Abstract

This study aimed to provide an overview of the implementation of teacher learning management in improving student academic achievement at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darussalam Buriko. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation using a qualitative descriptive method. The findings indicate that effective learning management at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darussalam Buriko involves three key stages: (1) Learning Planning: Lesson plans and other administrative tools are prepared, although often only to meet administrative requirements. (2) Implementation: Teachers generally follow their lesson plans, except in certain subjects where they rely solely on student textbooks. (3) Evaluation: This involves formative and summative assessments and evaluations of students' spiritual and social attitudes. Improved student learning outcomes are evidenced by fewer remedial cases attributed to teachers' innovative methods. However, challenges include insufficient infrastructure, additional teacher assignments, inadequate knowledge of planning and implementation, limited study duration, and student-related issues such as afternoon drowsiness, lack of enthusiasm, and discipline problems.This study aimed to provide an overview of the implementation of teacher learning management in improving student academic achievement at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darussalam Buriko. Abstract

This study aims to develop a thematic learning module integrated with Islamic values on the sub-theme "Working Together to Achieve Goals" for grade VI students at MI Al-Ikhlas Balebo. The study used the Research and Development (R&D) method with a 4D development model consisting of the Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages. At the Define stage, a needs analysis was conducted through interviews and questionnaires to identify the challenges faced by students and teachers in learning. Based on the results of the analysis, the module was designed with attractive illustrations and clearer materials to improve student understanding. The Develop stage involved validation tests by experts in the fields of language, materials, and religion, with an average validity result of above 90%, indicating that the module is suitable for use in learning. In addition, the practicality test showed that this module is very practical with an average value of 88.12%. This module not only helps students understand the material better, but also instills Islamic values in the learning process. This study concludes that the developed learning module is effective and relevant in improving the quality of learning and the formation of students' religious character.

Abstract

This article discusses the development of Islamic Cultural History learning media for Khulafaur Rasyidin grade VII MTsN 1 Tana Toraja based on Box and Q.R. Code Quiz Paper. This study aims to determine the media's validity, practicality, and effectiveness. Using the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Plom model, the research was conducted on grade VII students at MTsN 1 Tana Toraja. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and tests and analyzed in a quantitative descriptive manner. The results showed that this Media was valid, with a percentage of 90% by media experts, 100% by material experts, 87.9% by linguists, and 100% by Islamic Cultural History teachers. The practicality of this media reached 87.9%, and its effectiveness was shown by a post-test score with a sig (2-tailed) of 0.024 < 0.05, indicating that this Media was effectively used in teaching. The results of this study confirm that the Media Based on Box and Q.R. Code Quiz Paper is a valid, practical, and effective learning tool for teaching Islamic Cultural History.

Abstract

This research is entitled Development of E-modules Based on Canva and Heyzine Applications in Islamic Religious Education Subjects at Junior High School (SMP) Negeri 03 Palopo. This study aimed to determine the validity and practicality of e-modules based on Canva and Heyzine applications in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMPN 03 Palopo. This research uses the R&D (Research and Development) research type with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results of this study indicate that the Islamic Religious Education e-module from the validity test has met the criteria of very valid with a score of 84.21% by media experts, 95% by material experts and 81.81% by linguists. It meets the practical criteria with a score of 98% by educators and 91% by students.

Abstract

In order to gain insight into the development process, verification test outcomes, and practicality of using puzzle media in Islamic religious education, this study examines its impact on class II students' learning about faith in the Book of Allah at Madrasah Ibtidaya Pondok Pesantren Technologi Darussalam Salu Utama. Research Methodology The Dick and Carey Development Model used in R&D. Pondok Pesantren "Salu Induc Technology" an elementary madrasah with 18 students served as the site of the research. Questions, surveys, and records are all part of the data gathering process. The data was analyzed using both quantitative and qualitative descriptive methods. The results of the data analysis showed: 1) Using theDick and Carey development model, the development stage of Puzzle media was carried out. 2) The validation test yielded a percentage of 89.6% for media experts and 91.7% for material experts, putting it in the "very valid" category. 3) The practicalitytest yielded a percentage of 86.7% for student responses and an additional 87.5% for subject teachers, maintaining its "very practical" status. Therefore, the second graders at Darussalam Salu Induq Technology Islamic Boarding School have benefited much from creating Qur'an-based puzzle media.

