Abstract

Generasi milenial dianggap apatis untuk berkiprah dalam dunia politik. Namun terdapat partai yang mewadahi sekelompok anak muda yaitu Partai Solidaritas Indonesia (PSI). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji motif dan orientasi politik generasi milenial dari PSI. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motif politik mereka dianggap sebagai kewajiban mendasar dan kebutuhan integral dalam kehidupannya. Anti korupsi dan anti intoleransi merupakan salah satu motif yang memotivasi mereka untuk terlibat dalam politik praktis dengan gaya baru milenial. Lima tahun PSI berdiri, membuat mereka yakin bahwa milenial saat ini mampu mendobrak antitesa dan pakem-pakem lama dari generasi sebelumnya (baby boomer generation). Politisi dari generasi milenial ini memegang teguh ideologi Pancasila dengan asas nasionalis, yang memiliki nilai dasar perjuangan kebajikan, keragaman, keterbukaan, dan meritokrasi.

Abstract

Indonesia berada di puncak bonus demografi, maka kualitas sumber daya manusia menjadi tantangan besar. Berdasarkan World Population Review Oktober 2022, mengemukakan bahwa tingkat Intelegence Quotient orang Indonesia rata-rata 78,49% dan berada di peringkat 130 dari 199 negara di dunia serta urutan terakhir dari 10 negara ASEAN. Sejak tahun 2000–2010, lebih dari 30% anak balita Indoesia mengalami tengkes. Permasalahan tersebut ditemukan di Kecamatan Mangkubumi Kota Tasikmalaya. Secara umum, yang saling berkaitan dan mempengaruhi yaitu; Kemiskinan, Kebersihan, dan Stunting. PKM ini bertujuan membangun persepsi, pemahaman dan keterampilan para pemangku kepentingan dalam mencegah stunting dan cara-cara mengantisipasinya melalui strategi komunikasi kesehatan dalam bentuk digital media campaign. Maka, dibutuhkan content sehat dan manfaat bagi para content creator dan kecerdasan informasi bagi penerimannya, untuk menangkal hoaxs/propaganda, informasi menyesatkan tentang kesehatan. Hasil PKM menunjukkan diantaranya; terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan kesadaran dari para pemangku kepentingan yang relevan tentang perlunya koordinasi yang intens untuk pencegahan stunting.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative research and constructivist paradigm. Data collection technique using in-depth interviews with representatives of millennial political activists in Indonesia from PSI (Partai Solidaritas Indonesia). Research result shows meaning of politics according to PSI millennial generation politicians includes: life, self-awareness, basic obligations, benefiting people many, power, interests, collective work, policies binding, bringing change, bringing prosperity. The political meaning of these components are the internalization of those whoever been in apolitical thinking. There is further scrutiny regarding the progress of Indonesian celebrity politicians, who are considered to only be based on the aspect of being close to millennials but not touching conscience, people's beliefs and ethical principles. The involvement of millennial politicians is in practical politics including a form of self-actualization by participating fighting for anti-corruption and anti-intolerance, with enthusiasm Bhinneka Tunggal Ika includes: transparency, honesty, never giving up, breaking old standards, and competing skillfully so that you can showing pride in politics. Millennial politicians tried to attend with a new political spirit and style as a breakthrough and antithesis from baby boomer. On the other hand, society has not been fully touched by political literacy so it does not attach much importance to the vision and mission and background of politicians.

