Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini yaitu (1) Untuk memberikan sosialisasi kepada Anak-anak Yayasan mengenai pentingnya pengenalan keuangan, (2) Untuk memberikan bukti bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan kunjungan pengabdian masyarakat khususnya ke Yayasan Panti Asuhan perlu dilakukan oleh pihak Dosen dan Mahasiswa. Metode pelaksanaan ini adalah sosialisasi secara langsung (direct socialization) ke Yayasan untuk memberikan pengarahan mengenai pentingnya keuangan. Hasilnya adalah anak-anak yang berada di Yayasan dapat mengetahui pentingnya keuangan secara dasar serta memberikan informasi tentang menabung. Dampak pengabdian adalah (1) Bagi Anak-anak Yayasan yaitu dapat memahami mengenai dasar-dasar keuangan khususnya pengaturan uang secara sederhanadengan menggunakan metode games yang menarik. Anak-anak Yayasan juga bisa mendapatkan ilmu tentang perhitungan dasar matematika seperti uang pecahan dan nominal uang yang bermanfaat untuk kedepannya, (2) Bagi Mahasiswa yaitu dapat mengetahui kondisi dan situasi yang terjadi di Yayasan untuk menjadi lebih peka terhadap masyarakat, (3) Bagi Dosen yaitu dapat melatih untuk memberikan materi dengan situasi yang berbeda, misalnya penyampaian kepada anak-anak harus menggunakan bahasa yang mudah dimengerti sehingga tidak terjadi kebingungan, selanjutnya juga mengasah kemampuan dalam melakukan komunikasi dengan berbagai situasi yang terjadi.

Abstract

In this study the author tried to look at 2 variable that affect the quality of financial statements. The first variable is the application of SAK-ETAP and the second variable is the competence of accounting employees The object of this study is the accounting employees of PT XYZ who are also a sample. Multiple linear regression is used to analyze research results and the processing of research data with SPSS 22. Partially, the results of this study are the application of SAK-ETAP had no effect on the quality of financial statements, while the competence of accounting employees had an effect on the quality of financial statements.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of profitability, leverage and company size on Tax Avoidance in manufacturing companies for the period 2018 - 2022. This research is quantitative with a research sample of 11 companies. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of this research reveal that profitability has a negative effect on tax avoidance. Meanwhile, leverage and company size have no effect on tax avoidance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze human resource management in improving employee performance, and analyze SWOT for management of improving employee performance. The research uses qualitative methods. The subject of this research was the Mita Asrilia Hotel, Tangerang Banten, referring to data collection sources from hotel managers, employees and visitors. The data collection method is through interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, the analysis used in this research uses descriptive qualitative analysis. The first result of this research is that the hotel employee recruitment process is carried out directly by the hotel owner through file selection and interview tests. Placement of employees according to the positions needed. The employee training and development process is carried out by managers through direction and guidance as well as procedures for serving guests. Meanwhile, the performance assessment process is carried out through assessment measures, namely work quality, cooperation, creativity, discipline and responsibility. When providing compensation, especially in the form of salaries, it is given to employees differently according to the type of work and responsibilities they carry out. Then the second is the results of the SWOT analysis. From these results, weaknesses, strengths, threats and opportunities for improving employee performance can be identified.

Abstract

Community Service in the form of social service carried out by HIMAKU University of Tangerang Raya and a team of lecturers is beneficial for the Yapiska Foundation because these activities help Yapiska Foundation students regarding environmental hygiene and can provide knowledge to students in terms of implementing the financial system from an early age. The purpose of this service is (1) to carry out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely community service. (2) Providing education to students regarding procedures for managing finances from an early age for the Yapiska Foundation. (3) Carrying out social service activities by cleaning the school environment and providing cleaning equipment for the Yapiska Foundation, (4) To carry out the work program of the Accounting Student Association. (5) Broaden scientific insights regarding the financial system. (6) Provide education regarding the importance of protecting and preserving the surrounding environment. The result is that students at the Yapiska Foundation can learn how to manage finances from an early age, so that they can apply it in their daily life. The impact of the service is (1) For the students of the Yapiska Foundation, namely knowing the importance of environmental cleanliness in the school environment and being able to understand the procedures for managing finances from an early age. (2) For students, they can know the condition of the cleanliness of the Yapiska Foundation's environment so that they can be more sensitive to the people around the campus, (3) For lecturers, they can carry out the Three Pillars of Higher Education, namely Community Service.

