Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor eksternal yang memengaruhi perencanaan bisnis Dokter Molis, sebuah usaha yang bergerak di bidang konversi dan perawatan motor listrik. Metode analisis yang digunakan mencakup Porter’s Five Forces, PEST Analysis, dan External Factor Evaluation (EFE) Matrix. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa industri motor listrik di Indonesia memiliki peluang pertumbuhan yang tinggi, didorong oleh dukungan regulasi pemerintah, meningkatnya kesadaran lingkungan, serta perkembangan teknologi baterai dan kendaraan listrik. Namun demikian, terdapat beberapa tantangan signifikan seperti tingginya kekuatan pemasok, harga baterai yang mahal, serta standar teknis dan persepsi masyarakat yang masih menjadi hambatan. Berdasarkan EFE Matrix, peluang eksternal memiliki bobot yang lebih besar dibandingkan ancaman, sehingga strategi bisnis perlu diarahkan untuk memanfaatkan insentif pemerintah dan pertumbuhan pasar sambil mengantisipasi tantangan teknis dan struktural. Temuan ini memberikan dasar bagi pengembangan strategi yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan bagi Dokter Molis dalam menghadapi dinamika industri kendaraan listrik nasional.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, terutama media sosial telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam cara perusahaan berinteraksi dengan pelanggan. Tujuan utama studi ini adalah menginvestigasi dampak empat fitur pemasaran media sosial terhadap keputusan pembelian nasabah di industri perbankan syariah. Selain itu, untuk menentukan apakah kepusaan pelanggan berperan sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara fitur-fitur tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei kuantitatif online dari nasabah di berbagai Bank Syariah di Indonesia. Setelah memperoleh tanggapan dari 135 responden, data dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM melalui teknik bootsrapping untuk mengkonfirmasi hipotesis. Hasil menegaskan signifikansi kepuasan pelanggan dalam memprediksi keputusan pembelian. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa interaktif, informatif, hiburan, dan kustomisasi memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Meskipun demikian, pengaruh informatif, hiburan dan kustomisasi terhadap keputusan pembelian tidak signifikan. Temuan ini juga memverifikasi bahwa kepuasan pelanggan memediasi seluruh hubungan interaktif, informatif, hiburan, dan kustomisasi dengan keputusan pembelian konsumen. Temuan ini dapat membantu Perbankan Syariah untuk memanfaatkan media sosial dengan lebih baik dengan membantu mereka memahami bagaimana fitur pemasaran media sosial mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian nasabah dan bagaimana mereka dapat menggunakan kepuasan nasabah untuk memanfaatkan keuntungan dari media sosial.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas perencanaan operasional dalam pemanfaatan Tandan Kosong Kelapa Sawit (TKKS) sebagai bahan bakar alternatif di Provinsi Riau, yang bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pengelolaan limbah biomassa kelapa sawit sekaligus mendukung diversifikasi sumber energi terbarukan. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi meliputi tantangan logistik pengumpulan dan distribusi TKKS, keterbatasan teknologi pengolahan yang efisien dan ramah lingkungan, aspek ekonomi yang mempengaruhi kelayakan finansial, serta dukungan kebijakan yang masih kurang optimal. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis komprehensif terhadap aspek teknis, ekonomi, lingkungan, dan kebijakan untuk merancang strategi operasional yang efektif dan berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi antara efisiensi logistik, teknologi tepat guna, pengelolaan lingkungan yang bertanggung jawab, dan kebijakan yang mendukung sangat penting untuk mewujudkan pemanfaatan TKKS sebagai sumber energi alternatif yang kompetitif dan ramah lingkungan di Provinsi Riau. Dengan demikian, perencanaan operasional yang matang dapat menjadi kunci dalam mengoptimalkan potensi TKKS sebagai bahan bakar alternatif sekaligus mendukung pembangunan energi terbarukan di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of organizational learning on organizational commitment and job satisfaction, both of which impact employee performance. Additionally, other factors such as organizational culture and employee participation also influence job satisfaction in order to enhance employee performance. This study is a development of previous research in the financial sector, hospitals, schools, and civil servants. To collect research data, purposive sampling technique was used to gather online questionnaires involving 202 employees of the Water Treatment Plant in Tangerang. The research results show that organizational learning, along with elements such as organizational culture and employee participation, enhances job satisfaction. Additionally, organizational learning also increases organizational commitment. In the end, these two factors support the improvement of employee performance at the Water Treatment Plant in Tangerang. This implies the importance of the organization in creating an atmosphere that supports the learning process in the workplace to enhance employee commitment and job satisfaction, thereby improving employee performance.