Abstract

Penelitian ini akan mengkaji: “Bagaimana Konstruksi Nasionalisme Generasi Z di Era Digital dalam Membangun Ketahanan Informasional? Kegunaan penelitian ini menjadi referensi bagi partai politik, lembaga pendidikan, Kemendagri, Kemenkominfo untuk membuat kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan pembentukan ketahanan informasional pada Generasi Z. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah, mix method, yaitu menganalisis isi informasi tentang nasionalisme di media sosial, dan diperdalam melalui metode penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian bersifat interpretif dengan pendekatan etnografi untuk melihat nilai-nilai sosial dan kultural Generasi milenial tentang ekspresi “nasionalisme” mereka di media digital. Subjek penelitian ini adalah generasi Z dengan kategori mahasiswa PTN/PTS, kader partai, anggota ormas yang menggunakan media sosial Instagram dan TikTok yang dipilih secara purposif. Peneliti melakukan analisis dengan memakai teknik Analisis Media Siber (AMS), serta teknik triangulasi data sebagai tahap validasi data. Hasil penelitian ini mengemukakan bahwa representasi aktivis memahami nasionalisme dan cinta tanah air melalui konten media sosial masih berada di level pertengahan atau out set the box. Nasionalisme dimaknai hanya mencintai tanah air dengan mengikuti bela negara, program-program pemerintah di kampus, dan membela bangsa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji fenomena "silent majority" di kalangan generasi Z, khususnya di antara mahasantri yang terlibat dalam aktivitas keagamaan di Cinta Quran Center, serta dampak mereka terhadap pilihan politik pada Pemilu 2024. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pola-pola dalam preferensi politik, faktor-faktor yang membentuk keputusan politik mereka, serta fungsi identitas keagamaan dalam pembentukan preferensi tersebut. Mahasantri di Cinta Quran Center mengeksplorasi politik melalui sudut pandang kesadaran politik Islam, yang disebut wa'yun siyasiy, sehingga pandangan politik mereka berbeda dari pola-pola politik praktis yang umumnya ada saat ini. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan campuran, yaitu kombinasi antara metode kualitatif deskriptif dan kuantitatif, dengan melibatkan 43 mahasantri sebagai sampel. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memperjelas kontribusi kelompok ini dalam dinamika politik di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study analyzes the case of Cancel Culture that previously occurred in the context of Gus Miftah's da'wah communication. Through this event, it can be seen how quickly a statement can go viral and trigger various public reactions. This case highlights the importance of communication ethics, especially for public figures like Gus Miftah. On the one hand, cancel culture can be a tool to encourage social change, but on the other hand, this phenomenon also has the potential to damage the reputation of individuals and hinder constructive dialogue. This study concludes that in the digital era, religious leaders need to be more careful in communicating, while people need to develop better digital literacy to respond to various information circulating. The case of Gus Miftah is a valuable lesson about the importance of maintaining communication ethics in the context of da'wah and social life.

Abstract

Indonesia ranks fourth among Instagram users worldwide, with Generation Z and Millennials as dominant users. Instagram Stories, particularly the “Add Yours” feature, has become an important medium for self-expression and digital activism. The virality of the #AllEyesOnRafah campaign demonstrates how humanitarian issues can be expanded through simple digital participation mechanisms, while reflecting a shift in global solidarity to the visual and interactive realm. The objectives of this study include exploring the meaning of Palestine and genocide, the motives behind cyberactivism, and the typology of cyberactivism among Millennial and Generation Z Instagram users. This research uses a qualitative method with a cyber-phenomenological approach, which is constructed as an intrinsic case study in the Indonesian context to understand the experiences of Millennials and Gen Z in the campaign. Data were obtained through interviews with 15 informants, community observation, and a literature review. Analysis used the Color Coding Analysis Procedure (CCAP) to identify participating themes and motives. The findings indicate that for this generation, “Palestine” and “genocide” are interpreted as symbols of humanitarian crises and human rights violations. Motives for engagement primarily encourage empathy, moral obligation, a desire to raise awareness, and a sense of belonging in the digital community. The Add Yours feature facilitates a spectrum of interactions, from simple re-sharing to more powerful personal narratives. The findings of this study provide a theoretical contribution to the use of cyberphenomenology to understand the transition from symbolic to substantive digital advocacy, demonstrating how interactive features construct networked publics that demand global accountability.
