Abstract

In 2016 according to WHO more than25 â„… the number of children under the age of five years was around 166 million children who experienced stunting, whereas in 2018 the prevalence of stunting in South Sulawesi decreased by around 30.8 â„…, but if the stunting problem was still above 20 â„…, then it is still a public health problem. The research purposes to know relationship parenting feeding with an incident of stunting on toddlers. This research is quantitative research through observational analytic approaches with cross-sectional design. The number of samples was 36 people from all populations of toddlers in the working area of the gattareng health center with a sampling technique using consecutive sampling. Data processing using the chi-square test with the significance value a <0,05. The result of the study there is a relationship between parenting feeding and incident of stunting with value p:0,000 <0.05. Parenting feeding is in the lacking category as much as 52,8â„… and incident of stunting as much as 50,0â„….

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of the application of the Scrabble game in learning English to know the increase in the vocabulary of the Al-Irsyad Quran House Lappa using the Scrabble game. The researchers use the quantitative methods, through techniques random sampling and focused on one group. The type of research is pre-experimental design. Through the application of pre-test and post-test designs. The instrument used in this research is a short objective test with a total of 10 items that have been randomized through content validity because the preparation of the instrument is adjusted to the material taught to students. Students experienced a significant increase in the vocabulary category as evidenced before the pretest, more students were included in the Enough category as many as 11 students or 44%, while in Excellent and Very good categories, there were only 2 students each who proved their vocabulary mastery was still low. After applying the Scrabble game, students experienced an increase, it can be seen in the Insufficient category that there were no more students who got a score of 60. This increased in the Excellent and Very Good categories which initially only 2 students, after the post-test the Excellent category was 11 students or (44% ) funds in the Very Good category were 7 students (28%) of 25 students.

Abstract

تركز هذه الرسالة على الانعكاس السياسي لتواني تولوتانج كمجموعة أقلية في فترة حملة الانتخابات الرئاسية لعام ٢٠١٩. غالبًا ما يتم التعامل مع مجموعات الأقليات بشكل خاص من قبل مجموعة الأغلبية وحتى الدولة ، وهو ما يمكن رؤيته من خلال الروايات المحدودة عنها خلال الانتخابات الرئاسية بالأمس. في هذه النقطة ، يهدف هذا البحث إلى النظر إلى انعكاس تواني تولوتانغ السياسي كمجموعة أقلية في لحظة فترة الانتخابات الرئاسية لعام ٢٠١٩ ، خاصة من وجهة نظر الدستور الديمقراطي والتعاليم الإسلامية. تطبق هذه الدراسة نهج Edmund Husserl للظواهر المتعالية لفهم هذه الظاهرة من خلال مقابلة مع مخبر من مجتمعهم يُدعى Uwa Jappi Pattedungi. لتحليل البيانات التي تم العثور عليها من المقابلة ، تم اتخاذ عدة خطوات ، وهي جمع المعلومات من المخبرين ؛ تصنيف نتائج المعلومات ؛ تحليل التصنيف واستخلاص النتائج. تثبت نتائج هذه الدراسة أن الانعكاس السياسي لمجموعة تواني تولوتانج يستند إلى قيمة حكمتهم المحلية في شكل قيمة التسامح. - سورة النحل (٩٠) و سورة النساء (١٣٥) . ولكن ، فقد أعيد بناء إمكانية الحكمة المحلية في حركة "الشعبوية السياسية" نتيجة استقطاب الدعم السياسي ، خاصة تجاه الجماعات التي تميل أكثر إلى موقف التفرد في السياسة. لإختمام هذه المشكلة ، من الضروري إصلاح المؤسسات والعقليات التي يمكن رؤيتها من خلال التواصل السياسي الذي يركز أكثر على قيمة المساواة في العلاقة بين الأغلبية

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang model predator-prey dalam ekosistem dengan melibatkan upaya pengendalian pada predator. Penelitian ini berfokus pada dinamika populasi kedua spesies tersebut menggunakan model predator-prey yang telah dimodifikasi. Asumsi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa prey dikonsumsi oleh predator, predator akan mati jika tidak ada prey, prey meningkat ketika tidak ada predator, predator dapat mengkonsumsi prey dalam jumlah tak terbatas, dan prey mati hanya jika dimangsa oleh predator. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dua titik keseimbangan: (0,0) yang berarti terjadinya kepunahan di kedua spesies, dan (m/a , r/a) yang menunjukkan eksistensi kedua spesies. Analisis kestabilan menggunakan matriks Jacobi menujukkan bahwa titik keseimbangan kedua stabil jika . Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman interaksi spesifik antara predator dan prey, serta memberikan solusi mitigasi untuk mengurangi serangan predator terhadap prey, mendukung upaya konservasi dan pengelolaan sumber daya alam yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The development of industrial enterprises today is increasingly demanding quality human resources. PT Selim Elektro is a company engaged in the assembly of electronic cables that produce wire harnesses, especially in the Brebes region. The problem that arises today at PT Selim Elektro is about the performance of employees who have not been optimal. Employee performance is the main focus that must be improved immediately so that work targets are achieved and increased. The success of an enterprise cannot be achieved if it relies solely on individual efforts, but requires cooperation between employees and the organization of learners within the company. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence teamwork and learning organizations have on the performance of PT Selim Elektro employees. This research uses quantitative methods. The method of sampling in a random way, as well as the number of samples were established by the Slovin formula, a total of 91 employees. The data analysis tools in this study used the analysis of t-test tests, F tests, and multiple linear regression tests, which were tested by instruments with previous validity and reliability tests. The results of this study show that teamwork and learning organizations can affect the improvement of the performance of PT Sellim Elektro employees. The amount of influence of teamwork variables and learning organization variables on employee performance variables was 54.3%, and the rest by other variables not examined

