Abstract

Innovation is the development of work according to the skills of employees. If the thoughts and actions of employees are creative and innovative, innovation emerges. The need for innovation arises when someone tries to do cognitive work that is not routine. This study aims to test and analyse the effect of Training and Development on employee innovative behaviour. The benefit of this research is to provide information about Training and Development on employee innovative behaviour. The data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of this study are simultaneously training and development have a positive and significant effect on employee innovative behaviour. Partially, training has a positive and significant effect on employee innovative behaviour and human resource development has a positive and significant effect on employee innovative behaviour. The author suggests that training activities can be carried out by the company and conduct employee self-development planning so that it can foster innovative behaviour so that the goals of the company can also be carried out.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsep diri terhadap kepercayaan diri pada mahasiswa Universitas Binawan. Kepercayaan diri merupakan suatu perilaku atau perasaan optimis terhadap kemampuan yang dimiliki sehingga individu tidak terlalu khawatir pada setiap tindakan, dapat melakukan hal-hal yang disukainya dan tanggung jawab atas tindakan yang dilakukan. Kepercayaan diri dipengaruhi oleh faktor penampilan fisik, konsep diri, hubungan dengan orang tua, dan dukungan teman sebaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 123 mahasiswa aktif Fakultas Bisnis dan Ilmu Sosial di Universitas Binawan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala kepercayaan diri dan skala konsep diri. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi linear sederhana dan diolah dengan SPSS versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai signifikan 0.000 (p<0.05) dan koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0.164 menunjukkan bahwa konsep diri berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan diri sebesar 16.4%.

Abstract

This studi aims to determine the effect of work life balance on job satisfaction in the Government Employee (ASN) within the head office of the Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN). This research approach used is quantitative with a population of Government Employee (ASN) employees within the head office of Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) of 1050 from 27 work units. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with a sample size of 92 respondents. The scale used to measure job satisfaction in this study was adapted by Harahap (2023) and the work life balance scale adapted by Gunawan et al., (2019). The statistical analysis test used to test the hypothesis is a simple linear regression test. Based on the results of the regression test, it shows that work life balance has a significant effect on job satisfaction in the Government Employee (ASN) within the head office of the National Civil Service Agency (BKN) by 15% with a regression coefficient value of 0.604 indicating that the higher the work life balance, the more job satisfaction increases.

Abstract

Persalinan adalah peristiwa penting dalam kehidupan seorang perempuan yang memerlukan perhatian khusus dari tenaga kesehatan. Keputusan untuk memilih pertolongan persalinan difasilitas kesehatan dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk peran keluarga dan dukungan emosional. Ibu hamil mempunyai hak untuk mengambil keputusan sendiri di fasilitas kesehatan, namun hak ini jarang digunakan karena besarnya pengaruh suami dan keluarga dalam pengambilan keputusan tersebut. Hal ini akan mempengaruhi pilihan pertolongan persalinan non fasilitas kesehatan. Tujuan Kegiatan pengabdian untuk memberikan pemahaman sejauh mana keterlibatan keluarga, terutama suami dan anggota keluarga lainnya  dan dukungan emosional yang diberikan oleh keluarga kepada ibu hamil dan dampaknya terhadap keputusan memilih pertolongan persalinan di fasilitas Kesehatan. Metode kegiatan secara tatap muka, Waktu dan Tempat Kegiatan di Posyandu Beringin 2, Senin, 25 September 2023  dihadiri oleh 21 Ibu- ibu. Sebaran responden mayoritas pekerjaan ibu tidak bekerja 90,47%, Usia terbanyak Dewasa 95,24%, Pendidikan ibu terbanyak Tamat SMA 42,85%. Edukasi yang diberikan kepada keluarga ibu hamil telah meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang pentingnya mendukung ibu hamil secara emosional, terutama dalam menghadapi proses persalinan di fasilitas kesehatan. Saran Libatkan komunitas lokal  seperti tokoh agama, tokoh masyarakat, lintas sektoral dalam memberikan dukungan dan edukasi kepada keluarga mengenai pentingnya persalinan di fasilitas kesehatan

Abstract

Prisons have many problems, raising curiosity to explore further the ways of inmates in adapting and socializing. Inmates who are in prisons tend to be able to experience psychological pressure where they are separated from their families, have difficulty taking control of themselves, lose their models, which makes these psychological problems arise. The inmates hope to be accepted by the community. The problem of Lapas Kelas II prison partners is the lack of educators who have the competence to provide education and training to inmates whose prison sentences are almost complete in order to reduce their anxiety when they re-enter the community. The coaching results showed that the behavior change and the improvement of the participants' communication asertive behavior varied greatly. This can be seen in succession of the highest to low scores related to the level of communication skills. Andikpas experienced the most significant behavioral changes in treatment using coaching techniques.
