Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD melalui media twister terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar PPKn pada peserta didik kelas X di SMKN 1 Sooko Mojokerto. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperiman dangan menggunakan desain penelitian Pre-test Post-test quasi eksperimental design.Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD melalui media twister sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah hasil belajar. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X OTKP SMKN 1 Sooko Mojokerto sebanyak 68 peserta didik. Dalam proses perhitungan menggunakan bantuan komputer program SPSS versi 20,0for windows. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD melalui media twister memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar PPKn peserta didik kelas X OTKP di SMKN 1 Sooko Mojokerto. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan melihat hasil mean Pre-Test dan Post-Test pada kelompok eksperimen sebesar 62,14 sedangkan Mean Pre-Test dan Post-Test pada kelompok kontrol sebesar 59,63. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat kinerja yang lebih baik pada kelompok eksperimen yang mengunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD melalui media twister dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol yang mengunakan model pembelajaran (convensional). Kata Kunci : pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD, media Twister, hasil belajar Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of the STAD type cooperative learning model through twister media on increasing PPKn learning outcomes in class X students at SMK 1 Sooko Mojokerto.This research is an experimental study using a research design Pre-test Post-test quasi experimental design. in this study is a STAD type cooperative learning model through twister media while the dependent variable is learning outcomes. The subjects of this study were 68 class X OTKP 1 Sooko Mojokerto students as many as 68 students. In the calculation process using SPSS version 20.0 for windows computer program. The results of the study show that the application of the STAD type cooperative learning model through twister media has an influence on the improvement of PPKn learning outcomes for students of class X OTKP at SMK 1 Sooko Mojokerto. This is evidenced by looking at the mean Pre-Test and Post-Test in the experimental group at 62.14 while the Mean Pre-Test and Post-Test in the control group at 59.63. So it can be concluded that there is better performance in the experimental group using the STAD type cooperative learning model through twister media compared to the control group using the learning model (conventional). Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengukur tingkat perilaku peduli lingkungan peserta didik anggota ekstrakurikuler pendidikan lingkungan hidup di SMAN 1 Waru Sidoarjo. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori belajar sosial Albert Bandura. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket tertutup. Hasil penelitian menyatakan perilaku peduli lingkungan dari indikator mencegah kerusakan lingkungan dan indikator memperbaiki kerusakan yang sudah terjadi memiliki kategori cukup sesuai dengan teori belajar sosial yang dikemukakan oleh Albert Bandura, bahwa seseorang dalam proses belajar yang melalui beberapa fase, yakni fase perhatian, fase retensi, fase reproduksi, dan fase motivasi, akan menghasilkan perilaku yang sesuai dengan yang dipelajari, yakni menghasilkan perilaku peduli lingkungan. Kata Kunci : Perilaku, Peduli lingkungan, Peserta didik. Abstract This study aims to measure the level of environmental care behavior of students of extracurricular members of environmental education at SMAN 1 Waru Sidoarjo. The theory used is Albert Banduras social learning theory. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of descriptive research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a closed questionnaire. The results of the study stated that behavior of caring for the environment from indicators preventing environmental and indicators of occurred a category quite the theory of social learning proposed by Albert Bandura, that a person in the learning process goes through several phases, namely the attention phase, retention phase, phase reproduction, and the motivational phase, will produce behaviors that are what is learned, which results in environmental care behavior. Abstract

Pengarusutamaan Gender (PUG) merupakan strategi pemerintah untuk memastikan laki-laki dan perempuan memperoleh akses, partisipasi, kontrol dan manfaat yang adil dalam pembanguan. Meskipun di Kabupaten Pandeglang kebijakan PUG sudah lama digaungkan, namun Indeks Pembangunan Gender (IPG) di Kabupaten Pandeglang masih di bawah rata-rata provinsi dan nasional. Penelitian ini akan menggambarkan bagaimana implementasi PUG dalam pembangunan di Kabupaten Pandeglang menggunakan alat analisa model implementasi kebijakan Van Metter dan Van Horn dengan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi PUG dalam pembangunan di Kabupaten Pandeglang belum berjalan dengan optimal. Ketersediaan sumberdaya manusia dan finansial yang belum memadai, OPD yang kurang partisipastif dan disiplin melakukan Perencanaan Penganggaran Responsif Gender (PPRG), kurangnya sosialisasi dan koordinasi antar pelaksana serta lingkungan ekonomi dan sosial masih menjadi hambatan pelaksanaan PUG di Kabupaten Pandeglang sehingga menjadikan pembangunannya belum responsif gender.