Abstract

Inovasi produk dan layanan merupakan salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan daya saing bank syariah di Indonesia. Agar dapat bersaing dengan lembaga keuangan lain, tentu saja BSI KCP Cirebon Plered 1 membutuhkan inovasi, terutama inovasi produk dan layanan. Perkembangan inovasi produk dan layanan penting agar masyarakat tertarik dengan BSI KCP Cirebon Plered 1. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan inovasi produk dan layanan terhadap peningkatan daya saing BSI KCP Cirebon Plered 1, menganalisis tantangan dan peluang inovasi produk dan layanan di Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Cirebon Plered 1, serta mengidentifikasi kemampuan Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Cirebon Plered 1 dalam mengatasi tantangan dan memanfaatkan peluang tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis SWOT dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Analisis SWOT menggunakan matriks internal factor evaluation (IFE) dan matriks external factor evaluation (EFE), di mana IFE yang meliputi kekuatan dan kelemahan dan EFE meliputi peluang dan tantangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, BSI KCP Cirebon Plered 1 telah menunjukkan komitmen yang kuat terhadap inovasi produk dan layanan dalam meningkatkan daya saingnya. Melalui evaluasi produk yang ada, perbandingan dengan produk bank syariah lain, serta penambahan fitur baru seperti menambahkan fitur pembayaran tiket kereta api pada mobile banking, menu pembayaran listrik/air, menu pembayaran akademik, dan sebagainya, bank berhasil menarik minat nasabah dan meningkatkan pertumbuhan jumlah nasabah. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur IT, resistensi terhadap perubahan, dan kurangnya pemahaman nasabah tentang produk syariah, BSI KCP Cirebon Plered 1 mampu memanfaatkan peluang signifikan. Hal ini termasuk meningkatnya minat masyarakat terhadap produk perbankan syariah dan perkembangan teknologi digital. Dengan strategi inovatif, kesadaran akan prinsip syariah, dan komitmen terhadap keamanan data dan teknologi, bank dapat mengatasi tantangan dan memanfaatkan peluang untuk terus berinovasi dalam produk dan layanan.

Abstract

Populism has become a significant global political phenomenon in an increasingly connected digital age. The study explores the dynamics of populism in social media and its influence on public political thinking. We used analytical methods to explore how social media platforms strengthen populist narratives and influence public political perceptions and studies. Through literature analysis and library studies, we found that populist leaders can use social media as an effective way to convey their message directly to the wider masses. It gives them an opportunity to strengthen their identities, emphasize controversial issues, and gain emotional support. However, the negative consequence of this phenomenon is the spread of false or false information, which can increase political polarization and social fragmentation. We stress the importance of gaining a better understanding of the mechanisms that drive change in public opinion in the digital world as well as the elements that trigger populism. With this understanding, more effective strategies could be developed to control the negative effects of populism on social media and encourage critical thinking as well as constructive conversations among communities.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk., tahun 2018-2022. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sumber data sekunder berasal dari laporan keuangan PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk.,. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitiaan ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Pengukuran kinerja keuangan menggunakan indikator rasio profibilitas dan rasio solvabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio profitabilitas mengalami kondisi kinerja keuangan yang kurang baik, sedangkan rasio solvabilitas mengalami konsisi kinerja keuangan yang fluktuatif.

Abstract

The beading handicraft training at Abadi Aisyiyah Orphanage in Parepare City was initiated due to the children's monotonous daily routines and limited facilities for developing their creative skills. This activity aimed to provide the children with new experiences, enhance their fine motor skills, creativity, and self-confidence. A total of 30 children from the Abadi Aisyiyah Orphanage in Parepare City participated in this activity. The training was conducted over three days, with the first day focused on demonstrating the making of bracelets and rings, followed by a creative session where the children could make crafts according to their imagination. The second day continued with demonstrations of making phone straps and keychains, followed by similar creative activities. Data collected showed a significant increase in the children's fine motor skills and self-confidence after the training. On the third day, the products were marketed, and the event was concluded. Following the training, there was a 25% increase in creativity, a 40% improvement in fine motor skills, and a 5% boost in self-confidence. Additionally, the sales of the handicraft products made by the children not only enhanced their marketing skills but also yielded a 100% profit. The profits were used to purchase beading tools and materials, ensuring the sustainability of this creative activity in the future. This activity underscores the importance of providing creative facilities for children's development in orphanages and demonstrates the positive impact of engaging in creative activities on skill development and self-confidence.
