Abstract

Flooded is a classic thing in every area, especially in the capital city. Floods in Jakarta cannot be separated from the role of the community in urban areas and villages within the town. People's behavior in everyday life, the condition of infrastructure in the community is critical in overcoming flood problems and external causes such as high rainfall, global warming, and climate change. People's behavior that ignores environmental cleanliness such as littering, changing the function of infiltration land as a residence without thinking about environmental impacts, community participation in the maintenance, and lack of concern for the condition of drainage infrastructure in the environment has a vital role. The absence of supervision, respect and local government's role is also one of the causes of the poorly maintained drainage system in settlements

Abstract

Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) is more likely to employ gasoline in street transportation applications because of its greater cryogenic energy density as a result, the key problem with this technology is the tank mounted on board with the control system and vaporizer board required to give the internal combustion engine (ICE) input. The research approach employed in this study was quantitative research using experimental methodologies because this study necessitates controlling and manipulating one or more independent variables while observing the dependent variable to detect differences based on the independent variables. With a method like this, of course, a tank that is quite efficient can be selected. In terms of profit, it is apparent that it could produce a greater volume of gas than gas to liquid (GTL), because the project of LNG lifespan was more extensive than GTL's. LNG is thus more comercial than GTL.

Abstract

Situasi pandemi yang dapat menimbulkan jumlah debu seiring teteap dirumah dan lupa diri untuk membersihkan area-area kerja dari debu misal di kantor. Terlebih area kerja peneliti berhubungan dengan permesinan, maka jika debu masuk dan menumpuk didalam mesin, maka akan mengganggu proses kinerja mesin.Selain berbahaya bagi area permesinan, bagi sistem tubuh juga tidak baik terutama untuk sistem pernafasan karena akan merusak paru-paru dengan adanya debu yang menumpuk dan kotor.Pendekatan penelitian adalah metode yang digunakan dalam merangkai tahap dari perumusan masalah hingga kesimpulan. Namun, pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, karena pada dasarnya ini merupakan ide dari tim mahasiswa sehingga dibuat susunan untuk penelitian kualitatif agar saat terpublikasi ilmiah menjadi acuan awal bagi yang ingin mengaplikasikan   tema ini. Inovasi dalam meminimalisir debu dapat dilakukan dengan menerapkan vertical garden. Selain untuk mempersejuk suasana, penerapan vertical garden juga baik untuk kesehatan

Abstract

This article reports on technological mastery assistance in three small metal forming industries in Indonesia. Problems in the blangking and piercing separately process caused increased production time which resulted in inefficiency cost. Therefore, the expert team aided in metal forming technology through participatory action research (PAR) methods and experimental methods through reverse engineering for several products. The PAR method involves optimal contribution and participation from the industry. Assistance in mastering technology in small metal-forming industries reduces the manufacturing process from seven to three stages, increasing efficiency. The press machine's tonnage capacity must balance with the force blanking/piercing requirement. The minimum press machine requirement is 6.7 tons, and based on the availability of existing press machines, the expert team recommends a 20-ton capacity press machine. Total efficiency can be further increased by implementing full progressive die technology by combining piercing, blanking, and bending processes.

Abstract

Learning through songs can be related to kinesthetic and physical abilities because when someone listens to a song/music, the sensory nervous system works and transfers it to the motor nerves. This research is included in field research. The approach used is a descriptive qualitative approach, which is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior, with data sources consisting of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained from interviews with the child and with the parents. For secondary data obtained by looking at the literature related to this journal. On average, children who have difficulty focusing, namely because the child lacks adequate rest, does not sleep enough, does not eat breakfast, does not understand the subject matter, has understood the lesson and does not feel challenged, lacks motivation from teachers and parents, is disturbed by the surrounding environment and does not match the given learning style. Playing sounds that can help children learn to make children learn as if they are playing.

Abstract

for an existing system, so with an outbreak like this, especially in the academic world, there needs to be a breakthrough when learning media uses an online system. This research is classified as qualitative because it involves qualitative information because this research refers to evidence of general information without any statistical and quantitative calculations. Conclusion on This research is by taking a good approach to students, the KBM process goes well. The role of educators who are patient and skilled makes students comfortable in learning and one of the important innovations is remedial which is required so that students continue to be challenged. Suggestions for this research is to immediately apply it on a more complex mass scale and research on socio-cultural studies regarding the character of students is needed.

