Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the influence of education and population on the availability of jobs in North Sumatra. Methodology: The methods used are qualitative and quantitative methods (combined/mixed methods). The data used by researchers in this paper are primary data (interviews) and secondary data obtained from the BPS (Central Statistics Agency) of North Sumatra, the government or other agencies, articles, news or websites that can support this research and the qualitative method uses an interview system with sources related to the problems studied. Results: The results of this study indicate that the education variable has a t-value of 2.994> t table = 1.943 so it can be concluded that education has a significant positive effect on the availability of jobs while the population has a t-value of 1.827 <t table = 1.943 so it can be concluded that the population variable not effect on the availability of jobs in the province of North Sumatra. Limitations: The results of the interview are that the availability of jobs will be easily obtained by job seekers if they have work skills, higher education and previous work experience. Contribution: The result have been salutation about how analysis project about education given solution for student.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the halal industry as a solution to increase economic growth in West Nusa Tenggara. The research approach uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interview methods. The findings in this research are that economic growth in a province can be increased, one of which is through optimizing the halal industry. By optimizing sharia-based industry, it will become an attractive brand for investors, tourists and creative economy players to improve the economy in NTB. This labeling of the halal industry must of course be supported by binding and sustainable provincial government regulations. So the existence of a halal park industry roadmap designed by the provincial government really helps accelerate the halal industry so that economic growth in NTB can grow and be strong. The halal industry not only pays attention to halal tourism, halal food, halal cosmetics and medicines but also pays attention to the facilities and infrastructure of the sharia financial industry, where the growth of sharia industrial assets in NTB is currently still relatively slow. The role of the OJK as well as financial and non-bank institutions is very much needed so that this halal industry can develop well.

Abstract

Diera serba digital saat ini produsen ikut ambil bagian dalam penggunaan e-commerce untuk memasarkan produknya. Dalam persaingan yang semakin ketat maka competitor wajib memiliki ciri khas dalam mempromosikan produknya, selain itu juga dalam hal pemasaran. Banyak pesaing menghadirkan influencer sebagai brand ambassador dari berbagai kalangan yang memiliki pengikut di media social lebih banyak untuk mempromosikan kepada media social yang digunakan sebagai perantara dalam hal promosi untuk ke berbagai daerah. Salah satunya perusahaan yang menggunakan Brand ambassador menjadikan Choi Siwon sebagai Brand Ambasador dari perusahaan PT. Wings Food. perusahaan dengan Brand Ambassador memiliki jangka waktu dalam keterikatan dan kontrak kerja. Untuk itu dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui eksistensi seorang brand ambassador untuk penarik pengguna e-commerce dalam unit usaha kuliner. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian yang digunakan penelitian kualitatif berupa data primer dan data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dianalisis secara deskriptif kepada 3 narasumber pengguna e-commerce secara daring. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasanya eksistensi Brand Ambassador di media promosi memberikan pengaruh final terhadap keputusan membeli makanan tersebut atau tidak bukan berdasarkan review dari seorang brand ambassador terhadap produk makanan untuk dapat mempengaruhi keputusan membeli produk makanan tersebut. Sebagaimana eksistensi seorang Brand Ambassador menyampaikan pesan dari produk makanan tersebut menjadi faktor penentu calon konsumen membeli makanan tersebut.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is a contribution of the halal industry to economic growth in Central Tapanuli Regency and how the halal industry contributes to economic growth in Central Tapanuli Regency. The research method used is a qualitative research method. Data collection is carried out by observation, interviews and documentation, with data analysis techniques namely reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that the halal industry contributes to economic growth in Central Tapanuli from the halal food sector which continues to increase, but due to the size of this district hinders halal industry players from having halal certificates so that only some of them have halal certificates.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pengetahuan Investasi, Modal Minimal Investasi, Return and Risk, serta Perilaku Keuangan Islam terhadap minat mahasiswa di Kota Medan dalam berinvestasi saham melalui aplikasi Ajaib. Populasi penelitian mencakup mahasiswa beragama Islam dari tiga kampus negeri di kota Medan yaitu Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara, Universitas Sumatera Utara, dan Universitas Negeri Medan dengan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan memperoleh 100 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode analisis Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) yang diolah melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pengetahuan Investasi nilai t-statistik 2.437 dan P-Values 0.017 yang artinya Pengetahuan Investasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, Variabel Modal Minimal Investasi menujukkan hasil berpengaruh positif karena nilai P-Values sebesar 0.128 dan t-statistik 1.533, serta Return and Risk memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berinvestasi dengan nilai t-statistik 3.012 dengan P-Values sebesar 0.003, dan Pengaruh Perilaku Keuangan Islam tidak berpengaruh positif karena nilai t–statistiknya 0.424 dan P-Values sebesar 0.673.

