The purpose of this study is to identify the challenges experienced in teaching and learning Bahasa Indonesia for foreigners during covid-19 as well as to find out the strategies and solutions undertaken during online learning. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative using case study approach in Bahasa Indonesia course at Khon Kaen University. The subjects in this study were 3 teachers and 2 students of Bahasa Indonesia class. The finding shows some challenges of learning Bahasa Indonesia such as barriers in communication, the low ability of self-regulated learning owned by students, and the lack of control over the morals and behavior of students during distance learning. While, the solutions offered are still technology-based learning, making short videos as learning material to improve emotional relationships between students and teachers, reducing the level of difficulty and prioritize meaningful learning, and conducting multi-literacy learning. On the other hand, the techniques used are producing teachers' labs, conduct self-assessment as a reflection of self-regulated learning, and involving parents as substitutes for instructors in controlling values and morals. Self-regulated learning, as well as parental involvement, are extremely needed.

Abstract: This study is aimed at providing an assessment scheme during learning at home by involving parents. Teachers as well as parents’ role in an intensive communication were emphasized under collaboration to help each other. The method used in this research was argumentative literature review on standard document of Panduan Penilaian oleh Pendidik dan Satuan Pendidikan (Kemendikbud, 2017). The purpose of this research is focusing on reducing teachers’ workload and confusion on how to assess students during learning at home. On the other side, it is to give an understanding of the importance of parental involvement. As a result, a new manipulated assessment scheme had been introduced in this research. It could be used not only during the Covid-19 pandemic but in a normal program of education. Lastly, the communication between parents and school should be well maintained in order to get the best result of students’ achievements as well.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan skema penilaian baru selama pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) dengan melibatkan orang tua. Peran guru dan orang tua dalam komunikasi intensif sangat ditekankan untuk meningkatkan hasil prestasi siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kajian pustaka argumentatif terhadap dokumen Panduan Penilaian oleh Pendidik dan Satuan Pendidikan oleh Kemendikbud (2017). Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi beban kerja guru dan kebingungan tentang cara menilai siswa selama belajar di rumah serta mememberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya keterlibatan orang tua. Hasilnya, skema penilaian yang dimanipulasi telah diperkenalkan dalam penelitian ini. Ini dapat digunakan tidak hanya selama pandemi Covid-19, tetapi juga dalam program pendidikan normal. Di sisi lain, komunikasi antara orang tua dan sekolah harus terus dijaga untuk mendapatkan hasil yang terbaik dari prestasi siswa

Analysis of social networks or online communities can be very difficult when working on large networks, as many measurements require expensive hardware. For example, identifying the community structure of a network is a very computationally expensive task. Embedded graph is a way to represent graphs with vectors, so that further analysis becomes easier. The purpose of this research is to analyze the knowledge graph from the wikipedia article data. This research aims to implement web scraping techniques on the wikipedia article search engine and display similar wikipedia pages and analyze them using a predetermined deep learning algorithm. Data collection in this research used scraping techniques to retrieve data from the unstructured wikipedia website and then processed it into structured data. The method used in this research is a standard cross-industry process for data mining by performing phases of data collection, data processing, proposed algorithms, testing and evaluation. The algorithm applied is deepwalk, kmeans, girvan newman. By doing this research, it is expected to provide knowledge about the deep learning approach for data representation of the wikipedia pages knowledge graph and can help users find similar wikipedia pages and enrich literacy on knowledge graph analysis.

Background: To be financially independent village seems to be a must to support the local economic freedom. Tourism becomes one among some promising sectors. However, the low level of local understanding towards the concept of agro-tourism is much needed to support the local government development, especially in Tebing Village, West Bangka. Contribution: The purpose of this program is to support the actualization of an agro-tourism village based on green rice fields through the formation of a tourism awareness group and counseling on the concept, role and function of it in Tebing village, Sub-district of Kelapa, West Bangka Regency. Method: The method employed is by assisting, mapping and giving a lecture on the concept of tourism awareness groups to actualize the agro-tourism village in Tebing Village, West Bangka. Results: The result is proved by the formation of a tourism awareness group (Pokdarwis) in Tebing village. Besides, the growth of awareness and understanding related to the Sapta Pesona was well comprehend as qualitatively evaluated by interviewing the community. Finally, the mapping process of the location of agro-tourism was done using DJI Phantom 4 Pro. Conclusion: Existing natural resources can be utilized to increase income financially through agro-tourism villages. In addition, the happiness index can also be increased by the presence of green open space or agro-tourism nearby as a rest area from Pangkalpinang to Muntok or vice versa, as the village is located in the main route of it. Finally, this service still requires further assistance until the agro-tourism village can be established and support the village's independent income and the welfare of the local community

