Abstract

Kecurangan yang dilakukan oleh oknum korporasi dan/atau oknum perseorangan melalui bursa saham masih terjadi, termasuk di Indonesia. Berdasarkan studi literature dan studi kasus pada misi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), disimpulkan bahwa BEI perlu melakukan perubahan misi organisasinya. Hal ini berdasarkan beberapa pertimbangan, antara lain pernyataan misi yang belum bersifat menyeluruh, misi belum mendeskripsikan produk/jasa yang ditawarkan oleh organisasi merujuk pada masih terjadinya kecurangan pelaporan keuangan, dan misi belum konsisten dengan aktivitas aktual dari organisasi tersebut.

Abstract

Kantorpos merupakan tempat strategis untuk transaksi penjualan dan atau distribusi barang dan jasa. Inovasi terus dilakukan oleh PT. Pos Indonesia, yang sejak berdirinya pada tahun 1965 telah mengalami beberpa kesulitan dan persaingan bisnis, seperti kinerja keuangan yang pernah terus merugi dan perusahaan yang sangat bergantung dengan proyek pemerintah, seperti program bantuan social, dan aksi demo serikat karyawan yang pernah dilakukan karena penundaan pembayaran gaji kepada pegawainya. Disimpulkan bahwa prospek PT. Pos Indonesia sangat bagus dan bahkan bisa menjadi juara di kelasnya. Disarankan agar menambah investasi pada teknologi informasi yang terkini sehingga pelayanan prima kepada pelanggan dapat dilakukan lebih cepat dan berkesan, karena menggunakan jaringan yang handal.

Abstract

Abstract

Masih terjadinya penyimpangan keuangan di beberapa perusahaan konstruksi dan properi tertentu di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) harus tetap disikapi dengan konsistensi pengujian kinerja keuangan perusahaan tersebut, baik secara horizontal maupun secara vertical. Berdasarkan studi kuantitatif dan kualitatif terhadap PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI) dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada tahun 2013-2017 terdapat kinerja keuangan yang bagus dan tidak bagus. Kinerja keuangan pada tahun 2013, 2014, 2015, dan 2017 tidak bagus meskipun laba bersih positip, sedangkan kinerja keuangan tahun 2016 cukup bagus meskipun laba bersih terendah di tahun 2013-2017. Agar kinerja keuangan menjadi lebih baik dan sejalan dengan pertumbuhan laba bersihnya, maka yang perlu dilakukan ADHI adalah meningkatkan tingkat perubahan piutang usaha dan meningkatkan tingkat perputaran persediaannya.

Abstract

Sistem informasi diperlukan dalam menghubungkan anta bagian dalam suatu organisasi. Selama ini sering terdapat permasalahan penentuan bonus dan kinerja yang dibayarkan oleh bagian keuangan kepada tenaga-tenaga di bagian pemasaran. Disimpulkan bahwa EntIS merupakan sarana yang transparan, up to date, dan akuntabel dalam menangani permasalahan penentuan bonus dan kinerja pada suatu organisasi yang selalu mengalami perubahan dinamika lingkungan yang kompetitif. Hal ini didasarkan pada pemikiran bahwa dalam EntIS tercakup motivasi teknikal, motivasi kapabilitas organisasional, dan motivasi strategi/kinerja yang efisien, efektif dan integrative di dalam dan di antara perusahaan.

Abstract

Tekanan kompetisi dan kemajuan teknologi menyebabkan suatu organisasi harus mampu mengeksplorasi pentingnya peran performance measurement systems (PMS). Disimpulkan bahwa manajemen organisasi sebagai penerima akhir dari proses PMS harus mempertimbangkan beberapa indicator, antara lain kebijakan mutu, target kualitas, bidang minat dalam organisasi, daya saing pasar, penelitian dan pengembangan, kemajuan dan inovasi, pengelolaan, pengembangan dan peningkatan sumber daya manusia, serta komunikasi internal dan eksternal.

Abstract

The development of research in the world of technology, especially financial technology or fintech, provides novelty for this research. The limited research that discusses students' perceptions of fintech development is the main reason for this research. The objectives of this study are (1) to analyze the implementation of the influence of fintech adoption for students based on the Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) and (2) to quantitatively analyze the conditions regarding the influence of fintech adoption in the scope of students. This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the development of fintech in the scope of students in the Tangerang area. The research method uses primary data (questionnaires) from as many as 65 students. The results of the study prove that only Perceived Behavioural Control (PB) affects behaviour, that acceptance of technology is easier for students to understand, which is influenced by the scope of practice in the surrounding environment so that students commonly know the knowledge about fintech because of the wider development of technology. Students can make their own decisions about fintech adoption without being influenced by others.

Abstract

The background of this research is Indonesian companies are still voluntarily using GRI compare to other countries' cases. The main thing is that the limited number of companies that use GRI can affect its performance. The organization's performance describes the company's financial ratios as one of the effective financial performance descriptions. This is related to economic factors that are internal to the company, such as GRI, CSR, and ESG. The purpose of this study was discussed because of the limited number of listed companies in Indonesia (listed in IDX) using the GRI G4 method globally, which is one of the highlights of this research. The data used for 4 years, namely 2016-2019 in Indonesia. This research methodology uses panel data regression. This study uses secondary data, namely from the company's financial statements and database streams (Thomson Reuters Eikon). The results of the study prove that GRI affects financial ratios. The same result also occurs in other variables, namely ESG affects financial ratios (ROA). The controversy is that companies that have been listed must pay more attention to developments in items in GRI to gain trust from foreign investors and confidence in the company's sustainability.

Abstract

The aim of the study is to examine the influence of attitude toward behavior, subjective norms, and behavioral intention on actual behaviour. The research population comprises students enrolled in accounting and management programs at Jabodetabek, with a specific emphasis on cost accounting. The sample had 128 individuals, that includes of accounting and management students from private institutions in Jabodetabek. The data was collected from January to February 2024 over a period of two months, utilizing a questionnaire and employing multiple regression analysis as the approach. The research pertains to a cohort of students enrolled in the accounting and management study program within the Jabodetabek region, who possess a familiarity with technology, particularly in relation to the advancement of cost accounting courses. The study's findings demonstrate that attitudes toward behavior positively influence accounting and management students' understanding of cost accounting in Jabodetabek regarding actual behavior, while subjective norms also positively impact their knowledge of cost accounting in relation to actual behavior. The intention to act has not influenced actual behavior. This research may indicate that cost accounting is a mandatory course for students pursuing accounting and management careers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to: (1) Analyze the effect of competence on employee performance; (2) Examine the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance; (3) Investigate how competence affects organizational citizenship behavior (OCB); (4) Assess the effect of organizational commitment on OCB; (5) Evaluate the impact of OCB on employee performance; (6) Investigate the effect of competence on employee performance with OCB as a mediating variable; (7) Analyze the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance through OCB as an intervening variable. The study focuses on the population of 43 permanent employees at the Electricity Company in Kendari City. Since the population is fewer than 100, all permanent employees were selected as respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) methodology. Based on the findings, the researcher recommends using OCB as a mediator between competence and employee performance at the Electricity Company in Kendari City and encourages the continued use of OCB as a mediator in the relationship between competence and employee performance.
