Abstract

PT Bhakti Lelang Indonesia (BIDKU) is an entity in the automotive auction industry with a special plan to hold auctions for two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles, which is planned to be established in 2025. BIDKU aims to build a reputation as one of the leading auction houses in Indonesia. As a major player in the automotive auction industry, BIDKU regularly holds auctions that provide opportunities for various parties, including companies and individuals, to participate in the auction process. BIDKU provides a platform that ensures easy and safe access to purchase quality vehicles at competitive prices. The transparent and professional auction process ensures a satisfying experience for each participant, with a commitment to maintaining integrity and ethics at every stage of the auction, thus building customer trust. With branch locations spread throughout Indonesia and two regional offices in Tangerang for Western Indonesia and Surabaya for Eastern Indonesia, BIDKU plans to hold auctions regularly in various regions, facilitating participation for buyers and sellers in both online and hybrid formats. BIDKU has the ambition to have more than 50,000 registered participants in its auction process. BIDKU plans to partner with more than 350 used vehicle dealers and 250 companies to hold vehicle auctions under the BIDKU banner

Abstract

The use of coconut shells as a renewable alternative fuel has great potential to support the clean energy transition and environmental sustainability. As one of the largest coconut producing countries in the world, Indonesia has abundant resources that can be processed into energy products such as briquettes, charcoal, and bioenergy. However, the success of this utilization requires mature human resource (HR) planning to ensure the availability of competent workers, high productivity, and empowerment of local communities. This study aims to analyze the strategic role of HR planning in supporting the development of the coconut shell-based fuel industry. The method used involves a descriptive-qualitative approach, which includes identifying workforce needs, developing training, and collaborative strategies between the government, private sector, and local communities. Effective HR planning can increase the efficiency of the production process, open new jobs, and empower rural communities. In addition, synergy between stakeholders is key to creating a sustainable work ecosystem. Thus, the use of coconut shells as an alternative fuel not only contributes to reducing carbon emissions but also encourages local economic growth

Abstract

Pemanfaatan tempurung kelapa sebagai bahan bakar alternatif terbarukan memiliki potensi besar dalam mendukung keberlanjutan energi dan pengurangan ketergantungan terhadap bahan bakar fosil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor internal yang memengaruhi pemanfaatan tempurung kelapa serta merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan daya saing produk berbasis biomassa ini. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini dilakukan  secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif dimana analisis data kualitatif untuk memahami faktor eksternal (seperti regulasi, pasar, dan lingkungan) dan analisis kuantitatif untuk perencanaan operasional. Selain itu, pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari pelaku industri, petani kelapa, serta konsumen potensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal yang berperan signifikan meliputi ketersediaan bahan baku, efisiensi produksi, serta kualitas produk yang memenuhi standar ramah lingkungan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, strategi pemasaran yang direkomendasikan mencakup peningkatan kesadaran konsumen melalui edukasi tentang manfaat bahan bakar berbasis tempurung kelapa, optimalisasi saluran distribusi, serta penerapan strategi harga yang kompetitif. Dengan implementasi strategi yang tepat, pemanfaatan tempurung kelapa sebagai bahan bakar alternatif dapat lebih diterima di pasar dan berkontribusi dalam pengembangan energi berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Bank profitability remains a research topic without a common consensus. This study aims to identify and examine the factors that affect bank profitability. The subject of this research is banks classified as BUKU IV. Five commercial banks classified under BUKU IV were selected as the sample, with monthly observations from 2017 to 2019. The research hypotheses were tested by using panel data regression analysis with fixed effect. The results of the indicate that cost efficiency, interest rates, and exchange rates affect profitability; while credit risk, liquidity risk, capital strength, and inflation have no statistical effect.

Abstract

Bhakti Lelang Indonesia (BIDKU) adalah entitas dalam industri lelang otomotif dengan rencana khusus dalam mengadakan lelang kendaraan roda dua dan roda empat, yang direncanakan akan didirikan pada tahun 2025. BIDKU bertujuan untuk membangun reputasi sebagai salah satu balai lelang terkemuka di Indonesia. Sebagai pemain utama dalam industrilelangotomotif, BIDKU secara berkala mengadakan lelang yang memberikan peluang kepada berbagai pihak, termasuk perusahaan dan individu, untuk berpartisipasi dalam proses lelang. BIDKU menyediakan platform yang memastikan akses yang mudah dan aman untuk membeli kendaraan berkualitas dengan harga yang kompetitif. Proses lelang yang transparan dan profesional memastikan pengalaman yang memuaskan bagi setiap peserta, dengan komitmen untuk menjaga integritas dan etika dalam setiap tahap lelang, sehingga membangun kepercayaan pelanggan. Dengan lokasi cabang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia dan dua kantor wilayah di Tangerang untuk Indonesia Bagian Barat dan Surabaya untuk Indonesia Bagian Timur, BIDKU berencana untuk mengadakan lelang secara rutin di berbagai wilayah, memudahkan partisipasi bagi pembeli dan penjual baik dalam format online maupun hybrid. Abstract