Abstract

Sertifikasi halal memegang peranan penting dalam mendorong daya saing produk dan memberikan keyakinan kepada konsumen untuk menggunakan suatu produk, khususnya dalam konteks pertumbuhan ekonomi syariah yang semakin pesat. Di Indonesia, dengan mayoritas penduduk beragama Islam, kebutuhan akan produk bersertifikat halal terus meningkat dan menjadi peluang strategis bagi pelaku UMKM untuk meningkatkan daya saing usahanya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana minat pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Panyabungan terhadap sertifikasi halal dipengaruhi oleh pemahaman, kesadaran halal, dan motivasi Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan analisis SEM-PLS. Sebanyak 95 pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Panyabungan diberikan kuesioner skala Likert untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat pelaku UMKM terhadap sertifikasi halal dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh ketiga variabel tersebut. Hal ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan pemahaman, kesadaran, dan motivasi Islami dapat mendorong pelaku usaha untuk lebih aktif mengikuti sertifikasi halal.

Abstract

This community service aims to realize a smart village in Perlis Village through a digital application. This study uses a participatory and collaborative approach. The activeness of participants and all stakeholders is needed from the planning stage to the evaluation. This community service is in Perlis Village, Berandan Barat District, Langkat Regency. The techniques for collecting and analyzing community service data are: 1) Smart Village Application and 2) Training using Smart Village Application software. The result of this service is an increase in the effectiveness of village services by 66% after using the smart village application. This shows the effectiveness of the training used significantly in providing knowledge to the community regarding administrative services for correspondence at the Perlis village office, which can be carried out online. Through the Perlis Village office, the village government is an agent of change for the self-reform process in empowering agents for the community to realize Smart Governance.

Abstract

This study analyzes the optimization of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at PT Socfin Indonesia (Socfindo) and its relevance to the review of maslahah in improving community welfare. A research gap was identified from the striking difference between the company's broad claims about its CSR (based on the 2018-2024 sustainability report) and the critical perceptions of the community, which highlight fundamental issues such as agrarian conflicts and factory waste management. Using a qualitative approach with a single case study design and interview techniques (n=3 informants), this study analyzes the implementation of Stakeholder Theory. The findings show a tendency for the company to be reactive rather than proactive in responding to core stakeholder issues. Analytically, although PT Socfin Indonesia's CSR programs have the potential to bring about maslahah (benefits), the existence of mafsadah (harm/danger) caused by the company's core operations hinders the achievement of holistic welfare. The significant contribution of this research lies in the integration of the concept of maslahah as a critical analytical lens to evaluate the impact of CSR more comprehensively, beyond a purely normative framework. The research results underscore the urgency of a more participatory and proactive CSR approach in resolving root causes. The limitations of the study include the specific scope of informants in a single case, limiting direct generalization.

Abstract

Pesatnya kemajuan teknologi serta besarnya jumlah pengguna internet di Indonesia membuat peluang bagi dunia usaha hal ini juga didukung dan didorong oleh program pemerintah agar banyak pelaku usaha yang memanfaatkan e-commerce agar terus mampu bersaing di tengah perkembangan teknologi saat ini. Namun hal tersebut berbanding terbalik dengan minat masyarakat untuk menerapkan e-commerce pada usahanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penerapan e-commerce dalam meningkatkan daya saing produk konveksi pada UMKM khususnya Ulos Sianipar di Kota Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini penulis melakukan studi langsung ke lapangan untuk memperoleh data yang konkrit tentang penerapan e-commerce dalam meningkatkan daya saing produk konveksi UMKM di Ulos Sianipar Medan. Analisa SWOT di Ulos Sianipar digunakan sebagai acuan untuk mengubah proses transaksi manual menjadi transaksi online dengan memanfaatkan atau menyelaraskan Teknologi Informasi (information technology-IT) dengan kegiatan bisnis.

Abstract

General Background: Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a pivotal role in Indonesia’s economy, particularly in rural areas. Specific Background: Tofu MSMEs in Rambung Merah Village contribute significantly to the local economy but face persistent operational inefficiencies. Knowledge Gap: Despite existing studies on supply chain practices, limited research addresses digital-driven SCM models in rural MSME contexts. Aims: This study aims to analyze the supply chain management (SCM) practices of tofu MSMEs in Rambung Merah Village and identify strategic opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. Results: Findings indicate that while the current SCM involves structured flows from suppliers to end consumers, it remains traditional and constrained by payment delays, logistical issues, and market competition. Novelty: This research introduces a digital integration model into SCM for rural MSMEs, combining qualitative insights with strategic recommendations for technology adoption. Implications: Implementing digital tools—such as e-commerce and social media—supported by digital literacy and logistics training from local authorities, could significantly improve supply chain efficiency, competitiveness, and sustainability of tofu MSMEs in the digital era.Highlight : SCM helps streamline the tofu production and distribution in Rambung Merah. Challenges include late payments, lost equipment, and limited logistics.