Abstract

Religious education plays a fundamental role in shaping students’ moral and spiritual values, especially in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri, which integrates both general and religious education. This study explores holistic approaches to religious education management, focusing on strategic planning, implementation, evaluation, and community participation. A qualitative research approach using a case study method was employed, involving interviews, observations, and document analysis to assess the effectiveness of religious education management. The findings indicate that effective religious education requires a combination of a well-structured curriculum, extracurricular activities, community involvement, and the use of technology. The main challenges in managing religious education include resource limitations, a lack of educators proficient in modern pedagogical methods, and external influences from social environments and digital media. To address these challenges, schools must develop teacher training programs, strengthen collaboration with parents and communities, and integrate technology as a learning tool. This study emphasizes the importance of continuous evaluation to ensure that religious education is theoretical and contributes to students’ character formation and behavior. By adopting a holistic management approach, Madrasah Aliyah Negeri can enhance the effectiveness of religious education, strengthen students’ religious identity, and prepare them to navigate modern challenges with strong moral foundations.

Abstract

Krisis moral, rendahnya kedisiplinan, dan meningkatnya perilaku negatif di kalangan peserta didik menuntut sekolah tidak hanya berperan sebagai lembaga pengembangan akademik, tetapi juga sebagai pusat pembentukan karakter. Pemerintah Indonesia telah menegaskan pentingnya pendidikan karakter melalui UU No. 20 Tahun 2003 dan Program Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PPK). Dalam konteks ini, kepala sekolah memiliki peran strategis dalam menciptakan budaya sekolah yang berkarakter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi kepala sekolah dalam mewujudkan sekolah berkarakter serta menganalisis faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya di SMA Negeri 15 Kabupaten Luwu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi kepala sekolah dilakukan melalui tiga tahap: perencanaan (perumusan visi-misi bersama guru dan orang tua), pelaksanaan (program 5S, kegiatan ibadah rutin, pembinaan rohis, perayaan Natal, dan kegiatan sosial), serta evaluasi (briefing mingguan). Faktor pendukung mencakup sinergi antar pemangku kepentingan sekolah dan sarana prasarana yang memadai, sedangkan penghambatnya meliputi rendahnya motivasi belajar, masalah keluarga, pengaruh lingkungan negatif, rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat, dan latar belakang siswa yang beragam. Penelitian dilakukan di satu sekolah sehingga generalisasi terbatas. Temuan ini dapat menjadi rujukan bagi kepala sekolah lain dalam merancang strategi pembentukan budaya sekolah berkarakter. Penelitian ini memberikan pemetaan komprehensif tentang strategi kepala sekolah yang mengintegrasikan pendekatan manajemen strategis dan teori ekologi perkembangan dalam pendidikan karakter.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penerapan strategi pembelajaran peer lesson untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam di SDN 54 Salupikung Kota Palopo. Latar belakang penelitian adalah dominasi guru dalam pembelajaran yang menyebabkan siswa pasif dan hasil belajar rendah. Dari 20 siswa, sebanyak 11 orang belum mencapai Kriteria Ketercapaian Tujuan Pembelajaran (KKTP) sebesar 75 pada materi "Rasul Idolaku". Penelitian menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Kemmis dan McTaggart dengan subjek siswa kelas V berjumlah 20 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan lembar observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa serta tes hasil belajar.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kedua siklus. Aktivitas guru meningkat dari 75% (cukup baik) pada siklus I menjadi 92% (sangat baik) pada siklus II. Aktivitas siswa meningkat dari 64,1% (baik) menjadi 86% (baik sekali). Ketuntasan hasil belajar mengalami peningkatan dari 45% pada siklus I menjadi 85% pada siklus II, dengan selisih peningkatan sebesar 40%.Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran peer lesson efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam. Penerapan strategi ini berhasil menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih aktif dan meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study examines the strategies employed by principals in enhancing teachers' professional competence within Islamic schools. Using a qualitative descriptive approach and a case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that principals implement structured professional development programs, mentorship and coaching initiatives, collaborative learning environments, spiritual and moral guidance, and institutional support to improve teachers' instructional skills and overall performance. The study highlights that professional development programs enhance pedagogical skills and encourage innovative teaching methods. Mentorship and coaching provide novice teachers with valuable feedback and support, leading to improved classroom management and student engagement. Collaborative learning environments, such as MGMP meetings, foster the exchange of best practices and continuous learning. Additionally, spiritual and moral guidance strengthens teachers' ethical conduct and emotional connection with students, while institutional support, including access to resources and recognition of achievements, boosts teacher motivation and job satisfaction. The results of this study align with educational theories such as Social Learning Theory, Sociocultural Theory, and Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory. However, challenges such as limited funding, resistance to change, and the need for continuous evaluation were also identified. The study concludes that the strategies implemented by principals effectively enhance teachers' professional competence by addressing both technical and moral aspects of teaching. Future research is recommended to assess the long-term impact of these strategies on student outcomes and explore the role of technology in supporting professional development.