Abstract

Program Layanan Darurat 112 merupakan upaya pemerintah daerah dalam membantu percepatan penanggulangan kejadian gawat darurat yang dialami oleh masyarakat di lingkungan pemerintah Kota Cilegon. Melihat dari potensi kebencanaan wilayah seperti bencana alam, non-alam, dan sosial yang dapat terjadi di Kota Cilegon, maka urgensi program Layanan Darurat 112 cukup tinggi untuk dilaksanakan secara efektif. Meskipun urgensitas program Layanan Darurat 112 tinggi, tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya masih terdapat hambatan yang terjadi. Penelitian ini akan menjelaskan seberapa besar tingkat efektivitas program Layanan Darurat 112 dalam penanggulangan kejadian gawat darurat di lingkungan pemerintah Kota Cilegon menggunakan alat analisa model efektivitas program Budiani dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan program Layanan Darurat 112 sudah berjalan efektif dengan tingkat efektivitas sebesar 80.08%. Nilai tersebut diperoleh dari hasil pengukuran indikator ketepatan kelompok sasaran program telah mencapai kategori sangat efektif, pemahaman kelompok target program telah mencapai kategori sangat efektif, ketercapaian tujuan program telah mencapai kategori efektif, dan tindaklanjut program telah mencapai kategori efektif. Abstract

Critical thinking skills are one of the abilities that must be possessed by students to face life in the 21st century. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an effect of the Problem Based Learning learning model assisted by Qr-Code on students' critical thinking skills. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of learning with the implementation model of the Problem Based Learning learning model assisted by Qr-Code is able to improve students' critical thinking skills. This is evidenced by the observation data of the implementation of learning in the experimental class of 92.5% with a very good category. The results of the average value of the critical thinking ability test obtained by the experimental class received a value of 80. Based on the results of the paired sample t-test hypothesis test, it can be seen that the sig value. (2-tailed) experimental class and control class with a sample size of 32 people for each class is 0.000 for the experimental class and 0.001 for the control class. Because 0.000 and 0.001 <0.05, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. So, it can be said that there is an effect of the problem-based learning model assisted by QR-Code on the critical thinking skills of Class XI SMA Labschool Unesa 1 Surabaya City.

Abstract

The study aims to test whether or not the project based learning model has an influence on the creativity of students in Pancasila Education subjects. The study is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental approach the design of non-equivalent control groups using cluster random sampling technique with a total sample of 70 students. This research data collection technique uses observations, tests, student worksheets, and documentation. The data obtained was analyzed using the Kolmogorov Smirnov normality test, Levene's homogenity test and the paired sample t-test. The results of this study show that learning using project based learning model can enhance the creativity of students on the learning material from the wealth of tradition. This is demonstrated by the data of creativity using tests and LKPD higher experimental class than the control class is 83.92 > 69. The average value of the creativity indicator of originality the experiment class is 77.85%, the fluency indicator is excellent with a percentage of 94.28%, the flexibility includes a good category with a percent of 85% and the average values of the elaboration indicator are good with a rate of 77.14% and based on the test hypothesis paired sample t-test obtained a Sig. (2-tailed) score of 0.024 < 0.05, so H0 was rejected and Ha accepted, which means that there is a difference in creativity of learners before and after the training with the PjBL model so that it can be said that there was an influence of the project based learning model on student creativity in the teaching subjects of Pancasila Education at SMAN 21 Surabaya.