English learning requires not only engaging instruction but also meaningful learning experiences. However, some persistent challenges remain, such as a lack of innovative teaching strategies and insufficient opportunities for students to actively use the language. This study aims to develop LearningMu, a web-based English learning platform designed to transform teacher-centered instruction into student-centered learning. The platform also aims to improve students’ interest, engagement, and language proficiency through an enjoyable and contextualized learning process. This research adopts a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, although it is currently limited to the trial stage. The trial was conducted through feasibility testing, involving both validation and practicality assessments, carried out at SMA Muhammadiyah Belitung. Data were collected through interviews, document analysis, and questionnaires, and analyzed using a quantitative descriptive approach by comparing the outcomes to existing feasibility standards. The results show that LearningMu achieved a validity score of 4.05 and a practicality score of 3.72 (on a 5-point scale), indicating that the product is both valid and practical for classroom implementation. Although the initial results are promising, further development and refinement are still needed to maximize the effectiveness of LearningMu and enhance its applicability in broader educational settings. Family is the first environment that determines the quality of children’s education. Quality family guidance and counseling are needed to support the goals of national education as stated in the National Education System Law No. 20 of 2003. Therefore, this counseling aims to raise family awareness of the importance of education for children in Ibul Village, Simpang Teritip District, West Bangka Regency. The method used in this community service program involves mentoring and counseling techniques. The results obtained from this community service program include a growing awareness among parents and prospective parents regarding the importance of their role and the tasks and functions of the family. The eight family functions explained in this activity broaden the community’s insight into improving the quality of education, both morally and intellectually. The evaluation results show an increase in parental awareness of the importance of communication and educational guidance for children.

The lack of understanding of digital marketing for home industry players is still a major obstacle in developing businesses in Sungai Selan Atas Village, Central Bangka. Therefore, the purpose of this service program is to provide assistance in preparing digital marketing to increase sales of home industry products. In addition, this program also aims to increase the economic value of home industry sales by expanding marketing reach through digital platforms. The method used in this program is training with stages of exposure and practical assistance. The partners in this training were 13 home industry players. Observations and interviews were conducted qualitatively in order to measure behavioral changes for home industry players in Sungai Selan Atas village. After the mentoring process was carried out, it was found that there were changes in behavior and marketing strategies carried out by home industry actors. It is expected that after this assistance is carried out, women home industry players can carry out a sustainable digital sales process to get higher selling value and reach.

The province of Bangka Belitung is known as one of the regions with significantly high rated early marriage. This study is focused on the development of Payung village government collaboration with Religious Affair Office in reducing the number of early marriages. this research adopts qualitative method and apply historiography-phenomenology approach which includes four phases: heuristic, verification or source evaluation, interpretation, and historiography. The research location is Payung village, South Bangka. The research includes in-depth interview with the village head, Village Consultative Body, and the head of Religious Affairs Office. The research results are realized in three village regulations. They are Village Regulation Number 2 of 2020 concerning villages that support children's rights, Village Regulation Number 3 of 2020 concerning child protection, and Village Regulation Number 141 of 2022 concerning child-friendly village development. Other than that, innovations such as refusion of early marriage recommendation letter, regular counseling at schools regarding early marriage and the consequences, a ban on using village facilities for early marriage ceremonies, and a policy for village officials not to attend early marriages, are also implemented. These new policies have proven effective in reducing the rate of early marriage. Researchers hope that these innovations can be used as models by other villages or regions in the efforts to reduce the rate of early marriage.

Since this research was conducted, Junior high school, 1 Kepulauan Pongok has just started implementing the Kurikulum Merdeka (Independent Curriculum). Therefore, this research aims developing an English Module with local content to strengthen Pancasila Learners’ Profile. This belongs to Research and Development using 4D (defining, designing, developing, disseminating) approach. The sample was an English teacher and 31 students of class IX at Junior high school, 1 Kepulauan Pongok. The data were gained through interview and observation as the need analysis process. Distributing questionnaire is another data collecting technique to be then quantitatively analyzed using comparative analysis to the prescribed criteria. Based on the results of the validity questionnaire conducted by two expert validators, an average percentage of 86.40% was obtained as very valid. The practicality results from the students’ side show a percentage of 92.50% and 87.50% from the teachers which indicates very practical category. It can be concluded that the local cultural values of Bangka Belitung integrated to the English module with Scavenger Hunts are suitable, practical, and useful for students and teachers. Researchers further recommend the use of this module for teaching English, especially for the type of descriptive text that is appropriate to learning outcomes.

Abstract: Numerous acts done by teachers without proper consideration were impactful to students. This study determines the level of teacher cognition to reinforcement and punishment concept in the learning process at school. In addition, this study also aims to assign the accuracy of applying these concepts to students. Mixed-method using embedded design was implemented to address the goals. As 49 teachers responded from several schools in the District of Kepulauan Pongok, South Bangka. Besides, in-depth interviews were also conducted with five teachers who were selected. The research sample was set based on purposive sampling. The data collection techniques were a questionnaire in the form of a rating scale and an in-depth interview form with a feasibility test previously performed using the Content Validity Index. Likewise, the data obtained were processed using the calculation of the average, standard deviation, percentage as well as content analysis. The results indicated that 2.86 out of 5 or 57.2% of the teachers had good understanding towards the two concepts. Meanwhile, 3.15 or 63% of the teachers were familiar to reinforcement. Besides, 2.44 or 4.88% of the teachers were familiar to give punishment. In other words, the comprehension as well as it application are classified very moderate and needed to be carefully watched.
