Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the planning of the Buddhist education learning process; to describe the implementation of the Buddhist Education learning process; and to describe the assessment of the Buddhist Education learning process at SDN 2 Karangduwur during the Covid 19 pandemic. This research uses qualitative methods. Implementation of research at SDN 2 Karangduwur, Ayah District, Kebumen Regency. In planning, Buddhist education subject teachers have created a syllabus and prepared lesson plans before carrying out learning activities to serve as a guide in teaching and learning activities. At SDN 2 Karangduwur the average number of students in a class is 24 students and for Buddhists it is a very minority, the total from class 1 to class 6 is 13 students. In managing the learning process, teachers are able to recognize and provide direction to students. When the Covid 19 pandemic occurred, the learning process occurred using one of the applications. Then, during the limited face-to-face meeting held at SDN 2 Karangduwur, all Buddhist students still entered. Remembering that students who are Buddhist are a minority and can keep their distance. In carrying out learning activities in the classroom, the stages that teachers carry out include: carrying out preliminary activities, carrying out core activities and; carry out closing activities. Buddhist education subject teachers evaluate their students by giving homework assignments, assignments done in class, tests, written exams, mid-semester exams, final semester exams, oral questions, and also assessing students' attitudes.

Abstract

Perubahan pola pembelajaran dari tatap muka menjadi pembelajaran dalam jaringan berimplikasi pada minat dan prestasi belajar. Kedua hal tersebut perlu dianalisis untuk mengetahui perubahan perilaku serta solusi pemecahan yang dapat diberikan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ada tidaknya pengaruh minat belajar dan prestasi belajar pada masa pandemi covid-19. Untuk mengetahui minat belajar mahasiswa data dikumpulkan melalui angket sedangkan prestasi belajar diketahui melalui kartu hasil studi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara minat belajar dan prestasi belajar mahasiswa pada masa pandemi covid-19. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan uji hipotesis dimana nilai t hitung yang diperoleh melebihi nilia t tabel (6,902>2,04). Lebih lanjut jika melihat pengolahan data melalui SPSS diketahui jika nilai sig yang diperoleh yaitu 0,014 kurang dari ambang batas eror yang ditolerir yaitu 0,05 (0,014<0,05) yang berarti bahwa menolak hipotesis nol dan menerima hipotesis alternatif. Implikasi dari temuan penelitian ini adalah perlu adanya perubahan pola pembelajaran baik melalui penerapan media pembelajaran interaktif maupun metode pembelajaran yang menekankan pada kegiatan komunikatif baik dosen dengan mahasiswa maupun mahasiswa dengan mahasiswa sehingga keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran akan berjalan dengan lebih optimal.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian yang dilakukan oleh dosen STABN Raden Wijaya Wonogiri adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pelatihan kepada guru Pendidikan Agama Buddha di Boyolali. Metode kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh dosen Sekolah Tinggi Agama Buddha Negeri Raden Wijaya Wonogiri menggunakan pemaparan materi dan pendampingan kepada guru-guru Agama Buddha di Boyolali. Subjek dampingan yang dilakukan sebayak 20 guru Pendidikan Agam Buddha. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan selama 8 bulan mulai dari bulan Maret sampai Oktober. Berdasarkaan pelatihan yang tim pengabdi lakukan kepada Guru Pendidikan Agama Buddha di Boyolali ada sebanyak 7 artikel ilmiah yang telah selesai di susun dan siap disubmit pada jurnal nasional terakreditasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve literacy skills using the Survey, Question, Read, Recite, and Review (SQ3R) method in English subjects in grade V of SD Negeri 2 Getas Kaloran. The type of research used in this study is Classroom Action Research. This research used two cycles. Each cycle had two meetings. Each cycle consists of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection.Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that the use of the SQ3R method can improve students' reading skills in English Education subjects in class V of SD Negeri 2 Getas Kaloran. The completeness of students' literacy skills in cycle I was 45% while in cycle II it was 90%. From this explanation, there was an increase in cycle I and cycle II of 45%. The application of English language learning by improving the literacy of fifth grade students of SDN 2 Getas Kaloran by using the SQ3R method can improve. Students can carry out the steps in the SQ3R method, namely surveying the contents of the reading text by paying attention to the reading title, making questions (Question), able to read the contents of the reading text as a whole (read), answer the questions they have compiled, find important things in the reading, find vocabulary that has not been understood by students (recite), retell the contents of the reading correctly and coherently and review the reading text with the teacher and between students (review).

