Abstract

Pemilihan vendor perangkat Teknologi Informasi (TI) merupakan keputusan strategis yang sangat mempengaruhi efisiensi dan keberlanjutan operasional organisasi. Namun, proses pemilihan vendor sering kali dihadapkan pada tantangan berupa banyaknya variabel yang harus dipertimbangkan, serta risiko subjektivitas dalam pengambilan keputusan manual. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis metode Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) untuk membantu organisasi dalam memilih vendor TI secara optimal. Metode COPRAS dipilih karena kemampuannya untuk menghitung peringkat alternatif secara proporsional berdasarkan kontribusi kriteria yang relevan, sehingga dapat memberikan rekomendasi yang objektif dan transparan. Sistem yang dikembangkan mampu mengotomatisasi evaluasi vendor berdasarkan kriteria yang ditetapkan, serta memberikan hasil perangkingan vendor berdasarkan perhitungan COPRAS. Hasil studi kasus menunjukkan bahwa sistem memberikan hasil yang konsisten dengan perhitungan manual, membuktikan validitas perhitungannya. Selain itu, hasil pengujian usability menunjukkan skor sebesar 87,5%, yang menandakan bahwa sistem telah berfungsi dengan baik sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna.

Abstract

Internet telah menjadi kebutuhan esensial, menjadikan wireless router sebagai infrastruktur yang tak terpisahkan dalam menyediakan akses internet. Namun, dalam memilih perangkat router wireless yang tersedia di pasaran, pengguna sering kali dihadapkan pada kompleksitas informasi dan kebingungan dalam menentukan pilihan terbaik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan perangkat wireless router yang tepat dan cepat melalui kombinasi pendekatan pembobotan Rank Reciprocal dan metode Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS). Pendekatan Rank Reciprocal dapat memberikan bobot pada setiap kriteria berdasarkan peringkatnya, di mana bobot tersebut merupakan nilai kebalikan dari peringkatnya. Sedangkan alternatif terbaik ditentukan menggunakan metode ARAS melalui perhitungan skor kegunaan untuk setiap alternatif dengan cara menghitung rasio dari penjumlahan produk bobot kriteria dan nilai kinerja setiap alternatif terhadap nilai optimal yang dapat dicapai. Penelitian ini menghasilkan SPK yang dapat merekomendasikan wireless router terbaik dengan menunjukkan perangkingan alternatif. Output yang dihasilkan oleh sistem dan perhitungan manual dari studi kasus pada penelitian ini, didapatkan nilai utilitas untuk altertantif terbaik yang sama yaitu TP-Link Archer AX23 (A3) dengan skor 0,8999. Pengujian usability testing mencapai rata-rata nilai sebesar 87,5%, mengindikasikan bahwa sistem tersebut dapat diterapkan karena telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan penggunanya.

Abstract

Abstract: Poor financial management will make it difficult for MSMEs to make appropriate business decisions. Especially in the face of difficulties during the pandemic. The availability of financial information can be one of the factors that help the success of MSMEs. Thus, the purpose of this service program is to improve the recording of MSME transactions and make them available in digital form. The method of this service program is mentoring, which is providing directions on how to input transactions data of cash income and cash disbursement into the application. After the assistance has been carried out, the business owner, in this case the VPG Café, has been able to input transactions data into the application. In addition, digital financial information is available that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. With the implementation of this program, it is hoped that it can improve financial and business management of VPG Cafe owners so that business continuity continues for a long time. Abstract

Early diagnosis and appropriate intervention are very important to minimize the long-term impact of Cerebral Palsy in children. Currently, the diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy in children is often based on clinical observations, developmental tests, and brain imaging. It requires medical knowledge and careful observation by an experienced health professional, which is often difficult to access in many areas. For this reason, early diagnosis by parents is very important for taking action against children suffering from Cerebral Palsy. This research aims to develop an expert system that can diagnose Cerebral Palsy in children using the Dempster-Shafer Theory algorithm as an inference engine to make it easier to diagnose and produce the right diagnosis. The Dempster-Shafer Theory approach works by calculating the level of confidence or belief in a hypothesis or certain event based on existing evidence. An expert system built on a website has the ability to make diagnoses based on symptoms and display diagnosis results, definitions of the type of Cerebral Palsy disease in children, as well as actions or methods of treating it. Based on the test results, the accuracy level obtained was a value of 90% and was classified as "Good" criteria.