The development of electric vehicle (EV) technology has led to an increase in the need for supporting infrastructure such as Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (EVCS). However, these service providers face various risks, both internal and external, that can hinder the achievement of business goals. This study aims to analyze and design risk management strategies in VoltWave eV-Station in order to anticipate and minimize potential losses. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach that focuses on risk management design based on the ISO 31000:2018 framework. Data was obtained through observations, interviews, and internal company documentation. The results of the study show that the main risks faced include market uncertainty, regulatory changes, operational disruptions, and human resource factors. The proposed risk mitigation strategy includes the preparation of SOPs, employee training, service innovation, product diversification, and continuous evaluation. The implications of this study provide practical guidance for startups in the electric vehicle sector in building a risk management system that is adaptive, sustainable, and supports long-term business growth.

Abstract

This article explores the strategic financial planning of eV-Station Voltwave Network, a startup focused on developing Electric Vehicle Charging Station (SPKLU) infrastructure in Indonesia. The financial model is built upon five core pillars: financial objectives, planning elements, revenue projection, investment feasibility and financial performance analysis. Over a five-year horizon, total projected revenue reaches approximately IDR 48.49 billion, sourced from ultra- fast charging services, event space rentals, robotic carwash operations and tenant leasing for commercial zones such as food courts and ATM galleries. Cost planning covers marketing, operations, human resources and risk management incorporating a straight-line depreciation model to stabilize financial reporting. The company’s targets include a minimum Return on Investment (ROI) of 10% annually and a cost-to-income ratio below 60%. The financial viability is affirmed by positive Net Present Value (NPV) an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) exceeding the borrowing rate, and a payback period of 4.8 years. Risk mitigation strategies are aligned with the ISO 31000 framework, ensuring operational and financial resilience. This financial planning approach offers a scalable and sustainable model for emerging startups in Indonesia’s electric mobility ecosystem.

Abstract

Sustainability Report is the practice of disclosure, accountability and measurement of organizational (company) performance in achieving sustainable development goals to both internal and external stakeholders. On this basis, the study aims to determine the form of business responsibility that is oriented towards fulfilling public expectations of the existence of a business in the hope that the company will gain public legitimacy. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage, activity, company size on sustainability report disclosure, using panel data regression on 12 companies engaged in the mining industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and actively distributing sustainability reports and annual reports during the period from 2014 to 2018. This study uses panel data regression, the dependent variable in this study is the sustainability report as measured by the sustainability discloser index under the parameters of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). The results of the study indicate that the firm size variable affects the disclosure of the sustainability report, and Liquidity Profitability, Leverage, whilst the activity has no effect on the sustainability report.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor eksternal yang memengaruhi perencanaan bisnis Dokter Molis, sebuah usaha yang bergerak di bidang konversi dan perawatan motor listrik. Metode analisis yang digunakan mencakup Porter’s Five Forces, PEST Analysis, dan External Factor Evaluation (EFE) Matrix. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa industri motor listrik di Indonesia memiliki peluang pertumbuhan yang tinggi, didorong oleh dukungan regulasi pemerintah, meningkatnya kesadaran lingkungan, serta perkembangan teknologi baterai dan kendaraan listrik. Namun demikian, terdapat beberapa tantangan signifikan seperti tingginya kekuatan pemasok, harga baterai yang mahal, serta standar teknis dan persepsi masyarakat yang masih menjadi hambatan. Berdasarkan EFE Matrix, peluang eksternal memiliki bobot yang lebih besar dibandingkan ancaman, sehingga strategi bisnis perlu diarahkan untuk memanfaatkan insentif pemerintah dan pertumbuhan pasar sambil mengantisipasi tantangan teknis dan struktural. Temuan ini memberikan dasar bagi pengembangan strategi yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan bagi Dokter Molis dalam menghadapi dinamika industri kendaraan listrik nasional.
