Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has become an important element in supporting all organizational activities, one of which is a religious institution such as GMIT Petra Kefamenanu. This church utilizes the internet network to support worship activities, administration, and educational services. However, the increasing needs and number of users cause slow connections and the emergence of network security risks. Based on these conditions, this study aims to design and implement an optimal and secure network infrastructure blueprint using a firewall as a network security system and a Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) approach as a development method. This research was conducted through five NDLC stages: network requirements analysis, design, blueprint , simulation using Cisco Packet Tracer , configuration implementation with Mikrotik, and monitoring. The results of the study show that the network design based on star technology (star topology) and firewall configuration that includes DHCP, NAT, and Layer 7 Protocol features successfully increased overall security and connection efficiency. The firewall is able to limit unproductive access and prevent potential cyber threats. This implementation proves that the blueprint is designed not only for a systematic and extensive network structure, but also provides comprehensive network protection against external attacks, thus supporting more effective church services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the sustainability of MSMEs in North Central Timor Regency by utilizing the K-Mode clustering method and Naive Bayes classification. The data used includes 550 MSMEs in North Central Timor Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province, classified based on attributes such as location, product price, financial condition, innovation, technology utilization, and sustainability. The K-Mode method was employed to group MSMEs based on categorical similarities after the data was segmented by location attributes, while the Naive Bayes method was applied to classify MSME sustainability following clustering. The results indicate that in rural areas, MSMEs tend to dominate with high product prices and good financial conditions but show low levels of innovation and technology utilization. In contrast, MSMEs in urban areas are generally more innovative and technology-driven despite facing infra-structure challenges. The application of Naive Bayes demonstrated that a data training ratio of 70:30 yielded the best accuracy. Accordingly, the resulting model can be utilized to monitor the sustainability conditions of MSMEs. This study provides insights into sustainability patterns of MSMEs in both rural and urban areas and opens opportunities for further research on external factors affecting sustainability and barriers to technology adoption in rural areas.

Abstract

UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah) merupakan salah satu sektor penggerak bagi pendapatan untuk kehidupan masyarakat mengengah ke bawah. Bagi masyarakat wilayah perbatasan RI-RDTL khususnya di Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara (TTU), melalui UMKM dapat memperbaiki stabilitas keuangan mereka. Dalam dua tahun terkahir UMKM di wilayah ini bertumbuh dua kali lipat yakni sejumlah 10.806. Melihat pertumbuhan pesat ini, menjadi kabar baik atas dukungan yang sudah diberikan oleh negara melalui Pemeritah TTU sebagai fasilitator, regulator, dan katalisator. Sebuah UMKM yang sehat tentunya memiliki ciri-ciri yang baik jika dilihat dari segi Lokasi, Harga Produk, Kondisi Keuangan, Inovasi, dan Pemanfaatan Teknologi. Penelitian ini membangun SPK (Sistem Pendukung Keputusan) sebagai solusi dalam memberikan keputusan keberlanjutan dari satu UMKM yang dianalisis. Dalam menganalisis data, digunakan Model Decision Tree (DT) atau Pohon Keputusan. Cara kerja model DT adalah membetuk sebuah pohon mulai dari akar, cabang, dan daun. Pembangunan pohon keputusan menggunakan Algoritma ID3 yang dikenal dengan Iterative Dichotomiser 3. SPK yang dikembangankan terbukti dapat membangun Aturan Pohon Keputusan dengan 300 data training dan 20 data testing dengan hasil akurasi sebesar 80%.