Abstract

A Wi-Fi Extender is a device needed to expand the range and improve the quality of the Wi-Fi signal. To determine the choice, decision makers must know one by one the specifications of the existing products. This results in making decisions difficult and requiring a long time. So the aim of this research is to develop a decision support system for choosing a Wi-Fi Extender using the Rank Reciprocal and COPRAS (Complex Proportional Assessment) weighting approach to make it easier to make decisions in a relatively short time. The Rank Reciprocal approach is used to rank or weight the criteria given by decision makers. Meanwhile, the COPRAS approach is used to obtain the best alternative which is evaluated by calculating the effectiveness index directly proportional to the criteria considered to provide benefits and costs. Based on the case study that was carried out, the highest utility result was obtained, namely the Mercusys MW300RE (A4) which obtained a score of 100. The output produced by the decision support system in the case study that was carried out obtained the same score as manual calculations. Apart from that, the usability testing results obtained an average value of 88.75%. This shows that the system is declared suitable for use because it is in accordance with its function and use.

Abstract

Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Koperasi, dan Usaha Kecil Menengah (Disperindagkop dan UKM) Kota Jayapura secara rutin memberikan reward kepada koperasi-koperasi yang dinilai berprestasi setiap tahunnya. Namun, proses seleksi koperasi penerima reward masih dilakukan secara manual, yang memerlukan waktu dan sumber daya yang cukup besar serta berpotensi menimbulkan ketidakefisienan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, diperlukan penerapan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang mampu mendukung proses seleksi secara lebih sistematis dan objektif. Penelitian ini mengusulkan penggunaan metode Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA), yang merupakan metode pengambilan keputusan multikriteria dan efektif dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang kompleks. Dalam konteks ini, proses evaluasi dilakukan berdasarkan tujuh kriteria, yaitu saldo awal, saldo akhir, pembukuan harian, pembukuan bulanan, tingkat keaktifan koperasi, pelaksanaan Rapat Anggota Tahunan (RAT), dan jumlah nasabah, dengan sepuluh alternatif koperasi yang dinilai. Hasil dari implementasi SPK dengan metode MOORA diharapkan dapat menghasilkan alternatif keputusan yang tepat dalam menentukan koperasi penerima reward secara adil, terukur, dan transparan di lingkungan Disperindagkop dan UKM Kota Jayapura.

Abstract

During the pandemic it caused disruption in all fields, including Small Industries. One of them is small Industries in the city of Jayapura experienced taking down of sales during the pandemi. Industry fields gave helping for small industry in Jayapura as improvement and stability to improve Small Industries during this pandemic. The Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs only has information data from Small Industry Assistance and there is no development data, especially during the pandemic, development level data is needed to view and store data from observations. Therefore it is necessary to have a geographic information system to collect and provide information to small industries regarding the level of development, using the PIECES analysis method, designing using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method, using the waterfall development method and the software used is QGIS. This research produced a Geographic Information System for the Development of Small Industries in the Pandemic as information for small industries in North Jayapura.

Abstract

Health services at Puskesmas Kanda still face challenges in managing medical record data, which is mostly done manually. Manual data recording and reporting often cause data duplication, lost archives, and delays in generating health reports. To overcome these issues, this Community Service (PkM) activity was carried out by the Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Yapis Papua, through training and mentoring on the implementation of a web-based medical record information system. The main objective was to improve the skills of health workers in operating the system to accelerate data recording, reduce human error, and enhance service efficiency. The activity was conducted through several stages: survey and observation, preparation of training materials, hands-on practice (learning by doing), and post-training evaluation. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ ability to manage medical record data digitally. About 90% of participants stated that the system was easy to use and improved service speed, while 88% found the training relevant to their daily work. This activity had a positive impact on improving digital literacy among health workers and supported the digital transformation of primary health services in Papua.