Abstract

Profitabilitas merupakan bagaimana perusahaan mampu untuk mendapatkan laba.  Efektivitas manajemen dapat diukur menggunakan profitabilitas, efektivitas manajemen dapat ditunjukan oleh laba yang di hasilkan dari pendapatan investasi dan Penjualan. Analisis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan keuntungan dengan menganalisis data keuangan selama satu tahun. Metode analisis penelitian ini menggunakan analisis ROA. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rasio profitabilitas dimiliki pada perusahaan LQ45 rata rata mempunya nilai rasio yang baik. Nilai rasio provitabilitas yang paling tinggi adalah perusahaan UNVR dengan nilai rasio 29,980 dan nilai profitabilitas yang rendah adalah WIKA dengan nilai rasio 0,341.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan dan penggunaan digital payment terhadap prilaku konsumtif dengan gaya hidup sebagai variabel moderasi. Fenomena yang terjadi saat ini yaitu adanya perubahan prilaku kegiatan ekonomi dari pembayaran tunai menjadi digital payment dan dari pembelian tatap muka (offline) menjadi pembelian digital (online) ini semua terjadi karena adanya perkembangan teknologi yang semakin canggih. Kecanggihan teknologi ini melahirkan kemudahan dalam bertransaksi ekonomi namun melahirkan pula suatu prilaku konsumtif. Prilaku konsumtif pun memiliki keterkaitan dengan literasi keuangan, digital payment dan gaya hidup. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial dapat disimpulkan bahwa literasi keuangan memiliki pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap prilaku konsumtif dan digital payment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prilaku konsumtif. Dan hasil Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) dari penelitian ini adalah gaya hidup tidak dapat memperkuat literasi keuangan dan digital payment terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa, sehingga dapat disimpulkan gaya hidup mahasiswa yang tinggi atau rendah tidak dapat mempengaruhi literasi keuangan dan digital payment terhadap prilaku konsumtif mahasiswa. Saran yang dapat diberikan melalui penelitian ini bahwa prilaku konsumtif dikalangan mahasiswa yang terus menerus akan mengarah pada prilaku hedonisme yang pada akhirannya akan menjadi penyakit dalam hidup bermasyarakat maka diharapkan Mahasiswa dapat manage keuangan dengan berbelanja sesuai dengan kebutuhan bukan keinginan agar terhindar dari prilaku konsumtif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of servant leadership, organizational culture, compensation, and work discipline on employee performance at ATT Group Jakarta in 2023, either partially or simultaneously. The primary data is used by distributing questionnaires via Google form to respondents. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a sampling technique using Slovin so that the number of samples in this study is 170 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) program for window version 25. The t-test results show the t-count value on the servant leadership variable of 0.805, which is smaller than the t-table of 1.974 (0.805 < 1.974) and the sig. 0.422 is greater than 0.05 (0.422 > 0.05), on the organizational culture variable the t-count value is 4.220 greater than the t-table 1.974 (4.220 > 1.974), and the sig. 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05), in the compensation variable t-count 1.235 is smaller than t-table 1.974 (1.235 <1.974), and the sig. 0.219 is greater than 0.05 (0.219 > 0.05), for the work discipline variable the t-count value is 6.679 is greater than the t-table 1.974 (6.679 > 1.974), and the sig. value is 0.000 less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05 ), then from the results of the hypothesis test, it can be stated that partially servant leadership and compensation have no significant effect on employee performance. In contrast, the variables of organizational culture and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F test showed that F-count is 68.062 greater than F-table 2.426 (68.062 > 2.426) and a significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05) so it can be stated that servant leadership, organizational culture, compensation, and work discipline simultaneously / jointly has a positive and significant effect on the performance of ATT Group Jakarta employees..