Abstract

The formation of self-confidence is an important aspect of children's development that affects their ability to adapt in life. The inability to meet basic needs makes children feel less confident so it is important to support their mental and emotional health in building self-confidence with special support through programs at UPTD Kampung Anak Negeri Surabaya. This study aims to describe the formation of self-confidence in street children and describe the supporting and inhibiting factors in shaping self-confidence in street children. The research approach uses a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were coaches, assistants, training instructors, and street children, the selection of research subjects was carried out using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis in this study refers to interactive data as proposed by Miles and Huberman with stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing using Pierre Bourdieu's Habitus Theory. The results showed that the process of forming self-confidence in street children at UPTD Kampung Anak Negeri Surabaya can be achieved through introducing the character of street children, introducing the environment and providing a supportive environment, implementing programs, social activities, education, arts and skills, evaluating and adjusting programs. Meanwhile, the supporting factors for the formation of selfconfidence are adequate facilities and infrastructure, a supportive environment, professional educators, and basic needs are met. The inhibiting factors in shaping self-confidence are the conditioning of children who are difficult to control, the lack of discipline and responsibility of children, and the negative influence of their peers.

Abstract

he interest in learning in children on the Kenjeran coast is still relatively low. Low interest in learning can be recognized through behavior such as not being serious about learning, getting bored quickly, trying to avoid learning activities and being lazy in learning. Children's interest in learning is very important so that children remain enthusiastic about getting an education. The purpose of this study was to describe (1) the form of problematic learning interest in children on the Kenjeran coast (2) the causal factors in the problematic learning interest in children on the Kenjeran coast. This study used a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were then analyzed using data analysis techniques by Miles Huberman which included data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the form of problematic learning interest in children on the Kenjeran coast were 1) feelings of dislike for certain subjects 2) coastal children's interest in learning was still lacking 3) understanding of disliked subject matter was still lacking. Problems occur due to internal and external factors. Internal factors come from children who do not yet have an awareness of the need to learn which is still lacking because of a lack of motivation and high enthusiasm that has not been instilled in the child. While external factors come from the parental environment and friendship environment. Factors originating from the parental environment occur due to a lack of parental support and attention, the socio-economic limitations of parents so that children involve themselves in their parents' work, and the low level of parental education.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of the Indonesian roots program at SMKN 1 Rejotangan, Tulungagung Regency, and identify obstacles in implementing the Indonesian roots program at SMKN 1 Rejotangan, Tulungagung Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. The theory used in this research is George C. Edward III's theory of policy implementation. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this research consisted of the Principal, Deputy Head of Student Affairs, Counseling Guidance Teacher/Facilitator Teacher, change agent students, and several student representatives from classes X, XI, XII of SMKN 1 Rejotangan. The data analysis technique in this research uses the Miles and Huberman model which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained in this research indicate that the implementation of the Indonesian roots program at SMKN 1 Rejotangan consists of several stages, namely (1) Selection of teacher facilitators, (2) Training of teacher facilitators, (3) Initial survey and selection of students as agents of change, ( 4) Training for students as agents of change, (5) Actions for students as agents of change and teacher facilitators, (6) Student-based actions which include outreach, declarations, anti-bullying campaigns, and art and work performances. Obstacles in implementing the Indonesian roots program at SMKN 1 Rejotangan include the difficulty of regenerating teacher facilitators, limited interaction with implementers, parents' doubts about the role of students as agents of change, difficulties in arranging training schedules, low student awareness of the dangers of bullying, and limited financial resources for support program needs. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of traffic and road transportation policy in Tangerang City using Edward III’s policy implementation theory, which includes four key dimensions: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. A qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews with officials from the Department of Transportation, Police, Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP), as well as members of the public and road users such as online drivers. The findings reveal that communication among implementing agencies and with the public remains suboptimal due to inconsistent information and a lack of integrated communication channels. Limited human resources and budget constraints also hinder effective implementation, although efforts in training and digitalization have been initiated. The disposition of policy implementers is generally positive; however, the lack of adequate incentive systems reduces motivation and loyalty among both implementers and the public. Furthermore, the fragmented bureaucratic structure leads to overlapping duties and miscommunication between agencies, despite ongoing coordination through special teams and regular meetings. Based on these findings, strengthening public communication systems, enhancing the quality and quantity of resources, reforming performance-based incentives, and reorganizing a more integrated bureaucratic structure are necessary to ensure the success of traffic and transportation policy implementation in Tangerang City.
