anak di Indonesia. Secara keseluruhan, strategi yang digunakan mampu membangun kepercayaan dan loyalitas masyarakat terhadap model pendidikan alternatif ini.

Abstract

Leadership in Islam is an interesting topic for discussion and a skill that every leader must possess in order to lead a group, whether it be an organization or not. This study aims to examine the leadership style of the ustadz at the Al-Mubarok Islamic boarding school in Sumur Pecung, Serang District, Serang City. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach through field observations, interviews with leaders and students, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style of ustadz suggests that an ideal leader should possess the ability to provide guidance, direct, motivate, and inspire their subordinates to achieve the desired goals. However, there are several challenges, such as the lack of understanding among students regarding the implementation of the ustadz's leadership style. Recommendations are provided to strengthen the understanding of the ustadz's leadership style at the Al-Mubarok Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang manajemen pelatihan reguler tata di Pusat Pelatihan Kerja Daerah (PPKD) Jakarta Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang diperoleh dari kepala satuan pelaksana (kasatpel) pelatihan, penanggung jawab pelatihan tata boga, dan instruktur pelatihan tata boga. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tahapan manajemen pelatihan reguler tata boga telah berjalan optimal, dimulai dari perencanaan pelatihan tata boga yang disusun secara sistematis dan terstruktur sesuai dengan aturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Transmigrasi, dan Energi DKI Jakarta. Kemudian pelaksanaan pelatihan tata boga dilaksanakan sesuai dengan rencana yang telah ditetapkan yang mencakup kesesuaian tujuan pelatihan tata boga, struktur pengelola, tempat, jadwal dan waktu, bahan ajar atau materi, instruktur, peserta, fasilitas, sumber dana, dan teknik evaluasi pelatihan, serta tahap evaluasi pelatihan yang menunjukan adanya peningkatakan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap peserta pelatihan dibidang tata boga.

Abstract

This study is motivated by ongoing doubts regarding the effectiveness of the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH), a conditional cash transfer initiative by the government aimed at alleviating poverty among low-income families. The objective of the research is to assess the effectiveness of PKH cash assistance in empowering Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) or beneficiary families in Talaga Village, Cikupa Subdistrict, Tangerang Regency. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the PKH program has been moderately effective in both economic and social empowerment. Its effectiveness is reflected in the accurate targeting of beneficiaries, achievement of program goals, frequency of outreach, and continuity of monitoring efforts. The PKH funds have contributed to meeting the basic needs of KPMs, particularly in education and health sectors. However, challenges remain, including limited community understanding of the program's objectives and instances of misallocation of funds. The study concludes that while PKH has had a positive impact on empowering KPMs, its effectiveness still requires improvement through enhanced outreach, supervision, and the integration of sustainable supporting programs. The implications provide strategic input for local governments and program implementers to improve governance and optimize the benefits of PKH.

Abstract

The following variables will be examined in this research to determine their respective influences: (1) the direct impact of stress on academic performance; (2) the direct impact of stress on self-management; (3) the direct impact of procrastination on academic performance; (4) the direct impact of procrastination on self-management; and (5) the direct impact of self-management on academic performance. Explanatory research is the methodology utilized in the study to explain the variables examined and provide a causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. This research examines the direct and indirect effects of stress, work, and procrastination on Self-Management and Academic Performance. The sample in this research was lecturers from the University in Serang City, Indonesia. Remember the population of around 100-200 people. Then, for technique, data collection uses a saturated (complete) sample, where all populations make a sample. The tools used in this research, apart from computers (laptops), are (1) Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio) and (2) Smart-PLS 3.2.9 Professional. Results: The research involved 110 respondents in a study. In part, most respondents are in a group aged 31-40 years, with as many as 48 lecturers (43.64 %). Sex between men and women was almost balanced, with men at 57 (51.82 %) and women at 53 (48.18 %). Qualification _ There were 103 postgraduate academics (93.64%) and seven postgraduate academics (6.36%). Statistical test results show that stress positively affects academic performance, indicated by a parameter coefficient of 0.053. Thus, the hypothesis (H1) cannot be accepted: Stress has a positive but insignificant effect on academic performance. Hypothesis 2 (H2): Procrastination positively affects Academic Performance, indicated by a parameter coefficient of 0.054. Thus, the hypothesis can be accepted: Procrastination has a positive but insignificant effect on Academic Performance. Hypothesis 3 (H3): Stress positively affects self-management; this is indicated by a parameter coefficient of 0.482. Thus, the hypothesis can be accepted: Stress positively and significantly affects Self-Management. Hypothesis 4 (H4): Procrastination positively affects self-management, indicated by a parameter coefficient of 0.324. Thus, the hypothesis can be accepted: Procrastination positively and significantly affects academic performance. Hypothesis 5 (H5): Self-management positively affects academic performance, indicated by a parameter coefficient of 0.809. Thus, the hypothesis can be accepted: Self-Management positively and significantly affects Academic Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to understand parents’ comprehension, awareness of their role, and the values that need to be instilled in the character building of early childhood children in the Griya Permata Asri Complex. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The researcher conducted interviews with 7 parents (fathers and mothers who have children aged 0-6 years). The results show that the majority of parents in the Griya Permata Asri Complex have a fairly good understanding of the importance of character building from an early age. This is reflected in the awareness and responsibility held by parents as the first and primary educators. In educating their children, parents use approaches such as habituation, modelling, and advice, in accordance with the child’s developmental stages. The values most frequently instilled by parents include honesty, responsibility, politeness, independence, religiosity, and cleanliness. Abstract

A company's most important asset is its people since they contribute vitality, talent, creativity, and effort. One of the educational subsystems that is essential to producing human resources of the highest caliber is higher education. In the context of higher education, lecturers play a crucial role in shaping the caliber of students who graduate, the caliber of the educational process, and the caliber of higher education as a whole. The outcomes of any educational program, no matter how good, will be unsatisfactory if the program is not backed by excellent instructors. This study aims to investigate and develop a model of how lecturer competency, individual characteristics, and organizational environment affect performance through lecturers' individual commitment.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum on enhancing educator performance and commitment, focusing on the unique mediating role of curriculum effectiveness through Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB), Learning Agility (LA), and Synergy (S). The research, conducted across three IB-certified Islamic schools, utilizes Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) to analyze data from 325 educators, uncovering how curriculum effectiveness fosters work commitment by strengthening OCB and Learning Agility. In the Background, the study highlights the global importance of quality education as outlined in SDG 4 (Quality Education), emphasizing the role of educators in delivering this goal. The Method involves a quantitative approach using SEM to assess the relationship between OCB, LA, Synergy, and educator commitment. The Object of this study is the IB curriculum effectiveness in fostering a high performance teaching environment. The Result indicates that OCB is the most influential factor, followed by Learning Agility, underscoring the IB curriculum capacity to enhance educator performance. Furthermore, the integration of SDG 4 within this research demonstrates how the IB curriculum supports educators in adapting to a globalized and evolving educational landscape. In Conclusion, the study suggests that enhancing structured support for OCB and agility within the IB curriculum can significantly elevate educator commitment and performance, ultimately contributing to the broader goal of SDG 4 ensuring inclusive, equitable, and quality education for all.