Abstract

One of the big mistakes in the character formation process is assuming that character formation must be taught in formal educational institutions. As a result, people outside formal educational institutions tend not to care or do not want to support the formation of this character. There are many events that shouldn't happen at school, starting from making fun of friends, clapping, calling friends by their parents' names, not being chosen when forming groups, not being invited to play or go to the canteen together, isolating, inciting, intimidation, oppression, no one is even willing to sit at the same table with the victim. The likelihood of bullying actually occurring depends on many factors including the psychological state of the bully, possible support or cooperation from other group members, and the victim's reaction. As technology develops, comics are starting to innovate, from initially being in physical book form to digital form. Using digital comics as a learning medium is one learning innovation that can be implemented. Digital comics can be a combination of text, images and learning videos that provide audio and visual simulations that increase students' enthusiasm for learning. The use of this learning media can change the learning process in the classroom. Development of Comic-Based Learning Media to Increase Awareness of the Impact of Bullying on Self Esteem using research and development methods. Research and development is a research method used to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products. In this research, the product that will be produced is a digital comic entitled "bullying doesn't make you cool" to increase awareness of the impact of bullying on elementary school students' self-esteem. The digital comic-based learning media that was developed was implemented with 64 class IV students. The initial field trial, the subjects numbering 25 students from Kanisius Wonogiri Elementary School, showed a feasibility percentage result for digital comic-based learning media of 91.2%, including the very feasible category and an effectiveness result of 0.78, including the high category. A large-scale field test with 39 students from the Unggulan Nawa Kartika Islamic Elementary School showed that the results of the feasibility percentage for digital comic-based learning media were 93%, and the effectiveness results were 0.953 indicating the high category. This research concludes that the development of digital comic-based learning media is an effective approach to increasing awareness of the impact of bullying on elementary school students' self-esteem. Through the use of digital comics, students can more easily understand complex concepts regarding bullying and its impact on self-esteem. This is reflected in students' positive responses to the use of this media in learning. The research results also show that the use of digital comics can increase students' information retention. Through the visual and narrative experiences presented in comics, students tend to remember the information provided more easily. This can help them to better understand and internalize concepts related to bullying and self-esteem.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of gamification of learning in improving the cognitive abilities of students on the material of the Law of Reality of Buddhist Religious Education Class XI SMA Negeri 1 Ampel for the 2022/2023 academic year. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Ampel for 10 weeks with a class action research model (PTK). The use of gamification of learning can improve students' cognitive abilities in Buddhist Education subjects. The learning model used in this study is learning gamification using the genially application. The results showed an increase in students' cognitive abilities after the implementation of learning gamification. Thus, the use of learning gamification can be an effective alternative in improving students' cognitive abilities and interest in learning in Buddhist Education subjects. Abstract

Penggunaan limbah kulit buah naga untuk membuat es krim 3A adalah sebuah inovasi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dan produktivitas masyarakat di Desa Sanggrahan, Kecamatan Ngadirojo, Kabupaten Wonogiri. Dalam program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, metode yang diterapkan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif dari semua pihak terkait dalam proses penelitian. Selain itu, inovasi ini dirancang agar masyarakat dapat mengolah potensi kulit buah naga yang selama ini terabaikan dan mengubahnya menjadi produk yang memiliki nilai jual. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat mampu mengolah dan memasarkan produk, serta berhasil meningkatkan kreativitas dan produktivitas di masyarakat.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to improve social media ethics by using classical guidance on brainstorming techniques for class XI MIPA 3 students at SMA Negeri 1 Ampel. This research is classroom action research. The subjects of this research were class XI MIPA 3 students with a total of 36 students. This research consists of three cycles with data collection techniques in this research using observation techniques. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis. The research results show that there has been an increase in social media ethics through classical guidance services using brainstorming techniques. In cycle I, there was an increase from pre-cycle 45.7% to 50% in cycle I and experienced another increase in cycle II of 60% and in cycle III to 81.25%. So, with classical guidance services, brainstorming techniques can improve social media ethics in class XI MIPA 3 students at SMA Negeri 1 Ampel Semester 2 for the 2021/2022 academic year.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the increase in students' Mathematics learning activities and outcomes by implementing the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model in class XI IPA.1 of SMA Negeri 1 Ampel for the 2021/2022 academic year. The research was carried out in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year for 2 months, namely from April to May 2022. The data collection method in this research used the test method and observation method. Data collection tools include test items, observation guidelines, and test results sheets. The research results are presented as follows: (1) Implementation of the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model can increase the mathematics learning activities of class XI IPA.1 students at SMA Negeri 1 Ampel for the 2021/2022 academic year. The student activity score in cycle I was 6.86 (fair), cycle II was 7.43 (good) and cycle III was 8.29. (2) Implementation of the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model can improve the mathematics learning outcomes of class XI IPA.1 students at SMA Negeri 1 Ampel for the 2021/2022 academic year. The number of students who achieved the KKM score in cycle I to cycle III was 18 people or 95%. Apart from that, the average class score in cycle I was 73.46; in cycle II was 74.62; and in cycle III it was 77.31.

Abstract

This study was conducted at one of Buddhist Homeschooling namely Kusalamitra Homeschooling. This study aimed to develop an ICT based application to learn English for Buddhist students of Kusalamitra Homeschooling. This recent study was a research and development study so it objected to develop an English learning application for the students. Subjects of this study were validators and Buddhist students. There were two techniques used to collect the data namely interview and questionnaires. The interview was used to identify students’ need in learning English. The questionnaires were used to validate the product and evaluate the product. The data collected were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. There were five procedures in conducting this study. Those were analyzing needs, designing product, developing product, implementing product, and evaluating product. Based on the research finding, this study showed that the media developed had very good quality and very worth to be implemented on the students. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di salah satu Homeschooling Buddha yang bernama Homeschooling Kusalamitra. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran bahasa Inggris berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi pembelajaran bahasa Inggris bagi siswa. Terdapat dua subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu validator dan juga siswa Buddha homeschooling itu sendiri. Terdapat dua teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu melalui wawancara dan penyebaran angket. Data yang dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Terdapat lima langkah dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis kebutuhan, mendesain produk, mengembangkan produk, mengimplementasikan produk, dan mengevaluasi produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media yang dikembangkan masuk dalam kategori sangat baik dan sangat layak untuk digunakan oleh siswa.
