Abstract

Digital marketing has evolved rapidly with advancements in technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data analytics, and machine learning. One of the main innovations in digital marketing is personalization, which refers to tailoring messages, offers, and customer experiences based on individual preferences, behaviors, and past interactions with brands. This study aims to analyze how personalization in digital marketing influences customer perceived value, using the Customer Value Theory as the analytical framework. Through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), this research identifies the relationship between personalization and customer value across functional, emotional, and social dimensions, as well as how it impacts customer loyalty and brand equity. The study also highlights challenges related to the ethical use of data and the long-term impact of personalization on customer loyalty. Based on these findings, further research is needed to explore variations in responses to personalization influenced by culture and demographics, and to examine the role of new technologies like AI, AR (augmented reality), and blockchain in enhancing customer experiences.

Abstract

Salah satu bisnis yang berkembang pesat dan merasakan ketatnya persaingan saat ini adalah bisnis dalam bidang makanan atau dikenal dengan istilah kuliner. Persaingan yang semakin ketat tersebut ditandai dengan banyaknya bisnis dalam bidang kuliner yang menghasilkan produk dengan jenis yang sama akan tetapi harga dan pelayanan beraneka ragam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui angket yang diisi oleh 100 responden. Berdasarkan hasil uji simultan pada tabel di atas diperoleh nilai F hitung sebesar (17.777) > F tabel (3,09) dengan nilai signifikan sebesar < 0,001 artinya < 0,001 < 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel-variabel independen yaitu pelayanan (X1) dan harga (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan konsumen (YUntuk mengetahui ada tidaknya varabel X terhadap Y dapat diketahui dari nilai t hitung > t tabel. Nilai product moment pada df = n-k-1 (dimana n adalah jumlah data dan k adalah jumlah variabel), df = 100-2-1 = 97 tingkat kesalahan 5% adalah sebesar 1,984.

Abstract

Observasi di MTs Nurul Jadid menunjukkan masih banyak permasalahan pada kinerja pembelajaran guru, Sebagian guru tidak melakukan persiapan pembelajaran sebelum kelas dan kinerja pembelajaran guru yang kurang optimal. Metode pembelajaran yang berbeda. Teknik pengumpulan data yang diunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi dan angket. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji autokorelasi. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan supervise terhadap kinerja guru di MTs Nurul Jadid Kecamatan Botolinggo Kabupaten Bondowoso. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai signifikasi gaya kepemimpinan >0,05 yang artinya variable gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja guru. Nilai kepentingan variabel utama dipantau adalah <0,05 maka terdapat pengaruh variabel supervise kepala sekolah terhadap variabel kinerja guru. Secara ringkas pengaruh kedua variabel, dipertimbangkan signifikan p-value. Jika nilainya kurang dari 0,05 (p-value <0,05), mska kedua variabel mempunyai pengarug signifikan.

Abstract

This study explores the relationships between personalization, trust, customer satisfaction, and online purchase intention in e-commerce. As online shopping continues to grow, understanding the factors that drive consumer behavior becomes increasingly important for businesses seeking to improve their digital marketing strategies. The objective of this research is to examine how personalization and trust influence customer satisfaction and purchase intention, with a focus on the mediating role of customer satisfaction. Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the study analyzes data from 173 buyers of a furniture retailer, CV Melindo Jember. The results reveal that both personalization and trust positively influence customer satisfaction, which, in turn, significantly impacts online purchase intention. Personalization was found to enhance customer satisfaction, and trust played a critical role in shaping both satisfaction and purchase intention. The study further demonstrates that customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between personalization, trust, and purchase intention. These findings have practical implications for e-commerce businesses, highlighting the importance of personalization strategies and trust-building measures in improving customer experiences and boosting sales. The research contributes to the understanding of consumer behavior in online shopping, providing actionable insights for businesses to increase purchase intention. However, further research is needed to explore these relationships in other industries and geographical regions, as well as to consider other potential mediators or moderators of the consumer decision-making process.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi digital marketing terhadap peningkatan penjualan produk di platform e-commerce, khususnya melalui fitur TikTok. Studi kasus ini dilakukan pada Toko Daily Mart Putri, yang memanfaatkan video tiktok sebagai salah satu strategi pemasaran digital. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan metode survei yang melibatkan sejumlah responden, yaitu konsumen yang berpartisipasi dalam sesi live streaming dan video tiktok di toko tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi linier untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel strategi digital marketing dan peningkatan penjualan. Faktor-faktor seperti interaksi langsung dengan konsumen, penggunaan promosi diskon saat video tiktok, dan penyajian produk secara visual menarik, terbukti efektif dalam menarik perhatian dan meningkatkan konversi penjualan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan fitur video tiktok dapat menjadi alat pemasaran yang potensial untuk meningkatkan daya saing bisnis di era digital

Abstract

This study investigates the role of work environment and organizational learning in enhancing employee engagement, with knowledge sharing functioning as a mediating variable. Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS), this study examines the direct and indirect effects of work environment (X1), organizational learning (X2), and knowledge sharing (Z) on employee engagement (Y) in the context of FIF Jember, a regional branch of a financial services company. The sample consists of all 156 employees at FIF Jember, selected due to their direct involvement in tasks related to customer service, loan management, and financial compliance. The findings indicate that the work environment and organizational learning significantly influence employee engagement, with path coefficients of 0.187 (P = 0.002) and 0.229 (P = 0.001), respectively. Additionally, knowledge sharing, as a mediating variable, significantly strengthens the effects of the work environment and organizational learning on employee engagement. Knowledge sharing was found to have a positive effect on engagement, with a path coefficient of 0.508 (P = 0.000). This study highlights the importance of creating a supportive work environment that encourages continuous learning opportunities, alongside promoting knowledge sharing, as key strategies for enhancing employee engagement. These findings provide practical insights for organizations seeking to improve employee performance and retention, particularly in dynamic sectors such as financial services.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of key factors such as technology access, digital infrastructure, education, and job availability on community well-being in East Java, Indonesia, with a focus on economic resilience as a mediating variable and human resource quality as a moderating factor. This study uses data obtained from 300 respondents, specifically social assistance recipients in East Java, selected through purposive sampling. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was applied to analyze the relationship between these factors. The findings indicate that digital infrastructure, education, and job availability significantly influence economic resilience and community well-being. Economic resilience plays a significant role in mediating these effects, while human resource quality moderates the relationship, enhancing the impact of economic resilience on well-being. This study contributes to the literature by integrating these variables into a comprehensive framework, emphasizing the need for investment in education, digital infrastructure, and inclusive job creation policies to address the welfare gap, particularly in rural areas, and to promote sustainable development in East Java.
