The bank is one of the financial institutions that provide a program called Home Ownership Loans or abbreviated KPR. In performing its services the bank ensures that prospective borrowers are really able to repay the approved mortgages. For that purpose, several criteria are set to the debtor wishing to apply for Home Ownership Credit. The application of MOORA method is used to calculate criteria as a requirement of the mortgage application. It is expected that the application of Multi-Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis (Moora) method can assist the decision makers who remain for the debtor candidate.

Philosophy is the search for truth through a systematic flow of thinking, meaning that conversations about everything are carried out regularly following the prevailing system so that the stages are easy to follow. Etymologically philosophy comes from English and Greek, namely "philosophy" and "philein". This often causes difficulties to understand the meaning of the term philosophy. The term philosophy in general has a very large number so that to do the search for the meaning of the term philosophy in a philosophical book in the form of a printed book takes a long time because it must open one by one the book manually. To solve the problems described above the author builds an Android-based Philosophy application using eclipse juno. In order to simplify the search process for philosophical terms, the Raita search algorithm is implemented in the search feature contained in the Philosophy application. The raita search algorithm is a string matching algorithm with the arrangement of characters in a matched string that has the number and sequence of characters in the same string. Raita designed an algorithm by comparing the last character of the pattern starting from the far right character of the window. Android-based philosophy application that was built by the author in this study is expected to be an effective and efficient solution to get the search results of the meaning of the term philosophy in understanding the meaning of the term philosophy.Keywords: Implementation, Raita Search Algorithm, Philosophy Application, Android.

Credit is increasingly growing and is increasingly needed by the wider community, people who do not have the capital to establish a business generally prefer to do credit or borrow money to trusted parties such as banks to support the business to be established. This is an advantage for the bank. Increasing credit activities in banks, it is necessary to assess credit as a material consideration for prospective customers before the bank gives a decision to accept or reject a prospective customer request. Therefore it is necessary to build a method that can help and facilitate the bank in giving decisions quickly and accurately. The basis for making decisions is based on the criteria to determine who is prioritized to receive a loan, to assist in determining in determining someone who is eligible to receive a loan, so a decision support system is needed is to use Fuzzy logic and apply the Tsukamoto method. Kitab Al-Ajurrumiyah is a book that contains Arabic grammar from the 7th century to the 13th century AD compiled by a Moroccan linguist named Abu Abdillah Sidi Muhammad bin Daud Ash-Shanhaji aka Ibn Ajurrum with the aim of make it easier for students in pesantren and the general public to learn the rules of nahwu. Kitab Al-Ajurrumiyah has very much content and uses the type of writing Arabic so to study the contents of the book Al-Ajurrumiyah is not an easy thing for students and the general public, especially those who still use the printed book Al-Ajurrumiyah. The problem that often occurs with the use of the Al-Ajurrumiyah book in the form of printed books is when searching for the contents of the Al-Ajurrumiyah book because it has to search the contents of the book manually by opening one by one each sheet of the Al-Ajurrumiyah book so that it takes a lot of time to find content. the book that will be studied and requires a large storage area and difficult to carry if traveling so it is necessary to develop a system by designing an Android-based Al-Ajurrumiyah book application that has good search features to minimize the time needed to find the search results in the Al-Ajurrumiyah book will be studied. Based on the description of the problem the author designed the Android-based Kitab Al-Ajurrumiyah application using the Eclipse Juno Software. In this study the author applies the zhu takaoka algorithm to simplify the process of searching for translations of the contents of the Al-Ajurrumiyah verse in the Android-based Al-Ajurrumiyah Kitab Application. The Android-based Al-Ajurrumiyah Book application designed in the research can be operated on smartphones that are ended by an android-based operating system so that the use of this Android-based Kitab Al-Ajurrumiyah application is very easy because it does not have a size too large so it can be used anywhere and anytime.Keywords: Application, Kitab Al-Ajurrumiyah, Android, Eclipse Juno, Zhu Takaoka

Philosophy is a critical thinking framework to find solutions to all problems. The solution found to overcome a problem through critical thinking is the fruit of philosophical thinking. If the solution to a problem is not thought out carefully and critically, then it is not the fruit of philosophical thinking but only the sound. Philosophy is useful to achieve a better life, especially in a job so that you can understand the reason why the order in a job must be carried out. In understanding philosophical terms generally use foreign-language scholarship because the term philosophy is the absorption word from English, namely philosophy. While the word philosophy itself is an absorption word from the Greek language. In Greek the combination of the word philo means love and sophÃ³s, which means wisdom makes a special word, philosophia, which means love wisdom. To learn the term philosophy is very difficult, especially for ordinary people. Based on this research the author designed the Android-based Philosophy application using eclipse juno and sqlite as the database. To facilitate the search process the meaning of philosophical terms in the application the author applies the Approximate string matching algorithm. Approximate algorithm (Estimated string matching) is a problem in computer science that is applied in text search, pattern recognition and signal processing applications. For the text T [1..n] and the pattern P [1 ... m], we are expected to find all occurrences of the pattern in the text with the most edit distance is K. The edit distance between two strings is defined as the minimum number of character insertions, deletions and the replacement needed to make it the same. The results expected in this study is an application that implements the Approximate Algorithm so that the process of searching quickly in the application can help the user to more easily understand philosophical terms.Keywords: Application Philosophy, Android, String Matching, Approximate Algorithm.

Salah satu alternatif strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Swalayan Palem Store adalah pemberian diskon atau potongan harga untuk produk-produk tertentu dalam periode waktu tertentu. Penentuan produk diskon harus dilakukan dengan pertimbangan dan perhitungan yang tepat. Kesalahan dalam penentuan produk diskon membuat swalayan kehilangan keuntungan bahkan mengalami kerugian. Salah satu solusi untuk permasalahan tersebut dengan menggunakan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK). Sistem Pedukung Keputusan (SPK) dapat membantu pimpinan swalayan dalam mengambil keputusan untuk menentukan produk diskon yang tepat dan meningkatkan efesiensi keputusan tersebut. Sistem pendukung keputusan memiliki beberapa tahapan sebelum menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada. Tahapan-tahapan tersebut antara lain studi kelayakan, perancangan, pemilihan dan implementasi.The Extended Promethee (EXPROM II) merupakan salah satu metode penentuan urutan atau prioritas dalam analisis multikriteria. EXPROM II membandingkan alternatif yang satu dengan alternatif yang lainnya dan menghitung jarak selisih alternatif berpasangan sehingga menghasilkan output yaitu perangkingan alternatif berdasarkan nilai net flow tertinggi. Penentuan produk diskon yang tepat dan efektif memberikan dampak positif untuk swalayan karena dapat meningkatkan penjualan secara keseluruhan.

Image modification is the process of manipulating part or all of the image area with the help of digital image processing techniques. Image fakes are generally difficult to analyze with the naked eye because the resulting image from the image modification process is difficult to distinguish with the naked eye. The ease of creating and changing an image can damage the credibility of the authenticity of the image in various aspects, thus making it prone to be used for criminal acts because image changes in digital images can change the information conveyed to be different. This is the basis of this research to detect the authenticity of an image. The Grostl method is a hash function to detect changes in digital images, the Grostl hash function is used to determine whether an image has been modified or not. The application of the Grostl method to generate a hash code from a digital image begins by inputting the digital image as the object to be hashed.Keywords: Image Originality, Hash, Grostl
