Abstract

This research aims to find out whether customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between price and brand identity on consumer loyalty. The sampling technique in this research used the accidental sampling method by distributing questionnaires to 150 respondents. The data analysis method was carried out using several statistical tests: research instrument testing (validity and reliability testing) and hypothesis testing. The research results show that: (1) brand identity has a positive influence on customer satisfaction. (2) brand identity has a positive influence on consumer loyalty. (3) Price has a positive influence on customer satisfaction. (4) price has a positive influence on consumer loyalty. (5) brand identity through customer satisfaction influences consumer loyalty. (6), price through customer satisfaction has a significant effect on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

This research  aims to find out the results regarding  the analysis of purchases,  receivables and cash flow on profits through a cost savings system as an influencing variable for PT. Kalam noble leverage. This research   uses  quantitative  methods.  This method  is usually  carried  out  randomly,  uses  research  instruments, and applies data or statistical analysis to test predetermined hypotheses. In this context, a quantitative approach  is used by collecting data regarding  purchases of project materials,  receivables and cash flows during the 2018-2022 period. The data analysis technique uses the eviews 12 analysis method. The results of this research  show that purchases  and receivables do not affect the company's profit, while cash flow affects the company's profit.

Abstract

The increase in the minimum wage for Sidoarjo Regency from 2013 to 2023 shows a sharp increase. This makes open unemployment even higher and places Sidoarjo Regency in first place with the highest number of unemployed in East Java. If the minimum wage in Sidoarjo Regency experiences a very significant increase in the following years, more companies will go bankrupt or even move outside Sidoarjo Regency to prevent greater losses, resulting in more unemployment in Sidoarjo Regency. This research aims to determine the impact of forecasting increases in the minimum wage on open unemployment in Sidoarjo Regency every year 2024 to 2030. This research uses the ARIMA (0,1,0) model, which is then analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 version. The research results show that open unemployment in Sidoarjo Regency over the next 6 (six) years is likely to increase by 0.43% every year. This happens because of the increase in the minimum wage which tends to get higher every year.