Abstract

This paper presented the test of cup drawing, and the tensile ability of tailor welded blanks (TWBs) used to join the resistance spot welding a variety of different parameters. This study used SPCC-SD (JIS 3141) material with a material thickness of 1.0 mm and 1.2 mm. This research is focused on obtaining the highest tensile-shear strength of resistance spot welding and how it affects the results of the drawing cup process. This study used an experimental research method using six samples of RSW parameters. RSW parameters used are welding current, welding time, and squeeze time. This research was achieved the highest tensile-shear strength value of 5.09 kN and the lowest 4.15 kN which was achieved in the 5th and 1st samples respectively. The results of the cup drawing test using RSW parameters in the 5th and 6th samples showed no TWB failure in the welded area. Further research will be carried out by performing Taguchi optimization using RSW and TWBs parameters in the cup drawing process.

Abstract

Sistem HVAC merupakan sistem pengkondisian udara (heating, ventilating and air conditioning) dimana proses yang terjadi yaitu pemanas, sirkulasi udara dan pendigin. Dari sistem tersebut diperlukan proses pengukuran suhu dan tekanan udara untuk melihat studi parameter pada sistem HVAC. Dengan adanya studi parameter sistem HVAC tersebut maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem elektrikal untuk sensor pengukuran suhu dan tekanan udara pada sistem HVAC berbasis IOT untuk memudahkan melihat nilai pengukuran suhu dan tekanan udara sistem HVAC secara jarak jauh. Batasan penelitian ini hanya pada perancangan dan pembuatan sensor, tidak dengan studi parameter kinerja sistem HVAC. Metode penelitian mencangkup perancangan sistem elektrikal, pembuatan alat, pengujian sistem elektronika, pengujian pengukuran dan pengujian sistem hasil pengukuran berbasis IOT. Dari pengujian tersebut menghasilkan kapasitas tegangan tertinggi ada pada Arduino namu arus tertinggi ada pada esp32 wifi. Dengan pengukuran tersebut menghasilkan nilai resistansi atau tahanan dengan rata-rata 0,87 ohm dan tergolong sistem elektrikal tegangan rendah yang aman dan terdistribusi sistem listrik yang merata. Jadi sistem alat ukur untuk HVAC aman digunakan dengan hasil pengukuran tekanan udara sebesar 11 kPa dengan suhu sebesar 38 derajat Celsius. Peninjauan pengukuran sistem IOT juga berhasil pada website ThingSpeak. Dengan kesimpulan bahwa alat ukur untuk studi parameter sistem HVAC berhasil dengan nilai yang valid. Abstract

The design of vapor compression type distillation using the design for manufacture and assembly (DFMA) method was discussed in this article. The efficacy of seawater desalination is the primary source of non-conventional fresh water in a large number of countries around the world. The distillation process can satisfy the demands for high-quality fresh water by utilizing seawater. DFMA is a technique for product development and improvement that could be used to simplify the manufacturing process and reduce assembly costs. This research focuses on creating an effective vapor compression-type desalination device. The DFMA method is used in this reverse engineering study. According to the findings of this study, the total assembly time of 22 components was 7932 seconds. Compared to the previous process, processing time efficiency increased by 4.1 %.

Abstract

Solar cells are becoming so common that every industry except PLN is already using them to produce alternative energy. The more solar cells used, the more light intensity meters are needed to calculate the amount of Illumination in a given area. This research entails constructing or implementing software, calculating the float's balance against the impact of waves, and determining how the float distributes load using the Archimedes principle. Electrical construction and chassis buoyancy are included in the design. When the density of water is greater than the density of the object, namely > objects (997 kg/m3 > 46.73 kg/m3), the variables obtained are the total weight of the buoy of 5,044 kg with the distribution of the object force of 49.43 N and the buoyant force of 1046.08 N. then this design produces the required buoyancy force when manufactured and used.