Abstract

Given that the market is becoming more competitive, it is imperative to understand what influences purchasing decisions of global consumers as consumer trends change regarding halal cosmetics for anti-aging, maintaining appearance and skin health. This study considers and examines susceptibility to global consumer culture (SGCC) (conformity to consumer trend, social prestige, and quality perception) and its effect on affective commitment, which in turn influences behavioral commitment and loyalty in the context of the halal cosmetic industry. The results are as follows. First, conformity to consumer trends has a significant effect on both emotional commitment and behavioral commitment. Second, social prestige has significant direct effect on emotional commitmen, but is not positively associated with behavioral commitment. Third, quality perception has no significant impact on emotional commitment or behavioral commitment. Finally, both emotional commitment and behavioral commitment affect brand loyalty, and behavioral commitment in particular has a significant effect on brand loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of the influence of transformational leadership styles, work-life balance, and job satisfaction towards turnover intention to employees of PT. Kazeto Putra Perkasa. This research is a causal research with a quantitative method approach and using analysis (PLS-SEM). The respondents of this research are employees of PT. Kazeto Putra Perkasa with a total of 91 respondents and the survey is conducted online via Google Form. The results of this study indicate that the transformational leadership style has a positive effect on job satisfaction, work-life balance has a positive effect on job satisfaction, transformational leadership style has no effect on turnover intention, work-life balance negative effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention. Furthermore, job satisfaction mediates the relationship between transformational leadership style and turnover intention, and job satisfaction mediated the relationship between work-life balance to turnover intention. These findings broaden the knowledge of corporate management with respect to turnover intention to employees of PT. Kazeto Putra Perkasa, work-life balance must be considered in order to increase job satisfaction which can decrease turnover intention. Abstract

This activity aims to analyze the human resource management planning process implemented to support the operational of the "Titip.In" goods consignment service application. The "Titip.in" goods consignment service application was developed as a solution to overcome the challenges in the consignment service industry in Indonesia which is still developing. Currently, the consignment service market in Indonesia is dominated by individuals who run informal businesses through social media such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook. The method is by conducting workshops and training, management consultation assistance and creating modules or practical guides in Titip-in business planning. Good HR planning will be able to manage the business and carry out the company's operational activities and reliable HR will be able to compete globally. Financial planning is useful for predicting business feasibility by showing positive indicators of Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PP) which are attractive to investors.

Abstract

SwipeWash is a technology-based startup focused on laundry marketplace services with a pick-up-delivery model and e-commerce integration. During its development, SwipeWash faced various challenges, including business strategy planning, operational management, and risk management. This mentoring program aims to assist partners in developing a comprehensive business strategy and a measurable, technology-based risk management system. The mentoring method includes identifying partner problems and needs, analyzing the situation, planning strategies and developing recommendations, implementing mentoring, and evaluating and monitoring. The mentoring results indicate that partners gained clearer direction in identifying target markets, improving managerial capacity, and developing risk mitigation measures across operational, financial, technological, and reputational aspects. With the right strategy and sound risk management, SwipeWash has the opportunity to strengthen its position in the digital laundry service market, increase consumer trust, and sustainably expand its service reach.

Abstract

The activity aims to analyze financial planning in a quality industrial salt processing business based on technology implementation. The research background is based on the still high national demand for industrial salt and the dominance of imports, so that a business strategy is needed that can produce quality salt through the use of modern technology. The PKM method is through initial preparation to identify partners and problems, conducting workshops, mentoring in technology implementation in the salt industry and monitoring and evaluating activity results. The implementation of technologies such as geomembranes, automatic pump systems, IoT-based sensors, and modern processing equipment requires relatively large capital investment, but can increase efficiency, quality consistency, and product competitiveness. Thorough financial planning includes estimating initial capital requirements, calculating operational costs, cash flow projections, break-even analysis, and evaluating investment feasibility through Net Present Value and Internal Rate of Return indicators. In addition, risk management aspects also play a crucial role in anticipating market price fluctuations, dependence on climate, technology maintenance costs, and industrial salt import policies.

Abstract

This activity aims to analyze human resource planning and risk management at PT Nuno Care Post Partum Depression, a postpartum care center. Postpartum maternal health services require the support of competent, professional, and empathetic personnel, considering the physical and psychological vulnerability of patients. This PKM method involves mapping needs, training, mentoring, and workshops to prepare documents for the required HR planning. Human resource planning at PT Nuno Care is carried out through the stages of workforce needs analysis, competency-based recruitment and selection, continuous training and development, and employee retention strategies. Meanwhile, risk management includes identifying medical, operational, financial, and reputational risks; analyzing the level of probability and impact; and developing mitigation strategies such as implementing service SOPs, a workforce reserve system, emergency response training, and crisis communication protocols. The integration between human resource planning and risk management has been proven to be mutually reinforcing. Appropriate human resource planning helps minimize operational and medical risks, while the results of risk evaluations provide input for improving human resource strategies. Thus, PT Nuno Care is able to provide safe, comprehensive, and high-quality postpartum services, thereby increasing patient and family trust, while building the company's image as a professional and empathetic postpartum care center.
